Abstract
本发明公开了一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,采用基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂、营养添加剂混合饲喂山鸡,为山鸡生长提供充分的营养,对山鸡具有助长、促消化代谢、增强免疫力、保护生态环境的同时,还可降低饲粮的成本,提高养殖效益,得到优质的富硒山鸡。所述基础加硒日粮由植酸酶、益生菌制剂、酵母蛋白粉、鱼粉、玉米、熟鸡蛋、水飞蓟残渣发酵物、豆饼、小麦、麦麸、豆粕、蝇蛆蛋白粉、山楂粉、姜粉、食盐、骨粉、葡萄糖、蛋氨酸硒组成。

本发明涉及动物养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法。
背景技术
山鸡,又叫凰、雉鸡。性情活泼,善于奔走并善飞行,喜欢游走觅食,奔跑速度快,高飞能力不强,只能短距离低飞并且不能持久。山鸡是杂食鸟,喜欢各种昆虫、小型两栖动物、谷类、豆类、草籽、绿叶嫩枝等。人工养殖山鸡,可以适合大群饲养环境。
山鸡肉质鲜美,营养丰富,含有多种人体必需的氨基酸及钠、钙、硫等多种微量元素,山鸡的血、胆、内金经过提炼可制成医药制剂,有极高的药用、滋补、美容、保健价值。山鸡因在大自然中散养时,沐浴阳光,吸吮新鲜的空气,活动量大,体质健壮,抗病力强,不***不喂药。加之吃的是野草、野菜、草籽、昆虫,不喂任何生长激素添加剂配合饲料,因而山鸡蛋无药特残留,是消费者公认的无公害绿色食品。
在中医食疗上,山鸡有治病作用,能补气、祛痰止喘,益肾补脑、提神之功效。山鸡锶和钼的含量比普通鸡高10%以上,有预防和治疗癌症的作用。山鸡肉具有强身壮体,滋补五脏气血,增强人体免疫功能,延缓衰老等多种奇特功效,是一种理想的营养滋补品,是孕妇、老人及儿童首选的天然营养品。
硒是人体必需的微量元素,硒参与合成人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白。在体内硒和维生素E协同,能够保护细胞膜,防止不饱和脂肪酸的氧化,适量的硒具有防癌作用及保护肝脏的作用。富硒就是采取技术手段,提高植物、动物或食品中有机硒含量。
富硒食品的来源非常有限,即使生活在富硒地区的硒都人,因为长期大量食用非富硒地区的食品,经检测血硒含量仅1/3的人群达到标准,同样需要补硒。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,通过利用富硒饲料喂养山鸡,提供山鸡生长期间所需的营养物质,从而获得优质健康的富硒山鸡。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鸡出壳24h后即可饮水开食;
(2)育雏期:1-10周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂14-16%、营养添加剂2-4%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共80-100g;
(3)生长期:11-18周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂6-8%、营养添加剂18-20%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共120-150g;
(4)育肥期:19-24周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂8-10%、营养添加剂12-14%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共160-180g;
(5)繁殖期:25周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂8-10%、营养添加剂12-14%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共投喂190-200g。
所述基础加硒日粮:植酸酶8-10份、益生菌制剂3-5份、酵母蛋白粉1-2份、鱼粉9-17份、玉米40-45份、熟鸡蛋14-22份、水飞蓟残渣发酵物15-20份、豆饼19-27份、小麦16-24份、麦麸4-6.5份、豆粕15-22份、蝇蛆蛋白粉2-5份、山楂粉0.75-1.5份、姜粉0.5-1份、食盐0.2-0.3份、骨粉3-5份、葡萄糖0.25-0.5份、蛋氨酸硒1-3份。
所述益生菌制剂:将苹果干渣以料液比1:10加入水,再加入尿素2%、乳清粉2.5%,配置成500mL,于121℃灭菌30min,以1:1:1.4接入双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌5%,在36℃下发酵培养100h。
所述水飞蓟残渣发酵物:将水飞蓟籽实提取水飞蓟素后的水飞蓟药物残渣,接入黑曲霉孢子菌液,接种量为4%,在pH5.5,35℃下固体发酵5d。
所述保健添加剂:香菇提取物14-18份、马齿苋15-20份、皂角叶8-12份、苦楝皮5-8份、合欢皮2-3份、蓖麻子1-2份、地皮菜6-10份、香椿5-8份、芋荚茎2-4份、猪鬃草3-6份、鬼箭羽1-2份、翻白草2-4份、巴岩香0.5-1.5份。
所述香菇提取物:取香菇粉末,加入料液比为1:1的20%乙醇溶液,充分渗透物料后迅速加入料液比为1:25的90℃热水,提取5min后,浓缩至物料的1.2倍,加入95%乙醇至乙醇含量75%,静置12-14h,过滤,取滤液于50℃真空干燥。
所述营养添加剂:螺旋藻多效混合提取物10-12份、桑葚1-5份、枸杞1-5份、野燕麦6-11份、豆虫15-25份、蚕蛹15-25份、青虫10-20份、面包虫5-15份、黄粉虫5-15份、鱼粉5-10份、蛋黄粉2-8份、紫苏10-15份、紫甘蓝8-15份、蛋白核小球藻5-8份。
所述螺旋藻多效混合提取物:
a、将鄂尔多斯螺旋藻粉碎后分成等量的A、B、C三份粉末,
b、粉末A按料液比1:8.5加入磷酸缓冲液,在室温,900W下超声波提取25min,过滤取滤液干燥;
c、粉末B按料液比1:25加入蒸馏水,于50℃,320W下超声波提取50min,经3000r/min离心10min,取上清液浓缩至1/5,加入5倍95%乙醇,沉淀8-10h,过滤取沉淀干燥;
d、将粉末C放入萃取釜中,在25Mpa、40℃、CO2流速为25kg/h的条件下进行超临界萃取,将萃取产物干燥;
e、将步骤b、c、d的产物混合均匀。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明涉及一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,基础加硒日粮中加入水飞蓟残渣发酵物,发酵过程中所用的微生物菌种会产生酶,促进山鸡对营养物质的消化吸收;提高饲料的利用率,降低饲养成本,提高山鸡的生长性能,使山鸡的日增重效果显著。
本发明基础加硒日粮中益生菌制剂与植酸酶配合使用,对山鸡具有助长、促消化代谢、增强免疫力、保护生态环境的同时,还可降低饲粮蛋白质水平和饲粮的成本,提高养殖效益。
本发明保健添加剂加入香菇提取物,含有的多糖、生物碱等生物活性成分可刺激山鸡机体产生干扰素,提高机体抗病能力,可维持肠道中菌群平衡,为提高日增重提供了物质基础;可提高山鸡对饲料的消化吸收率,有效减少粪便中的氮含量及降低畜舍内的氨气味,从而有效防止鸡呼吸***疾病的发生且无药物残留。
本发明营养添加剂加入螺旋藻多效混合提取物,提取物中的γ-亚麻酸、藻胆蛋白、螺旋藻多糖等生物活性有机物,能够提高山鸡对营养添加剂的吸收率,提高山鸡的采食量、活跃度,使其羽毛光滑,肉质鲜嫩爽口。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鸡出壳24h后即可饮水开食;
(2)育雏期:1~10周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂15%、营养添加剂3%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共90g;
(3)生长期:11~18周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂7%、营养添加剂19%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共135g;
(4)育肥期:19~24周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂9%、营养添加剂13%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共170g;
(5)繁殖期:25周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂9%、营养添加剂13%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共投喂195g。
本实施例一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,所述基础加硒日粮为:植酸酶9份、益生菌制剂4份、酵母蛋白粉1.5份、鱼粉13份、玉米42.5份、熟鸡蛋18份、水飞蓟残渣发酵物17.5份、豆饼23份、小麦20份、麦麸5.25份、豆粕18.5份、蝇蛆蛋白粉3.5份、山楂粉1.125份、姜粉0.75份、食盐0.25份、骨粉4份、葡萄糖0.375份、蛋氨酸硒2份。
上述益生菌制剂的制备:将苹果干渣以料液比1:10加入水,再加入尿素2%、乳清粉2.5%,配置成500mL,于121℃灭菌30min,以1:1:1.4接入双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌5%,在36℃下发酵培养100h。

上述香菇提取物的制备:取香菇粉末,加入料液比为1:1的20%乙醇溶液,充分渗透物料后迅速加入料液比为1:25的90℃热水,提取5min后,浓缩至物料的1.2倍,加入95%乙醇至乙醇含量75%,静置13h,过滤,取滤液于50℃真空干燥。
本实施例一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,所述营养添加剂为:螺旋藻多效混合提取物11份、桑葚3份、枸杞3份、野燕麦8.5份、豆虫20份、蚕蛹20份、青虫15份、面包虫10份、黄粉虫10份、鱼粉7.5份、蛋黄粉5份、紫苏12.5份、紫甘蓝11.5份、蛋白核小球藻6.5份。
上述螺旋藻多效混合提取物的制取:
(1)将鄂尔多斯螺旋藻粉碎后分成等量的A、B、C三份粉末,
(2)粉末A按料液比1:8.5加入磷酸缓冲液,在室温,900W下超声波提取25min,过滤取滤液干燥;
(3)粉末B按料液比1:25加入蒸馏水,于50℃,320W下超声波提取50min,经3000r/min离心10min,取上清液浓缩至1/5,加入5倍95%乙醇,沉淀9h,过滤取沉淀干燥;
(4)将粉末C放入萃取釜中,在25Mpa、40℃、CO2流速为25kg/h的条件下进行超临界萃取,将萃取产物干燥;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)的产物混合均匀。
实施例2
一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:

(4)将粉末C放入萃取釜中,在25Mpa、40℃、CO2流速为25kg/h的条件下进行超临界萃取,将萃取产物干燥;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)的产物混合均匀。

与实施例1的区别在于,加硒日粮中不包括水飞蓟残渣发酵物。

与实施例1的区别在于,营养添加剂中不包含螺旋藻多效混合提取物。

与实施例1的区别在于,保健添加剂中不包括香菇提取物。
效果评价
选在阳光充足且干燥的空旷地带或树林里,利用牧草地封闭露天养殖,同时在旁边重新建房、简易搭棚养殖,选用聚维酮碘全面进行消毒。再按照上述方面分别对山鸡进行养殖,雏山鸡和成年山鸡分开养殖,其中,养殖过程的相关数据记录如下:
由上表可得,实施例1~3之间的数据相差不大,在山鸡病害发生的下降率、生长情况和肉质质量均比对比例的要好,说明要达到实施例那样的效果,本发明的步骤成分缺一不可;
实施例1与对比例1作比较,由于实施例1中含有水飞蓟残渣的发酵物,其植物蛋白含量高,发酵过程中所用的微生物菌种会产生酶,促进了山鸡对日粮中营养物质的消化和吸收,从而显著提高消化率,提高各年龄段山鸡生长性能,增重效果显著;
实施例1与对比例2作比较,由于实施例1中的螺旋藻多效混合提取物含有γ-亚麻酸、藻胆蛋白、螺旋藻多糖等生物活性有机物,也能够提高山鸡对各类营养添加剂的吸收率,提高山鸡的采食量、活跃度,使其羽毛光滑,肉质蛋白质多,含脂肪少;
实施例1与对比例3作比较,在雏山鸡患病致死下降率方面差别较大,由于实施例1中的香菇提取物中含有的多糖、生物碱等生物活性成分可刺激山鸡机体产生干扰素,提高机体抗病能力,可提高雏山鸡肠道中微生物菌群的作用,维持肠道中菌群平衡,减少肠道中的有害微生物,还有效减少粪便中的氮含量及降低畜舍内的氨气味,从而有效防止鸡呼吸***疾病的发生。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鸡出壳24h后即可饮水开食;
(2)育雏期:1-10周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂14-16%、营养添加剂2-4%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共80-100g;
(3)生长期:11-18周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂6-8%、营养添加剂18-20%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共120-150g;
(4)育肥期:19-24周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂8-10%、营养添加剂12-14%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共160-180g;
(5)繁殖期:25周龄,将基础加硒日粮配合保健添加剂8-10%、营养添加剂12-14%混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共投喂190-200g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述基础加硒日粮:植酸酶8-10份、益生菌制剂3-5份、酵母蛋白粉1-2份、鱼粉9-17份、玉米40-45份、熟鸡蛋14-22份、水飞蓟残渣发酵物15-20份、豆饼19-27份、小麦16-24份、麦麸4-6.5份、豆粕15-22份、蝇蛆蛋白粉2-5份、山楂粉0.75-1.5份、姜粉0.5-1份、食盐0.2-0.3份、骨粉3-5份、葡萄糖0.25-0.5份、蛋氨酸硒1-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述益生菌制剂:将苹果干渣以料液比1:10加入水,再加入尿素2%、乳清粉2.5%,配置成500mL,于121℃灭菌30min,以1:1:1.4接入双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌5%,在36℃下发酵培养100h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述水飞蓟残渣发酵物:将水飞蓟籽实提取水飞蓟素后的水飞蓟药物残渣,接入黑曲霉孢子菌液,接种量为4%,在pH5.5,35℃下固体发酵5d。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述保健添加剂:香菇提取物14-18份、喹乙醇8-12份、马齿苋15-20份、皂角叶8-12份、苦楝皮5-8份、合欢皮2-3份、蓖麻子1-2份、地皮菜6-10份、香椿5-8份、芋荚茎2-4份、猪鬃草3-6份、鬼箭羽1-2份、翻白草2-4份、巴岩香0.5-1.5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述香菇提取物:取香菇粉末,加入料液比为1:1的20%乙醇溶液,充分渗透物料后迅速加入料液比为1:25的90℃热水,提取5min后,浓缩至物料的1.2倍,加入95%乙醇至乙醇含量75%,静置12-14h,过滤,取滤液于50℃真空干燥。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述营养添加剂:螺旋藻多效混合提取物10-12份、桑葚1-5份、枸杞1-5份、野燕麦6-11份、豆虫15-25份、蚕蛹15-25份、青虫10-20份、面包虫5-15份、黄粉虫5-15份、鱼粉5-10份、蛋黄粉2-8份、紫苏10-15份、紫甘蓝8-15份、蛋白核小球藻5-8份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种肉质鲜嫩山鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述螺旋藻多效混合提取物:
(1)将鄂尔多斯螺旋藻粉碎后分成等量的A、B、C三份粉末,
(2)粉末A按料液比1:8.5加入磷酸缓冲液,在室温,900W下超声波提取25min,过滤取滤液干燥;
(3)粉末B按料液比1:25加入蒸馏水,于50℃,320W下超声波提取50min,经3000r/min离心10min,取上清液浓缩至1/5,加入5倍95%乙醇,沉淀8-10h,过滤取沉淀干燥;
(4)将粉末C放入萃取釜中,在25Mpa、40℃、CO2流速为25kg/h的条件下进行超临界萃取,将萃取产物干燥;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)的产物混合均匀。
