The working principle is as follows:

the engine 81 can drive the grinding wheel 88 to rotate, and the grinding wheel 88 can polish and repair the flash on the inner side of the head of the steel rail 1 in the process of pushing the underframe 2 along the steel rail 1 by the holding push rod 35;
by means of the angle adjusting device, the angle of the grinding wheel 88 relative to the vertical plane can be adjusted, and therefore the side face of the small-radius curve on the inner side of the head of the steel rail 1 can be polished and repaired in an auxiliary mode.
