Abstract

The minimum moisture content of the wood powder dried by the process can reach 0.2%, and the drying efficiency can reach 25 kg/h.

The compatibility between polar wood flour and non-polar plastic resin is not good, if the wood flour contains too high moisture, the compatibility between wood flour fiber and resin matrix can be weakened, the effect of maleic acid stem graft serving as a compatilizer can be greatly weakened, and the mechanical property of the composite material is seriously influenced. On the other hand, the excessively high water content in the wood powder can convert water molecules into water vapor in the processing process of the composite material, so that the unstable phenomenon in the extrusion and injection molding processes is caused, and the phenomena are represented as irregular foaming, abrupt change of mechanical properties and melt fracture caused by local excessively high water vapor pressure in the composite material.
Traditional wood flour drying device adopts high temperature air dispersion wood flour and long distance circulation in the pipeline, reaches the dry purpose of dust, and this kind of technology produces the accident because of high temperature air temperature very easily takes place the burning with wood flour, production safety is difficult to control.
