Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a scraper device for a soil preparation roller and a seeder, which are used for overcoming the defects of high cost and low working efficiency in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

Preferably, in the soil scraping plate apparatus for soil preparation roller, the frame comprises a mounting seat, the top end of the connecting arm rotates on the mounting seat,
and nuts matched with the bolts are further arranged on the mounting seats.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned scraper device for soil preparation roller, the mounting base comprises two support plates disposed opposite to each other, a swinging space is formed between the two support plates,
the top end of the connecting arm rotates in the swinging space;
the support plate is provided with a first window communicated with the swinging space, and the nut is limited in the first window;
the end of the bolt extends into the swing space.
Preferably, in the soil scraping plate device for a soil preparation roller, the supporting plate is provided with a second window, and the second window forms a travelling channel of the bolt;
a baffle plate is further arranged in the first window, and a through hole for the bolt to pass through is formed in the baffle plate.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned scraper device for soil preparation roller, the bottom of the connecting arm is provided with a mounting plate, a long waist hole is formed in the mounting plate, and the displacement of the scraper along the long waist hole is adjustable.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: according to the invention, the limiting piece can act on the connecting arm to drive the scraper blade to approach or be far away from the surface of the roller, when the scraper blade is damaged (the distance between the edge of the scraper blade and the surface of the roller is increased), the distance between the scraper blade and the surface of the roller is reduced by adjusting the limiting piece, so that the utilization rate of the scraper blade is effectively increased, and meanwhile, the influence of deformation of the connecting arm can be effectively avoided.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a soil preparation roller apparatus is provided, including a frame 10, a roller 20 mounted on the frame 10, and a plurality of scraper devices 30, wherein a plurality of gear rings 40 protrude from a surface of the roller 20, the plurality of gear rings 40 are distributed along an axial array of the roller 20, each scraper device 30 corresponds to between two adjacent gear rings 40, each gear ring 40 includes a plurality of tooth units 401, and the plurality of tooth units 401 are distributed along a circumferential array of the roller 20.
The soil is easy to adhere between the adjacent gear rings, and if the soil is not removed in time, the depth of pear cultivation and the travelling resistance of the soil preparation roller can be influenced. The soil scraping plate devices are respectively arranged between the adjacent gear rings, so that soil on the surface of the roller can be scraped in real time in the running process.
In one embodiment, the tooth units 401 of adjacent two ring gears 40 are staggered.
In one embodiment, the tooth unit 401 is triangular in shape with an axis at a 45 angle to the surface of the roller 20.
Further, the working surface of the tooth unit 401 is concavely provided with an arc shape, and in the soil preparation process, the vertex angle of the tooth unit 401 with an angle of 45 degrees can be better contacted with the ground, and then the pear cultivation on the ground is realized through the arc-shaped working surface.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, the scraper device 30 comprises a connecting arm 301, a scraper plate 302 and a limiting member 303.
The connecting arm 301 is connected to the frame 10 and is swingable relative to the frame 10; the scraper 302 is mounted on the connecting arm 301 and can approach to or depart from the surface of the roller 20 through the swinging of the connecting arm 301; the stopper 303 acts on the link arm 301 to adjust the maximum displacement between the scraper plate and the surface of the drum 20.
In this technical scheme, the locating part 303 can act on the linking arm 301 in order to drive the scraper blade 302 to be close to or keep away from roller 20 surface, when the scraper blade 302 takes place the loss (the distance between scraper blade edge and the roller 20 surface increases), through adjusting the locating part 303 in order to reduce the distance between scraper blade and the roller 20 surface, effectively increase the utilization ratio of scraper blade 302, can effectively avoid the influence that linking arm 301 warp simultaneously.
In a preferred embodiment, and as shown in connection with fig. 3, the stop 303 is a bolt that is turned so that its end is either closer to or farther from the first surface of the connecting arm 301, which is the surface of the connecting arm 301 facing away from the roller 20.
The frame 10 includes a mounting base 101, and a nut 304 engaged with a bolt is further mounted on the mounting base 101 by rotating the top end of the connecting arm 301 on the mounting base 101.
In one embodiment, the mounting base may be provided with a screw hole with an internal threaded surface directly, but this solution is relatively costly.
In a preferred embodiment, the mounting base 101 includes two support plates disposed opposite to each other with a swing space formed therebetween.
The top end of the connecting arm 301 rotates in the swinging space; a first window 1011 communicated with the swinging space is formed on the supporting plate, and a nut 304 is limited in the first window 1011; the tip of the bolt 303 extends into the swing space; a baffle 305 is further disposed in the first window 1011, and a through hole through which the bolt passes is formed in the baffle 305.
Further, a second window 1012 is formed in the support plate, and the second window 1012 forms a travel passage of the bolt.
In this technical scheme, when the swing space width between two backup pads is less, is less than the diameter of bolt, and the bolt can't insert in the swing space, consequently, through seting up the travel channel of second window as the bolt, the height of second window is greater than the bolt diameter.
In one embodiment, the baffle is U-shaped.
In this technical scheme, the separation blade of U-shaped and the size phase-match of first window, it plays bolt direction, nut location and restriction bolt lateral shifting's effect, avoids rocking of bolt.
In other embodiments, the shape of the baffle may be rectangular, and the opposite side walls thereof are respectively provided with a through hole through which the bolt passes.
In the technical scheme, the supporting plate, the bolts, the nuts and the baffle plates are formed in an assembling mode, each part is easy to process and manufacture, the cost is low, and the assembly is convenient.
In an embodiment, the bottom end of the connecting arm 301 is provided with a mounting plate 306, the mounting plate 306 is provided with a long waist hole 3061, and the displacement of the scraper 302 along the long waist hole direction is adjustable.
In this technical scheme, the scraper blade passes through bolt demountable installation in the lower surface of mounting panel, and can follow the position of long waist hole direction regulation scraper blade through the bolt, when the scraper blade edge takes place wearing and tearing when loss, can adjust the protruding length that stretches out the mounting panel edge of scraper blade.
In other embodiments, a scraper plate may also be provided on the upper surface of the mounting plate.
In operation, the edges of the scraper blade act on the surface of the roller 20 to effect a scraping and desilting operation.
The working principle of the device is that the tractor is connected to the frame and can drag the roller to rotate, soil is pricked into the tooth units and pear cultivation is realized in the roller rotating process, the roller acts on the ground to be smooth under the action of gravity, and the soil scraping plate and the roller surface relatively rotate in the roller rotating process, so that the soil on the surface can be scraped in time due to small gap between the soil scraping plate and the roller surface.
The soil preparation roller device is suitable for single soil preparation equipment, and can also be combined equipment of soil preparation and fertilization. It is also applicable to a compound planter, and in one embodiment, the planter may have a furrow opener, a base fertilizer applicator, a planter, a port fertilizer applicator, a press wheel, etc., in addition to soil preparation.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.
