本发明公开了一种长寿命环保型汽轮机油,属于石油油脂技术领域。本发明的技术方案要点为:长寿命环保型汽轮机油,是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:基础油98.63%~99.125%;润滑油添加剂0.875%~1.37%;该长寿命环保型汽轮机油40℃的运动粘度为28.8~50.6mm2/s,粘度指数为130~150,密度为0.8~0.9g/cm3。本发明具有良好的极压抗磨性能、氧化安定性能、重清洁、防腐蚀及抗水解特性。

技术领域
本发明属于石油油脂技术领域,具体涉及一种长寿命环保型汽轮机油。
背景技术
多元醇酯是由优质的饱和脂肪酸合成的,属于API分类中的第V类基础油,它具有优异的热氧化安定性、卓越的溶解性和清洁性、良好的润滑性能和低挥发性能等特点。另外,长寿命环保型汽轮机油中合适的选择添加剂中的一种或多种组合,大大提高了润滑油的生物降解性能,迎合了国家多方面环保的要求,同时,跟机器零部件油很好的相容性和阻止油泥生成。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种具有良好的极压抗磨性能、氧化安定性能、重清洁、防腐蚀及抗水解特性的长寿命环保型汽轮机油。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,长寿命环保型汽轮机油,其特征在于是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:
基础油98.63%~99.125%,该基础油由TRP4GY-0680多元醇酯或TRS-0018三羟基甲基丙烷酯与III类150N基础油或III类250N基础油组成;
润滑油添加剂0.875%~1.37%,该润滑油添加剂由硫磷酸含氮衍生物T305、硫代磷酸复酯胺盐T307、中性二壬基萘磺酸钡T705A、胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001与1#抗泡剂T921组成;
该长寿命环保型汽轮机油40℃的运动粘度为28.8~50.6mm2/s,粘度指数为130~150,密度为0.8~0.9g/cm3
进一步优选,所述长寿命环保型汽轮机油是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:
TRP4GY-0680多元醇酯50%;
III类150N基础油49.03%;
硫磷酸含氮衍生物T305 0.26%;
硫代磷酸复酯胺盐T307 0.2%;
中性二壬基萘磺酸钡T705A 0.498%;
胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001 0.01%;
1#抗泡剂T921 0.002%;
该长寿命环保型汽轮机油40℃的运动粘度为31.8mm2/s,粘度指数为135,密度为0.875g/cm3
进一步优选,所述长寿命环保型汽轮机油是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:
TRS-0018三羟基甲基丙烷酯50%;
III类250N基础油48.73%;
硫磷酸含氮衍生物T305 0.36%;
硫代磷酸复酯胺盐T307 0.4%;
中性二壬基萘磺酸钡T705A 0.498%;
胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001 0.01%;
1#抗泡剂T921 0.002%;
该长寿命环保型汽轮机油40℃的运动粘度为45.87mm2/s,粘度指数为143,密度为0.890g/cm3
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:本发明基础油中加入40wt%~50wt%的多元醇酯,大大的增加了长寿命环保型汽轮机油的热氧化安定性、卓越的溶解性和清洁性,良好的润滑性能和低挥发性能。
另外,长寿命环保型汽轮机油中合适的选择添加剂中的一种或多种组合,大大的提高了润滑油的生物降解性能,迎合了国家多环保的要求。同时,跟机器零部件有很好的相容性和阻止油泥生成。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
长寿命环保型汽轮机油,其包括99.03wt%的基础油以及0.97wt%的润滑油添加剂,该长寿命环保型汽轮机油40℃的运动粘度为31.8mm2/s,粘度指数为135,密度为0.875g/cm3
其中99.03wt%的基础油中含有50wt%的TRP4GY-0680多元醇酯和49.03wt%的III类150N基础油。
其中0.97wt%的润滑油添加剂中含有0.26wt%的硫磷酸含氮衍生物(T305)、0.2wt%的硫代磷酸复酯胺盐(T307)、0.498wt%的中性二壬基萘磺酸钡(T705A)、0.01wt%的胺与环氧化合物缩合物(T1001)和0.002wt%的1#抗泡剂(T921)。
该长寿命环保型汽轮机油的性能指标参数如下表所示:

长寿命环保型汽轮机油,其包括98.73wt%的基础油以及1.27wt%的润滑油添加剂,该长寿命环保型汽轮机油40℃的运动粘度为45.87mm2/s,粘度指数为143,密度为0.890g/cm3
其中98.73wt%的基础油中含有50wt%的TRS-0018三羟基甲基丙烷酯和48.73wt%的III类250N基础油。
其中1.27wt%的润滑油添加剂中含有0.36wt%硫磷酸含氮衍生物(T305)、0.4wt%的硫代磷酸复酯胺盐(T307)、0.498wt%的中性二壬基萘磺酸钡(T705A)、0.01wt%的胺与环氧化合物缩合物(T1001)和0.002wt%的1#抗泡剂(T921)。
该长寿命环保型汽轮机油的性能指标参数如下表所示:

基础油98.63%~99.125%,该基础油由TRP4GY-0680多元醇酯或TRS-0018三羟基甲基丙烷酯与III类150N基础油或III类250N基础油组成;
润滑油添加剂0.875%~1.37%,该润滑油添加剂由硫磷酸含氮衍生物T305、硫代磷酸复酯胺盐T307、中性二壬基萘磺酸钡T705A、胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001与1#抗泡剂T921组成;
该长寿命环保型汽轮机油40℃的运动粘度为28.8~50.6mm2/s,粘度指数为130~150,密度为0.8~0.9g/cm3
