Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of new ink materials, in particular to alcohol-soluble gravure high-temperature-resistant ink which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20% of cellulose acetate butyrate, 80-90% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.4-0.8% of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1% of anti-adhesion additive and 2-4% of propylene glycol methyl ether, wherein the total amount is 100%. The alcohol-soluble gravure high-temperature-resistant ink can remarkably improve the high-temperature-resistant performance of printed matters, and an ink layer can resist the high temperature of more than 130 ℃; the product keeps smooth and non-sticky surface in a high-temperature environment, and the solvent is mainly ethanol, so that the environment-friendly performance is more outstanding than that of ink using common esters or other solvents.

Background
The gravure ink is short for gravure ink and is suitable for various gravure printing. Gravure ink, like other printing inks, is composed of a colored material (pigment) and a binder as main components. The colored matter has color developing effect, and the color contrast with the color of the printing stock shows image on the printing stock. The gravure ink is mostly volatile solvent type ink, consists of pigment, solid resin, volatile solvent, filler and additive, and can achieve the due printability and use performance of the ink only by mixing the components and the proportion of the raw materials, so that the printing ink can be well matched with a printing plate, a printing machine and a printing material, and the printing process can be smoothly carried out.

The paint does not contain toxic substances, has strong adhesive force, good wear resistance and good glossiness, still has certain harm to the environment, can not resist high temperature, and is limited in application in high-temperature environment.
