背景技术
女儿墙墙根是极易产生渗漏的特殊部位,漏水产生的原因主要有以下几个方面:
⑴建筑物变形过大,超过允许变形范围,主要是热胀冷缩及基础的不均匀沉降。
⑵女儿墙墙根在施工过程中产生的快速移位,引起防水失效。
⑶由于浇筑混凝土时没有达到密实程度,产生了疏松、狗洞、蜂窝等现象,形成了渗漏水的通道。
⑷施工中对防水的破坏而造成漏水。女儿墙一旦渗漏,即表明整个防水失效,因此必须进行全缝周长的渗漏治理才能有效。

一种女儿墙渗漏水修缮工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1.切割敲除女儿墙墙根碎石混凝土层,再敲除碎石混凝土层底部至混凝土基层,形成女儿墙的施工部位;
S2.在施工部位阴角用电动角磨机或冲击钻开“V”槽;
S3.涂刷界面防水剂对包含“V”槽在内的女儿墙内侧和混凝土基层进行预处理后,“V”槽内用防水密封胶密封处理;
S4.粉刷修补砂浆进行结构补强修复;
S5.涂刷“聚合物水泥基刚性防水涂料”;
S6.涂刷“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”;
S7.将抗拉聚酯布浸泡“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”后,在阴角处加设该抗拉聚酯布加强层;
S8.再涂刷“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”;
S9.涂刷“热熔非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料”;
S10.粘贴防水卷材;
S11.浇筑填充抗渗碎石混凝土;
S12.位于抗渗碎石混凝土上方的防水卷材表面粉刷修补砂浆保护;
S13.卷材收口处用硅酮胶密封;
S14.用螺栓在卷材收口处上方安装挡水盖板;螺栓位置用硅酮胶密封。
上述技术方案中,从碎石混凝土层底部至混凝土基层中间可能会有不同的材料层,包括但不限于如水泥砂浆保护层、防水层、水泥砂浆找平层等等,都一一敲除和清除即可。S1步骤的目的在于,形成女儿墙的施工部位。
发明人发现,防水本身主要是结构自防,出现渗漏水说明结构已经被破坏,防水也失效,从而水进入结构层,如不对结构进行及时修复,结构长时间浸泡水,内部钢筋产生锈蚀,造成混凝土爆裂,增加安全隐患,日后的维修成本较高。
本发明首先解决了核心的结构问题,既对原有结构的加固,又达到新结构保护防渗漏的功能,可以增加使用寿命,降低安全隐患。

参见图1和图2所示,一种女儿墙渗漏水修缮工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1.切割敲除女儿墙10墙根 碎石混凝土层,例如宽度350mm±2mm(本实施例为350±2mm,但并不限于此宽度,可以根据实际情况调整);敲除碎石混凝土层下面的珍珠岩隔热层材料;清除内部水泥砂浆保护层、防水层、水泥砂浆找平层等至混凝土基层20,形成女儿墙的施工部位;为更好地理解,图1中示出了原有的结构层100。如果珍珠岩隔热层内部积水则进行抽水及排水处理;在施工过程中,可以采用速凝型堵漏防水材料和块状填充材料围挡施工区域,避免***水窜至施工部位,保持施工部位无明水状态;其中速凝型堵漏防水材料可以采用如下配方,其由如下组分和重量份组成:硫铝水泥400-500份;普通硅酸盐水泥150-200份;重钙300-400份;氯化锂2-5份;胶粉10-20份;木质纤维素0.5-2份。其中胶粉例如选用市售的6021E胶粉。原料组分均可以从市售中得到。
S2.在施工部位阴角用电动角磨机或冲击钻开“V”槽1;例如宽5cm深3cm;
S3.涂刷界面防水剂2对包含“V”槽1在内的女儿墙内侧和混凝土基层进行预处理后,“V”槽内用防水密封胶3密封处理;在本实施例中,施工部位可以冲洗干净后涂刷界面防水剂。涂刷界面防水剂对混凝土基层进行预处理的作用在于:既起到防水作用,又起到使混凝土基层和防水密封胶之间的粘结作用,不易产生脱层现象。该界面防水剂由液体和粉体组成,其中粉体由如下组分和质量份组成:防水胶液370-450份;消泡剂1-2份;防腐剂1-2份;润湿剂1-2 份;水550-630份;粉体由如下组分和质量份组成:水泥800-1000份;砂400-600 份;重钙400-600份;丙烯酸胶粉10-20份。其中原料组分均可以从市售中得到。使用时,将液体和粉体均匀混合即可。可以进一步参见申请人的专利 CN103030425B所公开的界面防水剂。该防水密封胶可以由如下组分和重量份组成:丙烯酸乳液80-100份、重钙10-15份、木质素纤维3-5份、润湿分散剂2-4 份、硅烷偶联剂2-4份、增稠剂4-6份及消泡剂0.5-1份。其中原料组分均可以从市售中得到。本防水密封胶和界面防水剂相容性较好,两者之间能够产生较好的粘结作用。
S4.粉刷修补砂浆4进行结构补强修复;该修补砂浆由如下组分和重量份组成:硫铝水泥200-300份;普通硅酸盐水泥200-300份;石英砂500-600份;消泡剂1-2份;纤维素醚2-4份;减水剂1-2份;胶粉8-15份。其中胶粉例如选用市售的6021E胶粉。原料组分均可以从市售中得到。使用结构修补砂浆时,根据实际情况配合适量的水搅拌使用。
S5.涂刷“聚合物水泥基刚性防水涂料”5,厚度本实施例可以为1.2mm厚 (本实施例为1.2mm,但并不限于此厚度,可以根据实际情况调整);该聚合物水泥基刚性防水涂料由粉料和液料组成;粉料由如下组分和重量份组成:普通硅酸盐水泥350-450份;石英砂550-650份;减水剂1-5份;纤维素醚1-5份;液料由如下组分和重量份组成:苯丙乳液350-450份;消泡剂2-5份;防腐剂 2-5份;水550-600份。原料组分均可以从市售中得到。该刚性防水涂料主要起到进一步增加结构的强度和防水性,以及提高修补砂浆和“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”的粘接力。
S6.涂刷“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”6,厚度本实施例可以为1.5mm 厚(本实施例为1.5mm,但并不限于此厚度,可以根据实际情况调整);该聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料由如下组分和重量份组成:苯丙乳液350-450份;重钙300-350份;钛白粉30-50份;丙二醇抗冻剂8-12份;成膜助剂15-25份;流平剂5-10份;增稠剂8-12份;防腐剂1-3份;消泡剂3-5份;润湿分散剂 4-8份;水150-200份。原料组分均可以从市售中得到。该柔韧型防水涂料主要起到进一步的增加延伸率和提高防水性。
S7.将抗拉聚酯布7浸泡“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”后,在阴角处加设该抗拉聚酯布7加强层;浸泡后的抗拉聚酯布直接铺于聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料上,用刷子将抗拉聚酯布刷平,确保抗拉聚酯布不起泡、不起皱,使整个抗拉聚酯布饱满服帖。
S8.再涂刷“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”6;厚度本实施例可以为1.5mm 厚(本实施例为1.5mm,但并不限于此厚度,可以根据实际情况调整);使抗拉聚酯布位于聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料中间部位,加强整个聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料结构的稳定性和抗拉强度。
S9.涂刷“热熔非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料”8,厚度本实施例可以为2.0mm 厚(本实施例为2.0mm,但并不限于此厚度,可以根据实际情况调整);该热熔非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料由如下组分和重量份组成:基质沥青55-65份;增粘剂5-10份;软化剂15-20份;胶粉10-15份;钛白粉15-25份。增粘剂例如选用聚异丁烯。软化剂例如选用苏州伊格特公司的合成植物酯。胶粉例如选用市售的6021E胶粉。原料组分均可以从市售中得到。
S10.粘贴防水卷材9,优选粘贴改性沥青自粘防水卷材。热熔非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料具有的粘结强度可以使改性沥青自粘防水卷材与热熔非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料牢固的粘接在一起。
S11.浇筑填充抗渗碎石混凝土11;与未施工的地面找平。
S12.在位于抗渗碎石混凝土11上方的贴在女儿墙10的防水卷材9表面粉刷修补砂浆4保护;
S13.卷材收口处用硅酮胶12密封;
S14.用螺栓13在卷材收口处上方安装挡水盖板14;优选铝合金挡水盖板,参见图1所示,其向下倾斜设置,螺栓位置用硅酮胶12密封。
本女儿墙渗漏水修缮工艺刚柔结合(例如结构修补砂浆结构补强,刚性、柔韧型防水材料结合防水)、多道防水、先结构后防水综合整治。经过上述结构设计、使用多种防水材料,以及与具体工艺相结合,***地解决了女儿墙渗漏水问题,使得其可以达到10年以上女儿墙不再渗漏水。

Claims (1)

1.一种女儿墙渗漏水修缮工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.切割敲除女儿墙墙根碎石混凝土层,再敲除碎石混凝土层底部至混凝土基层,形成女儿墙的施工部位;
S2.在施工部位阴角用电动角磨机或冲击钻开“V”槽;
S3.涂刷界面防水剂对包含“V”槽在内的女儿墙内侧和混凝土基层进行预处理后,“V”槽内用防水密封胶密封处理;
S4.粉刷修补砂浆进行结构补强修复;
S5.涂刷“聚合物水泥基刚性防水涂料”;
S6.涂刷“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”;
S7.将抗拉聚酯布浸泡“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”后,在阴角处加设该抗拉聚酯布加强层;
S8.再涂刷“聚合物水泥基柔韧型防水涂料”;
S9.涂刷“热熔非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料”;
S10.粘贴防水卷材;
S11.浇筑填充抗渗碎石混凝土;
S12.位于抗渗碎石混凝土上方的防水卷材表面粉刷修补砂浆保护;
S13.卷材收口处用硅酮胶密封;
S14.用螺栓在卷材收口处上方安装挡水盖板;螺栓位置用硅酮胶密封;
