Corresponding to the data flow direction shown in fig. 5, is an electronic sorting and weighing method, which includes the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that mapping relations between various article weighing containers and article types are set on a server in advance, wherein the article weighing containers are containers used for containing articles and weighing on electronic scales; for example, plastic corresponds to the electronic scale container No. 1, a mineral water bottle corresponds to the electronic scale container No. 2, and all the category maps are sequentially set, all the electronic scales constitute a bluetooth electronic scale group and are all connected to the server through bluetooth, and there are 5 bluetooth electronic scales in the embodiment shown in fig. 5.
When m groups of weighing objects to be classified and weighed exist, classifying the group of weighing objects according to a preset classification rule;
respectively placing the n types of separated articles in article weighing containers corresponding to the types of the articles, and determining the weight of each type of article in the group of weighing objects according to the preset mapping relation between the article weighing capacity and the article type;
for example, for group 1 weighing, type 1 items in group 1 items are placed on electronic scale container number 1 corresponding to type 1, where electronic scale number 1 obtains a single weight W (1, 1); placing the type 2 articles in the group 1 articles on the electronic scale container No. 2 corresponding to the type 2, and obtaining the reading W (1, 2) by the electronic scale No. 2; repeating the steps until all the types of the articles in the group 1 are placed in the weighing containers corresponding to the types of the articles, obtaining the single weight W (1, 1), W (1, 2), …, W (1, n) of all the types of the articles, uploading corresponding data to a server for storage, wherein the process is called weighing once, and the electronic scale automatically executes a peeling command after each weighing is completed.
Continuously repeating the above operations on other groups of weighing objects until the classified weighing of all groups of weighing objects is completed, and obtaining the single weight W (i, j) of each type of object in each group of weighing objects; wherein i represents the i-th group of weights, i =1, 2, …, m, m > = 1; i represents a jth classified item, j =1, 2, …, n, m > = 1; the server can output any one of the single weight W (i, j), and can also calculate and output the total weight WT of the object.
The total weight comprises the total weight of a plurality of classes of articles in a group of weighing objects and/or the total weight of a certain class of articles in a plurality of groups. The server then transmits a set of data including the weight, category, and user account to the cloud server.
The method for classifying and weighing the objects conveniently and quickly obtains the single weight of each type of object in each group, and is used for calculating the cost, high in calculation efficiency and simple in operation.

Claims (7)

1. A garbage classification recovery information management system is characterized by comprising a user side and a server connected with the user side through a network, wherein the server comprises a communication unit, an account management unit, a recovery mark information management unit, a category detection unit and a weighing calculation unit; the user side is in communication connection with other units of the server through the communication unit;
the account management unit receives and analyzes account information sent by a client; the recycling mark information management unit receives recycling mark information sent by the front end, and the category detection unit is used for identifying and judging the classification type of the garbage and feeding back data to the weighing calculation unit; the weighing calculation unit is used for weighing the target garbage, calculating cost according to the weighing weight and the calculation coefficient of the corresponding classification type, and feeding the cost back to the account management unit;
the garbage classification recycling information management system also comprises a numbering management unit, and after the garbage bags with numbers are filled with recyclable garbage and sent to corresponding recycling points, the numbering management unit receives the numbering information on the garbage bags, identifies the account information to which the numbering information belongs, binds the numbering information with the account information, and provides the account information for other processing units;
the weighing calculation unit calculates the cost according to the weighing weight, a first calculation coefficient corresponding to the coarse classification type and a second calculation coefficient corresponding to the fine classification type, and feeds the cost back to the account management unit, and the account management unit records the cost in a corresponding account; meanwhile, the system outputs the calculated expense result and sends the expense result to the user to prompt the user to recover the result;
for the same object, the corresponding first calculation coefficient after the coarse classification is different from the corresponding second calculation coefficient after the fine classification, the calculation cost corresponding to the recyclable garbage after the coarse classification is the feedback reward cost, and the calculation cost corresponding to the garbage to be cleared is the collected processing cost;
the second calculation coefficient is the recovery reward unit price or the clearing cost unit price of each type of garbage after fine classification, and the second calculation coefficients corresponding to different fine classification types are not identical; for the same garbage object, the second calculation coefficient corresponding to the classified garbage object is higher than the first calculation coefficient corresponding to the only rough classification; for the garbage to be cleared, the clearing and transporting expenses which are needed to be paid only by rough classification and fine classification are different;
when m groups of weighing objects to be classified and weighed exist, classifying the group of weighing objects according to a preset classification rule;
respectively placing the n types of separated articles in article weighing containers corresponding to the types of the articles, determining the weight of each type of article in the group of weighing objects according to the preset mapping relation between the article weighing capacity and the article type, and obtaining the single weight W (i, j) of each type of article in each group of weighing objects after finishing the classified weighing of all the groups of weighing objects; wherein i represents the group i of weights, i is 1, 2, …, m, m is 1; i represents a jth classified item, j is 1, 2, …, n, m is 1; the server can output any one of the single weight W (i, j), and can also calculate and output the total weight WT of the object.
2. The garbage classification recycling information management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the account information includes at least basic information and financial information of the user.
3. The garbage classification recycling information management system of claim 1, wherein the recycling flag information is information characterizing a degree of recycling of garbage classification based on a recycling flag signal category.
4. The garbage classification recycling information management system of claim 3, wherein the recycling flag information includes a first recycling flag information, a second recycling flag information.
5. The garbage classification recycling information managing system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first recycling flag information corresponds to garbage classified roughly but not classified finely;
the second recycling mark information correspondingly represents the garbage which is classified finely.

The garbage classification recycling information management system of claim 1, wherein if the system detects the first recycling flag information, it issues a further processing instruction indicating that the garbage under the processing level needs to be further sub-classified and sorted, and needs to feed the sub-classified type back to the weighing and calculating unit for weighing and cost calculation;
and if the system detects the second recovery marking information and indicates that the batch of garbage is classified finely, the system directly feeds the fine classification type back to the weighing calculation unit for weighing and calculating the cost.
7. The garbage classification recycling information management system according to claim 6, wherein the rough classification is to classify garbage into two categories: one is the mixture of all recoverable garbage, and the other is garbage to be cleaned including kitchen garbage, toxic and harmful garbage and other garbage;
the fine classification means that the coarsely classified garbage is further divided into a plurality of single articles for different downstream processing according to different materials or preset classification rules.
