When the battery quantity is insufficient, the waterproof switch is pressed down, the power switch is turned off, the lock nut 14 is rotated under water, then the battery compartment is held to apply force outwards, the female underwater plug in the battery compartment can be quickly separated from the male underwater plug on the electrical appliance compartment, then a new battery compartment is plugged into the male underwater plug on the electrical appliance compartment through the female underwater plug, the lock nut is in threaded connection with the electrical appliance compartment to be fixed, and then the power switch is turned on again, so that the operation can be continued, the effect of replacing the battery under water is achieved, the underwater operation time is greatly prolonged, in the underwater cutting process, underwater personnel can observe underwater dynamics through the underwater camera to be beneficial to paying attention to the safety of underwater operators in real time, and due to weak current of the underwater camera, even if a wire leaks, the damage to the underwater personnel can not be caused.
Due to the adoption of the structure, the invention has the advantages of compact structure, safe operation, convenient carrying, high cutting speed, high working efficiency, convenient disassembly and assembly and the like.

A machine according to claim 3, wherein the other side of the gearbox housing is radially provided with a locking pin insertion hole, a gear locking pin is arranged in the locking pin insertion hole, the gear locking pin is in sealing connection with the locking pin insertion hole through a locking pin water seal, a rotation stopping hole is formed in the circumferential array at the upper end of the reduction gear, and when the cutting blade needs to be replaced, the gear locking pin is pressed down, and the lower end of the gear locking pin is inserted into the rotation stopping hole, so that the reduction gear is positioned on the gearbox housing.
