本发明公开了一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺，涉及服装面料加工领域，以单纱防缩羊毛作为原材料，通过织造、配缸、预处理、染色、防蛀处理、柔软定型六个步骤制得，本发明可以防止织物在染色时产生擦伤，减少毛羽产生，提高了织物的抗起毛起球性能，染色完成后对织物进行防蛀整理，可有效预防蛀虫对羊毛织物的损伤，对织物进行呢毯定形整理，织物手感柔软、布面平整，尺寸稳定性好，且能够批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料加工领域，特别是涉及一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
羊毛为天然环保纤维，具有弹性好、染色牢度佳等特点，以其为原料制成的面料是高档服装的首选面料。但是目前市场上的羊毛面料绝大部分是用梭织生产的，如制成各种大衣、西装、西裤的呢绒面料，在针织上多是在横机上生产的羊毛衫及围巾帽子等，坯布染色过程中需承受更大的张力、更高的温度、更长的湿态时间，所以很难批量生产。
发明内容
为克服现有技术上的不足，本发明目的是提供一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺。
为实现本发明的目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺，包括以下步骤：
a.织造：选用16.7tex单纱防缩羊毛作为原材料，将单纱防缩羊毛在圆纬机上进行编制，得到质量良好的毛胚织物；
b.配缸：将毛胚织物放入染缸中；
c.预处理：在染缸中加入预处理剂进行处理；
d.染色：在染缸中加入染色剂进行染色，染色剂的组成成分为：染料8～10％，螯合剂YH-56 0.3％，冰醋0.2％～0.6％，阿白格B 2％，元明粉5％，浴中宝C 2％，其余成分为水；
e.防蛀整理：在染缸中加入柔软防蛀剂JFF；
f.柔软定型：在染缸中加入定型液进行定型，定型液的组成成分为：柔软剂321430％，酸性调节剂ACR 1.2％，其余成分为水。
上述一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺，其中，所述预处理剂的组成成分为去油剂2％，浴中宝C 2％，纯碱1.2％，其余成分为水。
上述一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺，其中，所述染缸内温度为50～60℃。本发明的有益效果：在染色过程中加入浴中宝C，可以防止织物在染色时产生擦伤，减少毛羽产生，提高了织物的抗起毛起球性能，染色完成后对织物进行防蛀整理，可有效预防蛀虫对羊毛织物的损伤，对织物进行呢毯定形整理，织物手感柔软、布面平整，尺寸稳定性好，且能够批量生产。

实施例1：一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺，包括以下步骤：
a.织造：选用16.7tex单纱防缩羊毛作为原材料，将单纱防缩羊毛在圆纬机上进行编制，得到质量良好的毛胚织物；
b.配缸：将毛胚织物放入染缸中；
c.预处理：在染缸中加入预处理剂进行处理；
d.染色：在染缸中加入染色剂进行染色，染色剂的组成成分为：染料8～10％，螯合剂YH-56 0.3％，冰醋0.2％～0.6％，阿白格B 2％，元明粉5％，浴中宝C 2％，其余成分为水；

b.配缸：将毛胚织物放入染缸中；
c.预处理：在染缸中加入预处理剂进行处理；
d.染色：在染缸中加入染色剂进行染色，染色剂的组成成分为：染料8～10％，螯合剂YH-56 0.3％，冰醋0.2％～0.6％，阿白格B 2％，元明粉5％，浴中宝C 2％，其余成分为水；
e.防蛀整理：在染缸中加入柔软防蛀剂JFF；
f.柔软定型：在染缸中加入定型液进行定型，定型液的组成成分为：柔软剂3214 30％，酸性调节剂ACR 1.2％，其余成分为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺，其特征在于，所述预处理剂的组成成分为去油剂2％，浴中宝C 2％，纯碱1.2％，其余成分为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄型羊毛针织面料的生产工艺，其特征在于，所述染缸内温度为50～60℃。
