Abstract
一种行走训练机,包含有一线性传动单元及两踏板单元,线性传动单元具有两相对的传动平台,各踏板单元具有一踏板座、一旋转轴及一踏板,踏板座具有一底座、一顶座及多根立柱,底座的底面设于线性传动单元的传动平台,底座固接于各立柱,顶座可上下位移地套设于各立柱的顶端,旋转轴以垂直立柱的方式设于顶座且与踏板连接在一起,使得踏板能相对踏板座上下枢转。由此,本发明的踏板一方面可以通过传动平台进行前后方向的线性运动,另一方面可以通过踏板座的顶座的上下位移及本身相对于踏板座的上下枢转来模拟行走时的步态动作。

技术领域
本发明与行走训练机有关,特别是指一种可确实模拟行走时的步态动作的行走训练机。
背景技术
走路必须依靠身体的神经、肌肉及骨骼等***共同协调作用来达到推动身体往前的效果,若要稳定的走路更是需要具有足够的注意力、肌肉力量及适当的动作控制能力,但是对于老年人来说,由于身体机能的衰退,导致容易出现行走障碍的状况,严重时甚至发生经常跌倒的问题,进而影响到身体健康及日常生活。
为了帮助老年人进行复健训练,例如JP2002325860所揭露的步行运动装置是通过第一支腿部安装装置跟第二支腿部安装装置前后交替地移动来达到腿部训练效果,JP2001309993所揭露的运动机器是以轨道滑动方式带动踏板前后运动,至于CN105167959所揭露的多功能步态康复训练器是通过滑块带动踏板前后运动,另外再通过销件让踏板达到旋转效果。然而,前述专利案无法让踏板确实呈现行走时的运动轨迹,因此实际上能达到的训练效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种行走训练机,其能有效模拟使用者在行走时的步态轨迹,进而提升复健训练效果。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的行走训练机包含有一线性传动单元及两相对的踏板单元。该线性传动单元具有一支撑座、一驱动源、二螺杆及二传动平台,该驱动源设于该支撑座,该二螺杆相互实质平行地设于该支撑座且连接该驱动源,该二传动平台分别螺设于相对应的螺杆,使得该二传动平台能通过该驱动源及该二螺杆的驱动而产生一前一后的往复位移。各该踏板单元具有一踏板座、一旋转轴及一踏板,该踏板座具有一底座、一顶座及多根立柱,该底座的底面设于该线性传动单元的其中一该传动平台,使得该踏板座能跟着该传动平台同步移动,所述立柱间隔设置于该底座的顶面,该顶座可上下位移地套设于各该立柱的顶端,该旋转轴可转动地设于该顶座,且该旋转轴的轴向垂直于各该立柱的轴向,该踏板设于该旋转轴,使得该踏板能通过该旋转轴相对该踏板座枢转。
由上述可知,该踏板除了可以通过该踏板座与该传动平台之间的连接关系进行前后方向的线性运动之外,另一方面可以通过该踏板座的顶座的上下位移及本身相对于该踏板座的枢转来配合使用者的脚掌在行走时所产生的动作变化,如此即可有效模拟使用者在行走时的步态轨迹,进而达到提升复健训练效果的目的。
更佳地,该踏板座的顶座相对于该踏板座的底座的上下移动距离在5公分以内,该踏板相对于该踏板座的旋转角度在10度以内。
更佳地,该行走训练机还具有一扬升单元,该扬升单元具有一固定座、一平台基座、一扬升基座及一扬升致动器,该固定座用以支撑于一地面,该平台基座承接于该线性传动单元的支撑座的底部,该平台基座的后端用以支撑于该地面,该扬升基座的前、后两端分别枢接于该固定座的前端与该平台基座的前端,该扬升致动器设于该扬升基座的前端与该平台基座的前端之间。由此,该扬升基座会利用该扬升致动器将该平台基座连同该线性传动单元往上抬升一预定角度,进而呈现行走在斜坡的效果。此外,该扬升单元还具有一收纳致动器,该收纳致动器设于该固定座与该平台基座之间且与该扬升致动器之间相隔有一预定距离,主要用来将该平台基座的后端抬离地面而达到收纳效果。
更佳地,各该踏板单元还具有一第一缓冲元件与一第二缓冲元件,该第一缓冲元件设于该踏板座的顶、底座之间,用以对该顶座提供上下位移的缓冲效果,该第二缓冲元件设于该踏板座的底座与该踏板之间,用以对该踏板提供转动时的缓冲效果。

具体实施方式
请先参阅图1,本发明的行走训练机10包含有一线性传动单元20及两踏板单元30。
如图2所示,线性传动单元20具有一支撑座21、一驱动源22、两螺杆23及两传动平台24。驱动源22设于支撑座21的顶面,两螺杆23相互实质平行地设于支撑座21的顶面且分别连接驱动源22,使得两螺杆23能通过驱动源22的驱动而转动,两传动平台24分别螺设于相对应的螺杆23,使得两传动平台24能通过两螺杆23的转动而产生一前一后的往复位移。
如图3所示,各踏板单元30具有一踏板座31、四第一缓冲元件35、一旋转轴36、一踏板37,以及一第二缓冲元件38,其中:
踏板座31具有一底座32、两顶座33及四立柱34,底座32的底面组装于线性传动单元20的传动平台24的顶面,所述立柱34间隔设置于底座32的顶面,各顶座33可上下位移地套设于两立柱34的顶端。由此,踏板座31能跟着本身所组装的传动平台24同步移动,而且,踏板座31的顶座33能相对踏板座31的底座32产生如图6所示的上下位移,在本实施例中,顶座33相对于底座32的上下移动距离在5公分以内。
第一缓冲元件35设于踏板座31的顶、底座31、32之间,用以对两顶座33提供如图6所示的上下位移的缓冲效果。在本实施例中,第一缓冲元件35为一套设于立柱34且顶抵于踏板座31的顶、底座31、32之间的弹性件。
旋转轴36可转动地设于踏板座31的两顶座33之间,而且,旋转轴36的轴向垂直于立柱34的轴向。
踏板37组装于旋转轴36,使得踏板37能通过旋转轴36相对踏板座31产生如图6的枢转。在本实施例中,踏板37相对于踏板座31的旋转角度在10度以内。
第二缓冲元件38设于踏板座31的底座32与踏板37之间,用以对踏板37提供如图6所示的转动时的缓冲效果。在本实施例中,第二缓冲元件38为一流体压缸且具有一缸体381与一可轴向位移地设于缸体381的活塞杆382,缸体381的一端枢设于踏板37,活塞杆382的一端位于缸体381内,活塞杆382的另一端位于缸体381外且枢设于踏板座31的底座32。
由上述结构可知,如图2、图3及图5所示,本发明所提供的踏板37除了可以通过踏板座31与传动平台24之间的连接关系来进行一前一后的水平滑动之外,也可以如图6所示,在踏板37移动的过程中再进一步通过踏板座31的顶座33的上下位移及踏板37本身相对于踏板座31的枢转来配合使用者的脚掌在行走时所产生的动作变化,如此即可有效模拟使用者在行走时的步态轨迹,进而达到提升复健训练效果的目的。
另一方面,为了模拟行走在斜坡的效果,本发明更提供一扬升单元40,如图4所示,扬升单元40具有一固定座41、一平台基座42、一扬升基座43及一扬升致动器44,其中:固定座41用以支撑于地面;平台基座42组接于线性传动单元20的支撑座21的底面,平台基座42的后端支撑于地面,扬升基座43的两端分别枢接于固定座41的前端与平台基座42的前端,扬升致动器44的顶端通过一立杆45枢设平台基座42的前端,扬升致动器44的底端枢设于扬升基座43的前端。由此,如图7及图8所示,扬升致动器44在启动的后会通过立杆45往上推顶平台基座42的前端,使平台基座42的前端往上抬升,在平台基座42的前端往上抬升的过程中,一方面会拉动扬升基座43的后端,使扬升基座43的后端同步往上抬升,另一方面会连同线性传动单元20及踏板单元30一起相对于地面产生一倾斜角度,直到调整到适当的角度的后再关闭扬升致动器44而完成定位。如此一来,本发明所提供的踏板37不但可以沿着前后方向产生具有坡度的水平滑动(如图7所示),也可以进一步通过踏板座31的顶座33的上下位移及踏板37本身相对于踏板座31的枢转来配合使用者的脚掌在行走于斜坡时所产生的动作变化(如图8所示)。
此外,扬升单元40还具有一用以供使用者扶持的扶手架46,扶手架46的底端设于固定座41,扶手架46的顶端设有一人机接口50,让用户可以对线性传动单元20进行操控,例如设定训练时间、调整运转速度及调整步伐长度等,另外也可以用来显示行走距离、心跳速度及消耗热量等相关的生理信息。
再如图7及图9所示,为了在不使用时能够减少材积来节省放置空间,本发明更提供一收纳致动器60,收纳致动器60设于固定座41与平台基座42之间且与扬升致动器44之间相隔有一预定距离。由此,收纳致动器60在启动的后会往上推顶平台基座42,使平台基座42的后端离开地面,并且在抬升过程中连同线性传动单元20及踏板单元30一起作动,进而达到收纳效果。
综上所述,本发明的行走训练机10可以呈现直线滑动、直线行走、斜坡滑动及斜坡行走等四种不同模式,以确实仿真用户在不同状况下的步态变化,另外在踏板设有第一、第二缓冲元件35、38来避免脚踝受伤,同时具备收纳功能来增加收纳便利性。
Claims (10)
1.一种行走训练机,包含有一线性传动单元和二相对的踏板单元,该二相对的踏板单元设于该线性传动单元,其特征是:
该线性传动单元,具有一支撑座、一驱动源、二螺杆及二传动平台,该驱动源设于该支撑座,该二螺杆相互实质平行地设于该支撑座且连接该驱动源,该二传动平台分别螺设于相对应的螺杆,使得该二传动平台能通过该驱动源及该二螺杆的驱动而产生一前一后的往复位移;以及
该二相对的踏板单元,分别具有一踏板座、一旋转轴及一踏板,该踏板座具有一底座、一顶座及多根立柱,该底座的底面设于该线性传动单元的其中一该传动平台,所述立柱间隔设置于该底座的顶面,该顶座可上下位移地套设于各该立柱的顶端,该旋转轴可转动地设于该顶座,且该旋转轴的轴向垂直于各该立柱的轴向,该踏板设于该旋转轴,使得该踏板能通过该旋转轴相对该踏板座枢转。
2.如权利要求1所述的行走训练机,其中该踏板座的顶座相对于该踏板座的底座的移动距离在5公分以内。
3.如权利要求1所述的行走训练机,其中该踏板相对于该踏板座的旋转角度在10度以内。
4.如权利要求1所述的行走训练机,还包含有一扬升单元,该扬升单元具有一固定座、一平台基座、一扬升基座及一扬升致动器,该固定座用以支撑于一地面,该平台基座承接于该线性传动单元的支撑座的底部,该平台基座的后端用以支撑于该地面,该扬升基座的前、后两端分别枢接于该固定座的前端与该平台基座的前端,该扬升致动器设于该扬升基座的前端与该平台基座的前端之间。
5.如权利要求4所述的行走训练机,其中该扬升单元还具有一收纳致动器,该收纳致动器设于该固定座与该平台基座之间且与该扬升致动器之间相隔有一预定距离。
6.如权利要求4所述的行走训练机,其中该扬升单元还具有一扶手架,该扶手架的底端设于该固定座。
7.如权利要求1所述的行走训练机,其中各该踏板单元还具有一第一缓冲元件,该第一缓冲元件设于该踏板座的顶、底座之间,用以对该顶座提供上下位移的缓冲效果。
8.如权利要求7所述的行走训练机,其中该第一缓冲元件为一套设于该立柱且顶抵于该踏板座的顶、底座之间的弹性件。
9.如权利要求1所述的行走训练机,其中各该踏板单元还具有一第二缓冲元件,该第二缓冲元件设于该踏板座的底座与该踏板之间,用以对该踏板提供转动时的缓冲效果。
10.如权利要求9所述的行走训练机,其中该第二缓冲元件为一流体压缸且具有一缸体与一可轴向位移地设于该缸体的活塞杆,该缸体的一端枢设于该踏板,该活塞杆的一端位于该缸体内,该活塞杆的另一端位于该缸体外且枢设于该踏板座的底座。
