Preferably, the air blowing mechanism 8 is further arranged below the rounding drying cylinder 7, the air blowing mechanism 8 comprises an air heater arranged in the machine box, and an air outlet 81 of the air blowing mechanism 8 corresponds to the sieve holes 71 of the rounding drying cylinder 7 and is used for feeding hot air into the rounding drying cylinder 7, so that the drying effect on pellets can be realized while rounding, and the rounding and drying process is completed in one step. In addition, a dust collecting device 9 is arranged below the round-rolling drying cylinder 7, so that scraps, fine powder and the like which are rubbed and fall into the round-rolling drying cylinder 7 conveniently fall into the dust collecting device 9 through the sieve holes 71, the pellets in the round-rolling drying cylinder 7 are kept clean and tidy, no additional screening is needed, and labor and process steps are saved; and the scraps, fine powder and the like falling through the sieve holes 71 can be reused, and the scraps, fine powder and the like are put into the mixing drum 3 through the feeding device 31, and the pellets are stirred again, so that the loss of raw materials is reduced.
Further, a baffle plate is arranged at the end part of the rounding drying cylinder 7 so as to prevent the materials from falling off; the striker plate is provided with a discharge hole, and a discharge door 73 is arranged at the discharge hole and used for controlling the opening and closing of the discharge hole. Specifically, the top of the discharging door 73 is rotatably connected with the striker plate through a hinge, and two sides of the discharging door are fixedly clamped with the striker plate through a clamping structure. The setting of the discharge port facilitates the preparation of the pellets, and the finished pellets are taken out from the round-rolling drying cylinder 7, thereby completing the whole process of pellet preparation.
In the embodiment, the strip-shaped material is extruded through the extrusion cylinder 4, then the strip-shaped material is extruded and cut again through the granule finishing sleeve 5, and finally the round rolling and drying are carried out through the round rolling and drying cylinder 7, so that the spherical or approximately spherical pellets are finally prepared. The pellet granulator integrates the functions of stirring, extruding, cutting, granulating, rounding and drying, the whole production process does not need to transfer materials, the granulating can be completed through one piece of equipment, the operation is simpler and quicker, the production link is further simplified, the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and the quality of pills is improved.

a driving device (1);
a screw (2) connected to the drive device (1), the screw (2) comprising a mixing section (21) and an extrusion section (22);
a mixing cylinder (3) arranged outside a mixing part (21) of the screw (2), wherein a feeding device (31) is arranged on the mixing cylinder (3);
the extruding cylinder (4) is sleeved outside the extruding part (22) of the screw (2), and a plurality of extruding holes are formed in the peripheral wall of the extruding cylinder (4);
the sizing sleeve (5) is rotatably sleeved on the outer side of the extrusion cylinder (4), a plurality of sizing holes (51) are formed in the peripheral wall of the sizing sleeve (5), and the diameter of each sizing hole (51) is the same as that of a pellet to be processed; a certain gap is reserved between the sizing sleeve (5) and the extrusion cylinder (4);
a central gear (23) is fixed at one end, close to the extrusion part, of the screw (2), an annular gear (52) is arranged in the granule finishing sleeve (5), and the central gear (23) is meshed with the annular gear (52) through at least one transmission gear (24);
the granulating and drying machine further comprises a rounding and drying cylinder (7), wherein the rounding and drying cylinder (7) is rotatably sleeved on the outer side of the granulating sleeve (5), a plurality of sieve holes (71) are formed in the peripheral wall of the rounding and drying cylinder (7), and the size of the sieve holes (71) is smaller than that of the pellets to be processed;
the end part of the rounding drying cylinder (7) is provided with a supporting framework (72), and the center of the supporting framework (72) is fixedly connected with the screw rod (2).
2. The multi-functional pellet granulator according to claim 1, wherein the screw (2) is provided with helical fins, wherein the density of helical fins on the mixing section (21) is less than the density of helical fins on the extrusion section (22).
3. The multifunctional pellet granulator according to claim 1, characterized in that the size of the extrusion holes on the extrusion cylinder (4) is larger than the size of the sizing holes (51) on the sizing sleeve (5).

5. The multifunctional pellet granulator according to claim 1, wherein a blowing mechanism (8) is arranged below the rounding drying cylinder (7) and is used for blowing air into the rounding drying cylinder (7).
