圆锯片的紧固装置,通过螺钉将圆锯片紧固在转 轴的紧固法兰上,切削锯的锯片压边器上,或锯盘 上。圆锯片的紧固部分制成锥形,圆锯片紧固在两相 应锥面之间。

Description

本发明涉及圆锯片的紧固***,其中,通过螺钉将圆锯片紧固在转轴的紧固法兰,切削锯的锯片压边器或锯盘上。
在先有技术***中,钢架需要加强,既,需要附加的厚度,以使螺钉紧固能足够的坚固。在这些***中,需要使用一组埋头螺钉,其与操作相关的打开和紧固是麻烦和很费时的。当锯片在加强区域是同样材料时,它立即对热作出反应,于是,引起实际的锯片的变形。具有加强部的先有技术***也是很昂贵的。
本文明的目的是消除上述缺点,本发明紧固***特征在于:圆锯片的紧固部分制成锥形,圆锯片被紧固在两个相应锥面之间,因为它不需要不同厚度的部分,所以这种锯片在制造上相当经济,因为这种紧固***不再需要先有技术***那样多的螺钉,所以在操作时,这种锯片可相当快地分离和紧固,通过其锥面可使锯片均匀地紧固。因为由于锥面使其对中定位,所以锯片甚至可是一组节片。锥形部也对锯片提供了附加的坚固性,所以在工作时,其也易于装卸。使用本发明的***,可得到一所谓的光滑前表面,即,圆锯片一侧直至叶毂是空的。这在锯盘和锯倾斜件中是需要的。
本发明一个实施例特征在于:紧固法兰-可以是一锯片压边器或一锯盘-有一锥形凹部,圆锯片的锥形部分放于其中,通过有一锥形边的紧固法兰将圆锯片紧固在位。这样的锥形紧固装置在制造技术上是容易和经济的,在紧固上也是可靠的。
本发明另一实施例的特征在于:通过在其叶毂的螺钉将紧固法兰固定在位,这在操作中是很快速的紧固***。
本发明第三实施例的特征在于:通过穿过紧固法兰的螺钉将紧固法兰固定在位,在该***中,紧固法兰可以是圆的,其紧固也不需要很多螺钉。
本发明再一实施例的特征在于:锥面相对于圆锯片平面的角度是30°-60°,其锥角大概为45°。
一个实施例的另外的特征在于:紧固法兰是与圆锯片不同的材料,例如铸钢,在前表面的摩擦使紧固法兰大大加热,铸钢不容易受热变形,摩擦产生的热将不会直接反作用在实际的圆锯片上,如同先有技术***的那样。

在图1所示的实施例中,螺钉2使圆锯片1紧固,使圆锯片紧固在锯片压边器3和紧固法兰4之间。圆锯片1的紧固部分5已被制成锥形,锯片压边器3和紧固法兰4的紧固面是对应的锥面,将紧固螺钉2紧固在转轴6上,由此,同一紧固螺钉也将锯片压边器3紧固在位。
在图3所示实施例中,紧固法兰7是圆形的,通过穿过锯盘8的螺钉9将其紧固在位。圆锯片的锥形紧固部11被紧固在锯盘8和紧固法兰7的锥面之间。
在上面的实施例中,锥角α是45°,由于螺钉尺寸较大并且数量较少,所以可容易和快速地拆卸和紧固圆锯片。

Claims (6)

1、一种圆锯片(1,10)的紧固***,其中,通过螺钉(2,9)将圆据片紧固在转轴(6)的紧固法兰上、切削锯的锯片压边器(3)上或锯盘(8)上,其特征在于:圆锯片紧固部分(5,11)被制成锥形,圆锯片(1,10)被紧固在两对应的锥面之间。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种紧固装置,其特征在于:紧固法兰(3,8)-可以是一锯片压边器或锯盘-有一锥形凹部,圆锯片(1,10)的锥部位于该凹部之中,通过一有一锥形边缘的紧固法兰(4,7)将圆锯片紧固在位。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于:通过在叶毂上的螺钉(2)将紧固法兰(4)紧固在位。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于:通过穿过紧固法兰(8)的螺钉(9)将紧固法兰(7)紧固在位。
5、如权利要求之一所述的紧固装置,其特征在于:相对于圆锯片(1,10)平面的锥角(α)是30°~85°。
6、如权利要求之一所述的紧固装置,其特征在于:紧固法兰(4,7)是与圆锯片不同的材料,例如铸钢。
