OLED由于其自发光、响应快、视角宽、省电、色彩丰富、可实现柔性显示等优势而受到广泛关注,是一种具有巨大潜力的替代TFT-LCD的显示技术。白光OLED,可以通过三基色原理的红绿蓝发光材料或是互补色的蓝黄材料,将其按照一定比例混合,即可产生白光,每种发光材料可以单独构成一个发光层,也可以由两种或多种发光材料混合形成一个发光层。
但是由于蓝光发光材料寿命短,主要由于蓝光光子的能量高,容易引起材料衰变,因此随着OLED器件的使用时间的增加,会出现色偏黄的现象,白光色度不能稳定在一个良好水平,严重影响白光OLED的发光性能,降低其发光寿命。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种能够稳定发光的发光器件及显示装置。
解决本发明技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种发光器件,包括:基底,以及依次设置在所述基底上的第一极、发光层、第二极;在所述第二极之上设置有电致变色基板;所述发光器件还包括:色度测试模块、处理模块,以及补偿模块;其中,
所述色度测试模块,用于获取所述发光器件的发光色度;
所述处理模块,用于根据所述色度测试模块所获取的所述发光器件的发光色度,计算出所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度;
所述补偿模块,用于根据所述处理模块计算出的所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度,生成相应的电信号;
所述电致变色基板,用于在所述补偿模块所生成的电信号的驱动下发光,以对所述发光器件的发光色度进行补偿。
优选的是,所述发光器件还包括存储模块;其中,所述存储模块中存储有所述发光器件的发光色度与其所需要补偿的色度的对应关系;
所述处理模块,用于根据所述色度测试模块所获取的所述发光器件的发光色度,和所述存储模块中所述发光器件的发光色度与其所需要补偿的色度的对应关系,计算出所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度。
优选的是,所述电信号包括电压信号;所述存储模块还存储有所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度与所述电压信号的对应关系;
所述补偿模块,用于根据所述处理模块计算出的所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度,和所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度与所述电压信号的对应关系,生成相应的电信号。
优选的是,所述第一极为反射阳极;所述第二极为透射阴极;或者,
所述第一极为反射阴极;所述第二极为透射阳极。
优选的是,所述发光器件包括白光发光器件;所述电致变色基板包括:在施加电信号时发出蓝光,在未施加电信号时呈透明状态结构。
优选的是,所述电致变色层包括:依次设置在所述第二极之上的第一透明导电层、电致变色层、电解质层、第二透明导电层。
优选的是,所述电解质层的材料包括:全固态聚合物电解质,或凝胶聚合物电解质,或两者复合材料。
优选的是,所述电致变色层的材料包括:WO3或普鲁士白。
优选的是,所述色度测试模块包括光学***和分光器;其中,
所述光学***,用于获取所述发光器件所发出的光;
所述分光器,用于对所述光学***所获取的所述发光器件所发出的光进行分析计算,得到所述发光器件的发光色度。
解决本发明技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种显示装置,其包括上述的发光器件。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
结合图1和2所示,本实施例提供一种发光器件,该发光器件可以为OLED器件,其包括:基底10,以及依次设置在所述基底10上的第一极1、发光层3、第二极2,设置在第二极2之上的有电致变色基板4;该发光器件还包括:色度测试模块、处理模块,以及补偿模块;其中,色度测试模块用于获取发光器件的发光色度;处理模块用于根据色度测试模块所获取的发光器件的发光色度,计算出发光器件所需要补偿的色度;补偿模块用于根据处理模块计算出的发光器件所需要补偿的色度,生成相应的电信号;电致变色基板4用于在补偿模块所生成的电信号的驱动下发光,以对发光器件的发光色度进行补偿。
由于在本实施例的发光器件中增加了色度测试模块、处理模块,以及补偿模块,因此,可以通过色度测试模块对发光器件的发光色度进行实时检测,处理模块可以通过色度测试模块对发光器件的发光色度进行处理分析,得到所需要补偿的色度所对应的电信号,并通过补偿模块生成相应的电信号,以驱动有电致变色基板4发出补偿色度的光,以对发光器件的发光色度进行补偿,以使发光器件稳定发光。
其中,本实施例中的发光器件中还包括存储模块,其中,存储模块中存储有所述发光器件的发光色度与其所需要补偿的色度的对应关系;处理模块用于根据所述色度测试模块所获取的所述发光器件的发光色度,和所述存储模块中所述发光器件的发光色度与其所需要补偿的色度的对应关系,计算出所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度。
其中,上述的电信号包括电压信号;存储模块还存储有所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度与所述电压信号的对应关系;补偿模块用于根据所述处理模块计算出的所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度,和所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度与所述电压信号的对应关系,生成相应的电信号。
其中,在本实施例中,发光器件的第一极1为反射阳极;第二极2为透射阴极;其中,反射阳极可选用具有反射性的电极,如Ag;透射阴极可选用Mg/Ag等合金或金属/无机复合材料。
或者,发光器件的第一极1为反射阴极;第二极2为透射阳极,。其中,反射阴极可选用Al2O3等反射性金属及其氧化物;透明阳极可选用ITO。
为了更清楚本实施例中发光器件的结构,以下以发光器件发白光,需要补偿的色度为蓝光为例进行说明。在此需要说明的是,之所以对白光发光器件补偿蓝光是因为,在白光发光器件中蓝光发光材料较容易老化。
由于白光发光器件需要补偿的色度为蓝光,如图3所示,在本实施例中的电致变色基板4优选的包括:依次设置在发光器件的第二极2之上的第一透明导电层41、电致变色层43、电解质层44、第二透明导电层42。
其中,第一透明导电层41和第二透明导电层42的材料包括ITO等透明导电材料。电解质层44为全固态聚合物电解质,或凝胶聚合物电解质,或两者复合材料。电致变色层43材料为WO3或普鲁士白,其中,电致变色层43的材料为WO3时,其氧化态WO3为透明薄膜,其还原态MxWO3为蓝色;当电致变色层43材料为普鲁士白时,是一种透明薄膜,当其被氧化后成为普鲁士蓝,变为蓝色。
其中,色度测试模块在获取了发光器件所发出的白光的色度后,处理模块根据色度测试模块获取的初始及实时白光发光器件的所发出的白光的色度坐标进行运算处理,分析出需要补偿的蓝光色度,补偿模块则根据该蓝光色度,生成相应的电信号,并将该电信号加载至电致变色基板4的第一透明导电层41和第二透明导电层42上,以使电致变色层43发蓝光,以对发光器件的白光进行补偿,发出稳定白光。其中,电致变色基板4在未加载电压时,电致变色基板4呈透明状态。
其中,本实施例中的色度测试模块包括光学***、分光器,其中,光学***用于获取发光器件所发出的光;分光器用于对所述光学***所获取的发光器件所发出的光进行分析计算,得到发光器件的发光色度。
本实施例中的发光器件中利用补偿模块根据发光器件的实时色度生成电信号,导入电致变色基板4,以使电致变色基板4由透明变为蓝色,可以实时监控白光发光器件的色度坐标,根据色偏情况进行智能补偿,以保证稳定纯白发光显示,提高白光发光器件的质量及使用寿命。
实施例2:
本实施例提供一种显示装置,其包括实施例1中发光器件,故其显示效果较佳。
其中,本实施例的显示装置可以为OLED面板、电子纸、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光器件,包括:基底,以及依次设置在所述基底上的第一极、发光层、第二极;其特征在于,在所述第二极之上设置有电致变色基板;所述发光器件还包括:色度测试模块、处理模块,以及补偿模块;其中,
所述色度测试模块,用于获取所述发光器件的发光色度;
所述处理模块,用于根据所述色度测试模块所获取的所述发光器件的发光色度,计算出所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度;
所述补偿模块,用于根据所述处理模块计算出的所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度,生成相应的电信号;
所述电致变色基板,用于在所述补偿模块所生成的电信号的驱动下发光,以对所述发光器件的发光色度进行补偿;
所述色度测试模块包括光学***和分光器;其中,
所述光学***,用于获取所述发光器件所发出的光;
所述分光器,用于对所述光学***所获取的所述发光器件所发出的光进行分析计算,得到所述发光器件的发光色度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光器件,其特征在于,所述发光器件还包括存储模块;其中,所述存储模块中存储有所述发光器件的发光色度与其所需要补偿的色度的对应关系;
所述处理模块,用于根据所述色度测试模块所获取的所述发光器件的发光色度,和所述存储模块中所述发光器件的发光色度与其所需要补偿的色度的对应关系,计算出所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发光器件,其特征在于,所述电信号包括电压信号;所述存储模块还存储有所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度与所述电压信号的对应关系;
所述补偿模块,用于根据所述处理模块计算出的所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度,和所述发光器件所需要补偿的色度与所述电压信号的对应关系,生成相应的电信号。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光器件,其特征在于,所述第一极为反射阳极;所述第二极为透射阴极;或者,
所述第一极为反射阴极;所述第二极为透射阳极。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发光器件,其特征在于,所述发光器件包括白光发光器件;所述电致变色基板包括:在施加电信号时发出蓝光,在未施加电信号时呈透明状态结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发光器件,其特征在于,所述电致变色基板包括:依次设置在所述第二极之上的第一透明导电层、电致变色层、电解质层、第二透明导电层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发光器件,其特征在于,所述电解质层的材料包括:全固态聚合物电解质,或凝胶聚合物电解质,或两者复合材料。
8.根据权利要求6所述的发光器件,其特征在于,所述电致变色层的材料包括:WO3或普鲁士白。
9.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8中任一项所述的发光器件。
