The tipping paper has high glossiness, excellent pearl effect, strong coating adhesive force, no pearl powder removal phenomenon and no odor.

Claims (3)

1. The gravure pearlescent varnish for tipping paper is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-25 parts of polyvinyl butyral resin, 5-20 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 1-10 parts of aldehyde ketone resin, 1-10 parts of rosin glyceride, 1-10 parts of anti-settling agent and 50-80 parts of solvent; the anti-settling agent is polyethylene wax; the solvent consists of ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-propyl acetate, and the solvent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of ethanol, 30-35 parts of ethyl acetate and 2-4 parts of n-propyl acetate.

The gravure pearlescent varnish for tipping paper according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials are as follows in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of polyvinyl butyral resin, 6-10 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 3-5 parts of aldehyde ketone resin, 3-5 parts of rosin glyceride, 1-3 parts of anti-settling agent and 65-75 parts of solvent.
3. The method of preparing gravure pearlescent varnish for tipping paper according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the steps of:
a. adding the ethanol, the ethyl acetate and the n-propyl acetate which are weighed according to the proportion into a container, and stirring at the normal temperature for 3-5 min at the stirring speed of 500-700r/min to obtain a mixed solution A;
b. sequentially adding polyvinyl butyral resin, aldehyde ketone resin, rosin glycerol ester and cellulose acetate butyrate which are weighed according to the proportion into the mixed solution A, and stirring for 2-4 h at normal temperature with the stirring speed of 800-;
c. adding the polyethylene wax weighed according to the proportion into the mixed solution B, stirring for 1-2 h at the stirring speed of 800-1000r/min until the mixture is completely and uniformly dispersed, wherein the mixing ratio is 1: 1, adding the mixed solvent of ethanol and ethyl acetate to 100 parts, and passing through a 180-200 mesh sieve
