Abstract
本发明涉及发泡树脂的制造方法和制造装置,其中,树脂在填充到成型模具内之后进行发泡,在缓慢地膨胀的同时进行固化。本发明的发泡树脂的制造装置具有两种试剂A、B的供给部(1、2)、以及将由该试剂供给部(1、2)供给的两种试剂混合的混合器(3),使试剂贮留罐之一即试剂供给部(1)的试剂贮留罐(4)与在所贮留的试剂A中加压溶解的气体的贮留罐(8)连接,上述试剂A、B的混合材料在向外部吐出的瞬间能够使所溶解的气体成分发泡,从而固化反应进行前的软质的混合材料在以发泡膨胀状态填充到成型模具内之后能够完全固化。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及将两种试剂混合来制造发泡树脂的制造方法和制造装置。
【背景技术】
以往,作为发泡树脂成型品、例如发泡硅树脂成型品的制造方法,人们发现有下述方法:将液态硅树脂与发泡剂的混合材料填充到成型模具内,之后进行发泡,成型为规定形状的发泡硅树脂部件(例如,参见专利文献1)。

【发明所要解决的技术问题】
但是,在上述现有技术中,例如在其他部件被内置在成型体内的情况下,由于将混合材料填充到成型模具内之后进行发泡,在缓慢地膨胀的同时缓慢地进行固化,因而置于成型模具内的其他部件被缓慢地膨胀、固化的混合材料挤压,具有其他部件发生位置偏移、作为最差情况其他部件发生破损的危险性等,这些是应该解决的问题。
【解决问题的手段】
上述现有技术具有下述问题:将混合材料在填充到成型模具内之后进行发泡时,在缓慢地膨胀的同时发生固化。鉴于上述问题,在本发明中,在使气体加压溶解在至少一种试剂中的工序后将两种试剂混合,在向外部吐出混合材料的瞬间使溶解的气体成分发泡,由此,固化反应进行前的软质混合材料在以发泡膨胀状态填充到成型模具内之后能够进行完全固化,从而解决了上述问题。
【发明的效果】
总之,在本发明中,在使气体加压溶解在至少一种试剂中的工序后将两种试剂混合,在向外部吐出混合材料的瞬间使溶解的气体成分发泡,所以能够填充完成了发泡但尚未固化的、依然柔软的混合材料,因而能够防止埋入其他部件时的位置偏移、破损。
另外,在本发明中,不管是什么样的树脂、橡胶均能够制成泡沫、海绵之类的多孔质,因而能够实现成型后的制品的轻量化。
在2液混合体系中,两种试剂的混配比是重要的,包含气泡的试剂的供给量实际上不可能利用液体用计量手段进行测量,而在本发明中,由于气体成分在试剂中为溶解状态,因而其实用效果非常大,例如能够利用液体用计量手段精确地测量等。

【具体实施方式】
本发明的发泡树脂制造装置基本上具有两种试剂A、B(例如主剂A和固化剂B)的供给部1、2以及将从该试剂供给部1、2供给的两种试剂混合的混合器3。
试剂供给部1、2具有贮留试剂A、B的罐4、5以及设置在该贮留罐4、5与混合器3之间的试剂A、B的流路6、7。
贮留罐之一即试剂A的贮留罐4连接贮留罐8,该贮留罐8是将要在所贮留的试剂A中加压溶解的气体的贮留罐。
试剂流路6、7的上游端与试剂贮留罐4、5的下部连接,下游端与混合器3的流入口3a、3b连接,在中间部设置泵10、11,利用该泵10、11将试剂贮留罐4、5内的试剂A、B计量出设定量,能够经试剂流路6、7、流入口3a、3b供给到混合器3内,能够将混合的试剂A、B的混合材料由混合器3下部的喷嘴3c向外部吐出,使该喷嘴3c的内径为小径或者在内部设置孔而能够维持加压状态,能够防止吐出前的发泡。
在试剂流路6、7中,在泵10、11的下游侧设置切换阀12、13,该切换阀12、13具有1个流入口和2个出口,试剂流路6、7的上游部位的下游端与切换阀12、13的流入口连接、试剂流路6、7的下游部位的上游端与切换阀12、13的一侧的出口连接,同时在切换阀12、13的另一侧的出口与试剂贮留罐4、5的上部之间设置试剂A、B的返回流路14、15。
在返回流路14、15设置压力调整阀16、17,能够确实地防止试剂供给部1、2内的发泡。
接着,首先从贮留罐8向试剂贮留罐之一即试剂贮留罐4供给气体,将必要量的气体加压溶解在试剂A中,接着利用切换阀12、13打开一侧的出口、关闭另一侧的出口,从试剂贮留罐4、5经试剂流路6、7、流入口3a、3b向混合器3内供给设定量的两种试剂A、B,接下来在该混合器3内将试剂A、B混合,混合完成后将混合材料从混合器3下部的喷嘴3c向外部吐出,混合材料在内部瞬时发泡膨胀并缓慢地固化,来制造发泡树脂成型品。
另外,利用切换阀12、13关闭一侧的出口、打开另一侧的出口,使试剂A、B从试剂贮留罐4、5经试剂流路6、7、返回流路14、15返回到试剂贮留罐4、5中,由此进行试剂A、B的循环,以使试剂供给部1、2内的试剂A、B能够均质化,从而使发泡树脂制品的品质均匀化。
需要说明的是,本发明的制造方法和制造装置的树脂只要为2液混合型就可以为任何树脂。
另外,通过根据情况适当地设定试剂A、B的混合材料的粘度及其经时变化(触变)、固化速度,以使得在固化之前无气体成分从混合材料中跑出去而使气泡消失。
另外,在上述实施例中,仅试剂贮留罐之一即试剂贮留罐4与贮留罐8连接,总之只要使试剂贮留罐4、5中的至少一者与贮留罐8连接即可。

1.一种发泡树脂的制造方法,其是将两种试剂混合来制造发泡树脂的方法,该方法的特征在于,在使气体加压溶解在至少一种试剂中的工序后,将两种试剂混合,在向外部吐出混合材料的瞬间使溶解的气体成分发泡。
2.一种发泡树脂的制造装置,其特征在于,其具有两种试剂的供给部、以及将由该试剂供给部供给的上述两种试剂混合的混合器,使至少一个试剂供给部的试剂贮留罐与气体的贮留罐连接,该气体是将要在所贮留的试剂中加压溶解的气体,由此在上述两种试剂的混合材料向外部吐出的瞬间能够使溶解的气体成分发泡。
