本发明涉及一种高压管,包括内衬、外涂层和定位于内衬和外涂层之间的加强层,所述加强层包括螺旋缠绕的带,所述带每个包括基体和嵌入所述基体中的纤维,所述纤维包括绞合的高强度丝。
通常,例如从WO-A-2013/131972中已知这种高压管。呈所述现有技术管的带形式的螺旋缠绕的加强元件可包括碳纤维,碳纤维包括大量细丝。碳纤维具有若干优点:例如,这种纤维相对于如存在于原油中的诸如H2S的侵略性物质在很大程度上不会受到伤害。此外,碳纤维具有高拉伸强度和高弹性模量。这些性质为所讨论的管提供了承受高达200巴或更高的高压的能力。然而,碳纤维本身对于处理而言是成问题的。丝具有高刚度和硬度,这使得难以在管壁中直接实施这种纤维。出于有利于处理碳纤维的目的,碳纤维可浸渍有基体材料,且随后被组装以形成例如呈带形式的碳纤维加强元件。
由于碳丝嵌入基体材料中且由此通过基体材料彼此连接这一情况,因此加强元件呈现相对高的弯曲刚度。纤维的这种相对高的弯曲刚度不利于执行缠绕操作,如例如在制造高压管中所应用的。这意味在制造高压管的过程中,所讨论的加强元件应当具有相当有限的厚度,从而限制它们的弯曲刚度,并且从而使纤维能够围绕内衬缠绕。在加强带为薄的情况下,这意味相对高数量的带围绕内衬缠绕,从而实现管壁的所需强度和刚度。
然而,利用嵌入的纤维缠绕带的多个层的过程是复杂的且耗时的。优选的是,以有限数量的带完成缠绕过程,优选地以两个相反缠绕的带完成缠绕过程。那些带中的每个带中的纤维的数量和厚度于是将增加。然而,如此获得的带的刚度将严格限制使这些带围绕内衬缠绕的可能性。此外,管本身对于弯曲而言将是相当硬的,使得几乎不能将管缠绕在卷轴(reel)上。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种前述类型的高压管,其可由有限数量的带制造,并且其仍具有与高强度纤维相关联的优点。另一目的在于提供这种能够缠绕在具有有限半径的卷轴上的管。该目的得以实现在于:纤维的丝为通过在形成纤维的步骤中在将丝绞合在一起之前使丝经历上浆操作(sizing operation)而获得的上浆的丝。
该丝的上浆操作具有优点在于:与通过诸如固化树脂的硬基体而彼此固定附着的丝相比,其允许相邻丝之间的一些移位。丝被绞合,从而可能在存在促进绞合的丝束的凝聚力的附加材料的情况下形成纤维。丝仍应当能够在纤维中相对于彼此在某种程度上移位,这使得即使在厚纤维的情况下也能够使纤维弯曲,并且由此纤维中的绞合的丝的数量是相对高的。
上浆操作本身在纺织材料的领域中是熟知的。上浆操作需要例如使用上浆剂或诸如液体树脂、油型材料和蜡型材料的化学制品。
优选地,丝为未浸渍的丝。典型地,丝具有4-100μm的厚度、或4-50μm的厚度、或4-10μm的厚度。优选地,丝为碳丝。可选地,丝被涂覆有柔性涂层,例如橡胶状涂层。典型地,丝具有与包含所述丝的纤维的长度相同数量级的长度。
本发明还涉及一种用于生产高压管的方法,包括如下步骤:
-提供高强度丝;
-对所述高强度丝上浆;
-使上浆的所述高强度丝绞合,从而形成纤维;
-将所述纤维嵌入基体中,从而形成带;
-提供管状的内衬;
-以一个位于另一个上方的方式并以相反的缠绕角使带围绕所述内衬螺旋地缠绕;以及
-在螺旋缠绕的所述带的顶部上设置外涂层。
丝优选地为未浸渍的丝,且优选地,在将所述纤维嵌入所述基体中的步骤过程中,保持所述纤维的丝的未浸渍状态。未浸渍的纤维是未浸渍有基体材料或未浸渍有使纤维以不能进行相对移位或几乎不能进行相对移位的方式彼此附着的其他材料的纤维。因此,可以确保的是,未浸渍的纤维中的丝可相对于彼此执行相对移位,从而保持纤维的特定弯曲柔性。另外,优选地,从排除或抑制纤维和基体之间的粘附的材料选择所述纤维和所述基体。在纤维和周围的基体之间缺少(强)粘附还促进了带的弯曲柔性,使得能够进一步以相对小的半径缠绕带。
可选地,在将所述纤维嵌入所述基体中之前,所述纤维可浸在混合物中,从而利用橡胶状物质覆盖所述纤维。

图1中所示的管包括内衬1,所有加强带中的第一加强带2围绕内衬螺旋地缠绕。随后,第二加强带5以相反的缠绕角螺旋地缠绕到第一加强带2上。接下来,外膜层6被施加到螺旋缠绕的第二加强带5上。
每个加强带2、5包括基体材料4的主体和嵌入基体材料4的主体中的纤维3。纤维3每个包括彼此绞合在一起的碳丝。这些丝已经历上浆操作,且此外它们未浸渍有基体材料4。结果,纤维具有相对高的弯曲柔性。由于纤维3未附着到基体材料4的周围主体这一情况,因此加强带本身也具有相对高的弯曲柔性。
结果,加强带2、5可以相对小的半径围绕内衬缠绕。甚至可以在纤维3具有相对大的厚度且因此具有相对大数量的绞合碳纤维的情况下获得这种相对小的弯曲半径。这意味着有限数量(特别地仅为两个)的加强带2、5将足够用于制造具有抵抗内部压力的高抵抗力的管。此外,管本身将抵抗内部过压的相对高的硬度和强度与相对低的弯曲柔性结合。因此,该管适用于缠绕在卷轴上,这大大简化了管的生产和运输。

Claims (16)

1.一种高压管,包括内衬(1)、外涂层(6)和定位于所述内衬与所述外涂层之间的加强层(2、5),所述加强层包括螺旋缠绕的带(2、5),所述带(2、5)每个包括基体(4)和嵌入所述基体中的纤维(3),所述纤维包括绞合的高强度丝,其中,所述纤维的丝为通过使所述丝经历上浆操作而获得的上浆的丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压管,其中,所述丝为未浸渍的丝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高压管,其中,所述丝具有4-100μm的厚度。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的高压管,其中,所述丝为碳丝。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的高压管,其中,所述丝涂覆有柔性涂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高压管,其中,所述柔性涂层包括橡胶状涂层。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的高压管,其中,所述丝具有与包含所述丝的纤维的长度相同数量级的长度。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的高压管,其中,所述加强层包括仅两个相反缠绕的螺旋带(2、5)。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的高压管,其中,在所述纤维的丝之间缺少基体材料。
10.一种用于生产高压管的方法,包括如下步骤:
-提供高强度丝;
-对所述高强度丝上浆;
-使上浆的所述高强度丝绞合,从而形成纤维(3);
-将所述纤维(3)嵌入基体(4)中,从而形成带(2、5);
-提供管状的内衬(1);
-以一个位于另一个上方的方式并以相反的缠绕角使所述带(2、5)围绕所述内衬(1)螺旋地缠绕;以及
-在螺旋缠绕的所述带(2、5)的顶部上设置外涂层(6)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述丝为未浸渍的丝。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,在将所述纤维(3)嵌入所述基体(4)的步骤过程中保持所述纤维的丝的未浸渍状态。
13.根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的方法,其中,从排除或抑制所述纤维(3)和所述基体(4)之间的粘附的材料选择所述纤维和所述基体(4)。
