技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力领域中的车辆、混联式混合动力***及混合动力***控制方法。
背景技术
混联式混合动力***相对于串联混合动力***和并联混合动力***具有巨大的性能优势。现有的混联式混合动力***如中国专利CN105857054A、申请名称为“一种混合动力***及使用该***的混合动力汽车”中公开的混合动力***,该混合动力***包括通过行星齿轮机构耦合传动的发动机、发电机(即第一电机),混合动力***还包括用于对发电机的转子进行制动的发电制动器(即锁止器)、驱动电机(即第二电机)和连接于驱动电机的转子上的变速机构,变速机构与***输出轴相连,***输出轴与行星齿轮机构之间设置有离合器。该混合动力***可以实现多种控制模式,比如说纯电动模式、发动机串联发电模式、发动机行车发电模式、发动机直驱模式等,但是现有的这种混合动力***还存在很多不足,比如说在纯电动模式工况为:在车辆以低速或者小负荷行驶时,离合器分离,驱动电机通过变速机构降速增扭后驱动车轮转动,车辆以纯电驱动模式行驶,避免低速行驶时发动机由于怠速而陈述的高油耗。现有混合动力***的纯电动模式下仅有一个降速增扭模式,无论是低速还是高速状态,第二电机都要经过降速增扭后才能介入传动,不利于第二电机的能效发挥,模式过于单一,不能满足车辆行驶中的各种工况,有可能造成低速时功率过大高速时功率循环的问题;现有技术在车辆高速行驶时,发动机直驱状态下,驱动电机必须处于高速随转状态,***效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种混联式混合动力***控制方法,用以解决现有技术中的纯电动模式单一问题;本发明的目的还在于提供一种专用于实施上述混联式混合动力***控制方法的混联式混合动力***及使用该混联式混合动力***的车辆。
为实现上述目的,本发明中混联式混合动力***的技术方案为:
混联式混合动力***,包括第二电机、与第二电机相连的变速机构和通过行星齿轮机构耦合的发动机、第一电机和***输出轴,***输出轴与第二电机之间设置有换挡装置,换挡装置在动作过程中可实现变速机构的挡位切换。
换挡装置还具有空挡位,发动机与行星齿轮机构的传动路径上设置有第一锁止离合器,第一电机与行星齿轮机构的传动路径上设置有第二锁止离合器。
本发明中车辆的技术方案为:
车辆,包括车架及设置于车架上的混联式混合动力***,混联式混合动力***包括第二电机、与第二电机相连的变速机构和通过行星齿轮机构耦合的发动机、第一电机和***输出轴,***输出轴与第二电机之间设置有换挡装置,换挡装置在动作过程中可实现变速机构的挡位切换。
换挡装置还具有空挡位,发动机与行星齿轮机构的传动路径上设置有第一锁止离合器,第一电机与行星齿轮机构的传动路径上设置有第二锁止离合器。
本发明中混合动力***控制方法的技术方案为:
混合动力***控制方法,步骤如下:
在车辆处于纯电动模式时,检测当前车速,与车速阈值比较;
若当前车速大于所述车速阈值,第二电机的动力经变速机构加速减扭后输出或不经过变速机构直接输出,则车辆进入高速纯电动模式;若当前车速小于所述车速阈值,第二电机的动力经过变速机构减速增扭后输出,则车辆进入低速纯电动模式。
所述纯电动模式包括第一电机与第二电机均处于电动状态的第一纯电动模式,仅第一电机处于电动状态的第二纯电动模式,以及仅第二电机处于电动状态的第三纯电动模式;所述第一电机输出最大功率P1小于第二电机输出最大功率P2,P2>P1
所述高速纯电动模式包括高速第一纯电动模式和高速第三纯电动模式;
所述低速纯电动模式包括低速第一纯电动模式和低速第三纯电动模式。
判断车辆处于所述第一纯电动模式的判据包括:
1)P需求≤P1+P2,V≤V纯电H
2)P需求>P2;或者:P需求≤P1且处于第一纯电动模式时综合电机驱动效率最佳;或者:P1<P需求<P2,且处于第一纯电动模式时综合电机驱动效率最佳;
其中,判据1)、2)为相与的关系,P需求为车辆需求功率;V纯电H为纯电动模式下车辆的最高车速。
判断车辆处于所述第二纯电动模式的判据包括:
3)P需求≤P1+P2,V≤V纯电H,P需求≤P1,处于第二纯电动模式时综合电机驱动***效率最佳;
其中,P需求为车辆需求功率;V纯电H为纯电动模式下车辆的最高车速。
判断车辆处于所述第三纯电动模式的判据包括:
1)P需求≤P1+P2,V≤V纯电H
4)P需求≤P1且处于第一、第二纯电动模式时功率均不是最优;或者:P1<P需求<P2,且处于第一纯电动模式时不是综合电机驱动效率最佳;
其中,判据1)、4)为相与的关系,P需求为车辆需求功率;V纯电H为纯电动模式下车辆的最高车速。
所述车辆处于纯电动模式的判据包括动力电池SOC>SOCL,其中SOCL为纯电动模式的SOC阈值。
本发明的有益效果为:在纯电动模式下,若当前车速小于车速阈值,换挡装置动作处于低挡位即降速增扭挡位,第二电机的动力经变速机构输出,实现降速增扭,若当前车速大于车速阈值,换挡装置动作,换挡装置处于高挡位,第二电机的动力经变速机构增设减扭输出或不经变速机构直接输出,保证第二电机的工作效率,。
进一步的,在高速混合动力模式下,第二锁止离合器锁止,实现发动机直驱模式,并通过换挡装置动作使得变速机构处于空挡位,避免第二电机高速随动带来的效率损失,提高直驱效率。

具体实施方式
车辆的实施例如图1所示:包括车架及设置于车架上的混合动力***,混合动力***包括通过行星齿轮机构8耦合的发动机1、第一电机4和***输出轴12,具体的耦合关系为,发动机1与行星齿轮机构的行星架8B相连,第一电机的转子4A与行星齿轮机构的太阳轮8C相连,***输出轴12与行星齿轮机构的齿圈8A相连,在发动机1与行星架8B的传动路径上设置有扭矩减震器2和第一锁止离合器3,在第一电机4与太阳轮8C的传动路径上设置有第二锁止离合器5。混合动力***还包括第二电机11和与第二电机相连的变速机构9,变速机构9包括一级减速齿轮组和二级减速齿轮组,一级减速齿轮组包括一级大齿轮和与第二电机的转子11A同轴固连的一级小齿轮,二级减速齿轮组包括二级小齿轮和与一级小齿轮同轴线设置的二级大齿轮,二级小齿轮与一级大齿轮同轴固连,同时一级小齿轮与***输出轴同轴线设置。***输出轴12上设置有换挡装置10,换挡装置为同步换挡器,换挡装置的传动部件10A在动作过程中具有空挡位、与变速机构上游相连的高挡位和与变速机构下游相连的低挡位,本实施例中,在高挡位时,传动部件10A连接于变速机构的输入端9A,在低挡位时,传动部件10A连接于变速机构的输出端9B上。换挡装置在高挡位时,变速机构相当于被换挡装置“短路”,第二电机的动力可以不经过减速而直接向***输出轴输出,换挡装置在低挡位时,第二电机的动力经过减速后向***输出轴输出,换挡装置在空挡时,换挡装置断开第二电机与***输出轴之间的传动。混合动力***还包括动力电源9和与第一电机、第二电机控制连接的集成控制器6,换挡装置、第一、第二锁止离合器由集成控制器控制。
本车辆实施例中混合动力***的可实现工作模式及相应控制方法请见混合动力***控制方法的实施例,在此不再详述。在本发明的其它实施例中,变速机构可以是定轴式齿轮传动机构,也可以是动轴轮系传动机构,其中齿轮组的个数可以根据需要进行设置,比如说变速机构可以仅包括一个齿轮减速组或三个以上的齿轮减速组;一级小齿轮、二级大齿轮与***输出轴也可以不是同轴关系;换挡装置还可以采用同步器结构,或者可以采用离合器、制动器等其他形式的换挡装置;也可以不采用集成式控制器,比如说第一电机、第二电机、离合锁止器和换挡装置分别由各自对应的控制器控制;在需要第二电机进入高速模式时,第二电机的动力不经减速机构直接输出只是一种形式,当变速机构具有增速部分,第二电机的动力可以经变速机构的增速部分增速后输出。
混合动力***的实施例如图1所示:混合动力***的具体结构与上述各车辆实施例中所述的混合动力***相同,在此不再详述。
混合动力***控制方法的实施例如图1~3所示:该混合动力***控制方法中涉及到的混合动力***与上述车辆实施例中所述的混合动力***相同,在此对其具体结构不再详述。
该多模混联式混合动力***的具体工作模式有以下几种:纯电动模式,纯电动模式包括三种工作模式,即第一纯电动模式、第二纯电动模式和第三纯电动模式,三种模式的选择通过功率要求以及效率最优两个条件进行选择。具体的逻辑判断如图2所示:其中P需求为车辆需求功率,P1为第一电机的最大功率,P2为第二电机的最大功率,P1<P2
第一纯电动模式,此模式下第一电机、第二电机共同驱动,第一锁止离合器处于锁死状态,第二锁止离合器处于非锁死状态。此时***根据车速V是否大于车速阈值又可以分为低速第一纯电动模式和高速第一纯电动模式,车速阈值用VH表示,VH为低速和高速的分界速度,该速度值跟车型有关,不同车型的高速、低速分界速度是不同的,比如说公交车的VH为35km/h,当公交车的车速高于35km/h时,认为公交车处于高速状态;当公交车的车速低于35km/h时,认为公交车处于低速状态。
当V≤VH时,***处于低速状态,换挡装置10的传动部件与变速机构的输出端9B结合,此时***的输入为第一电机4和第二电机11,***输出轴12为输出轴,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=k1TMG1+k2TMG2,其中k1为行星齿轮系齿圈8A半径与太阳轮8C半径的比值,k2为变速机构传动比,TMG1为第一电机4转矩,TMG2为第二电机11转矩,Tout为***输出轴12转矩,适合于低速起步及驱动工况。
当V>VH时,***处于高速状态,换挡装置10与变速机构的输入端9A结合,此时***的输入为第一电机4和第二电机11,输出为***输出轴12,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=k1TMG1+TMG2,适合于高速巡航及驱动工况。
第二纯电动模式:此模式为第一电机单独驱动,第二电机不工作,第一锁止离合器3处于锁死状态,第二锁止离合器5处于非锁死状态。换挡装置10将其传动部件10A处于自由状态,即空挡状态,此时***的输入为第一电机4,输出为***输出轴12具体的转矩关系为:Tout=k1TMG1
第三纯电动模式:此模式为第二电机单独驱动,第一电机随动,第一锁止离合器3处于非锁死状态,第二锁止离合器5处于非锁死状态。此时***又可以分为低速和高速两种状态:
当V≤VH时,***处于低速状态,换挡装置10将其传动部件10A与变速机构输出端9B结合,此时***的输入为第二电机11,输出为***输出轴12,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=k2TMG2,其中k2为变速机构传动比,适合于低速起步及驱动工况。
当V>VH时,***处于高速状态,换挡装置10将其传动部件10A与变速机构输入端9A结合,此时***的输入为第二电机11,输出为***输出轴12,速比为1,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=TMG2,适合于高速巡航及驱动工况。
混动模式:此模式下发动机1工作,第一电机4发电,第二电机处于电动状态,动力电源7依据整车需求向第二电机11不提供或提供动力,发动机1与第二电机11共同驱动整车行驶,此时***根据车速V是否大于V又可以分为低速和高速两种状态,V为行星齿轮系处于机械点的临界速度。
当V≤V时,***处于低速状态,第一锁止离合器3处于非锁死状态,第二锁止离合器5处于非锁死状态。换挡装置10将其传动部件10A与传动链输出端9B结合,此时***的输入发动机1和第二电机11,输出为***输出轴12,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=k1(1+k1)TE+k2TMG2,其中k1为行星齿轮系齿圈8A半径与太阳轮8C半径的比值,k2为传动链传动比,TMG2为第二电机11转矩,TE为发动机1转矩,Tout为***输出轴12转矩,适合于低速驱动工况。
当V>V时,***处于高速状态,第一锁止离合器3处于非锁死状态,第二锁止离合器5处于锁死状态。换挡装置10将其传动部件10A与传动链输入端9A结合,此时***的输入发动机1和第二电机11,输出为***输出轴12,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=k1(1+k1)TE+TMG2,适合于高速驱动工况。
依据行星混联***的机械点,通过运用第二锁止离合器5与换挡装置10进行低速与高速混合驱动的模式切换,可以避免现有行星混联***的功率循环问题,即:第一电机4处于驱动状态,第二电机11处于发电状态。保证在混合驱动的任何时刻,第一电机4永远处于发电状态,第二电机11永远处于驱动状态,防止额外的机电二次转换过程,提高动力***效率。
发动机直驱模式:此模式下发动机1工作,第一电机4不工作,第二电机11不工作,第一锁止离合器3处于非锁死状态,第二锁止离合器5处于锁死状态,换挡装置10将其传动部件10A处于自由状态,即空挡位,发动机1提供动力驱动整车行驶,此时***的输入发动机1,输出为***输出轴12,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=k1(1+k1)TE,适合于车辆以高速行驶,且整车功率需求位于发动机高效区的驱动工况,避免了现有混联***在发动机直驱时存在的机电转换问题,提高动力***的效率,同时高速时,变速机构处于空挡位置,可以避免第二电机高速随动的效率损失,提升***效率。
制动能量回收模式:此模式下发动机1不工作,第一电机4空转,第二电机11处于发电状态,提供整车制动力矩,第一锁止离合器3处于非锁死状态,第二锁止离合器5处于非锁死状态,此时***又可以分为低速和高速两种状态:
当V≤VH时,***处于低速状态,低速制动能量回收时,换挡装置10将其传动部件10A与传动链输出端9B结合,此时***的输入为第二电机11,输出为***输出轴12,第二电机的制动力通过***输出轴12作用到车轮上,实现制动能量回收,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=k2TMG2,适合于低速大转矩制动,可有效利用第二电机11的制动能力,充分回收制动能量。
当V>VH时,***处于高速状态,高速制动能量回收时,换挡装置10将其传动部件10A与传动链输入端9A结合,此时***的输入为第二电机11,输出为***输出轴12,第二电机的制动力通过***输出轴12作用到车轮上,实现制动能量回收,具体的转矩关系为:Tout=TMG2,适合于高速制动,可降低高速时对第二电机11的转速需求,降低第二电机11设计上对轴承转速范围的需求。
上述各种工作模式可参照附图3。
上述多模行星混联式混合动力***的具体控制方法为:
如图2所示,其中,V是车辆行驶速度,VH为分别***处于低速和高速的分界速度即车速阈值,V锁止为混动模式下第二锁止离合器锁止的分界速度,V纯电H为纯电模式行驶的最高速度限制,SOCL为车辆动力电源低SOC下限值,P需求为整车需求功率,P1为第一电机最大功率,P2为第二电机最大功率。
第一步,根据制动踏板和油门踏板的状态来判定是否属于制动能量回收模式,当制动踏板被踩下,或者油门踏板未被踩下的时候,进入制动能量回收模式,同时根据车速V是否大于VH来判断是否进入高速制动能量回收模式,当V>VH时,进入高速制动能量回收模式,当V≤VH时进入低速制动能量回收模式。否则进入第二步。
第二步,根据整车动力电源SOC值是否低于下限值SOCL来判断车辆是否进入低速混动模式,当动力电源SOC≤SOCL时,进入低速混动模式,否则进入第三步。
第三步,根据整车功率需求P需求是否大于双电机最大功率P1+P2和车速V是否小于V纯电H来判定是否进入纯电模式,当P需求≤P1+P2,且V≤V纯电H时,进入第六步,否则进入第四步。
第四步,根据整车功率需求是否在发动机高效区,来判断是否进入发动机直驱模式,当整车功率需求在发动机高效区时,进入发动机直驱模式,否则进入第五步。
第五步,根据车速V是否大于V来判断是否进入低速混动模式,当V≤V时,进入低速混动模式,否则进入高速混动模式。
第六步,根据整车功率需求P需求是否大于第二电机最大功率P2来判断是否进入第一纯电动模式,当P需求>P2时,第一纯电动模式,同时根据车速V是否大于VH来判断是否进入高速第一纯电动模式,当V>VH时,进入高速第一纯电动模式,否则进入低速第一纯电动模式。当P需求≤P2时,进入第七步
第七步,根据整车功率需求P需求是否大于第一电机最大功率P1来判断是否进入第八步,当P需求>P1时,进入第八步,P需求≤P1时,进入第九步。
第八步,判断第一纯电动模式是否综合电机驱动***效率最佳(即功率最优),如果是,进入第一纯电动模式,同时根据车速V是否大于VH来判断是否进入高速第一纯电动模式,当V>VH时,进入高速第一纯电动模式,否则进入低速第一纯电动模式。如果第一纯电动模式功率不是最优则进入第三纯电动模式,同时根据车速V是否大于VH来判断是否进入高速第三纯电动模式,当V>VH时,进入高速第三纯电动模式,否则进入低速第三纯电动模式。综合电机驱动***效率最佳是指该工况下,各电动模式相比,综合电机驱动***效率最高电动模式,比如说判断第一纯电动模式是否综合电机驱动***效率最佳,是指第一纯电动模式与第二、第三纯电动模式相比,第一纯电动模式即第一电机、第二电机均工作的模式下,第一电机、第二电机的驱动效率是否高于第一电机单独工作(第二纯电动模式)、第二电机单独工作(第三纯电动模式)时的驱动效率。
第九步,判断是否第一纯电动模式综合电机驱动***效率最佳优,如果是,进入第一纯电动模式,同时根据车速V是否大于VH来判断是否进入高速第一纯电动模式,当V>VH时,进入高速第一纯电动模式,否则进入低速第一纯电动模式。如果不是第一纯电动模式综合电机驱动***效率最佳,进入第十步。
第十步,判断是否第二纯电动模式综合电机驱动***效率最佳,如果是,进入第二纯电动模式。如果不是第二纯电动模式综合电机驱动***效率最佳,进入第三纯电动模式,同时根据车速V是否大于VH来判断是否进入高速第三纯电动模式,当V>VH时,进入高速第三纯电动模式,否则进入低速第三纯电动模式。
本发明中利用锁止离合器、换挡装置和行星齿轮机构实现模式切换,避免了市场上现有行星混联***在低速时的电功率过大及高速时的功率循环问题;利用第二锁止离合器,解决了现有行星混联***在发动机直驱模式时因第一电机堵转而无法长时间发动机直接驱动的问题,在车辆以较高车速行驶且整车驱动力需求位于发动机高效区时,发动机高速直接驱动整车,避免现有混联***在混合驱动时存在的机电转换问题,提高了动力***效率;利用变速机构实现空挡,避免了高速发动机直驱模式下的第二电机高速随动的功率损失,提高了动力***的综合效率,利用第一锁止离合器,克服了原有行星排混联***无法实现双电机联合驱动的缺点,在纯电动模式下加速时可以双电机同时参与驱动,提高***加速能力,避免了功率上的浪费;利用第一锁止离合器,可以实现第一电机单独驱动,利用换挡装置,可以实现第二电机不介入传动的空挡状态、高速挡状态和低速挡状态,优化第二电机参数,减小转矩需求。降低对第二电机的制动力及转速的需求,减小电机尺寸及设计上对轴承转速范围的需求,同时解决了坡道起步能力不足的问题。
在本发明的其它实施例中:当混合动力***不具有第一锁止离合器时,混合动力***的纯电动模式仅具有第三纯电动模式,此时在纯电动模式下,当车速V大于车速阈值VH时,进入高速第三纯电动模式,当车速V小于等于车速阈值VH时,进入低速第三纯电动模式;当然混合动力***也可以仅具有第一纯电动模式。

Claims (10)

1.混联式混合动力***,包括第二电机、与第二电机相连的变速机构和通过行星齿轮机构耦合的发动机、第一电机和***输出轴,其特征在于:***输出轴与第二电机之间设置有换挡装置,换挡装置在动作过程中可实现变速机构的挡位切换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混联式混合动力***,其特征在于:换挡装置还具有空挡位,发动机与行星齿轮机构的传动路径上设置有第一锁止离合器,第一电机与行星齿轮机构的传动路径上设置有第二锁止离合器。
3.车辆,包括车架及设置于车架上的混联式混合动力***,混联式混合动力***包括第二电机、与第二电机相连的变速机构和通过行星齿轮机构耦合的发动机、第一电机和***输出轴,其特征在于:***输出轴与第二电机之间设置有换挡装置,换挡装置在动作过程中可实现变速机构的挡位切换。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆,其特征在于:换挡装置还具有空挡位,发动机与行星齿轮机构的传动路径上设置有第一锁止离合器,第一电机与行星齿轮机构的传动路径上设置有第二锁止离合器。
5.实施上述权利要求1所述的混联式混合动力***的混合动力***控制方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
在车辆处于纯电动模式时,检测当前车速,与车速阈值比较;
若当前车速大于所述车速阈值,第二电机的动力经变速机构加速减扭后输出或不经过变速机构直接输出,则车辆进入高速纯电动模式;若当前车速小于所述车速阈值,第二电机的动力经过变速机构减速增扭后输出,则车辆进入低速纯电动模式。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力***控制方法,其特征在于,所述纯电动模式包括第一电机与第二电机均处于电动状态的第一纯电动模式,仅第一电机处于电动状态的第二纯电动模式,以及仅第二电机处于电动状态的第三纯电动模式;所述第一电机输出最大功率P1小于第二电机输出最大功率P2,P2>P1
所述高速纯电动模式包括高速第一纯电动模式和高速第三纯电动模式;
所述低速纯电动模式包括低速第一纯电动模式和低速第三纯电动模式。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力***控制方法,其特征在于,判断车辆处于所述第一纯电动模式的判据包括:
1)P需求≤P1+P2,V≤V纯电H
2)P需求>P2;或者:P需求≤P1且处于第一纯电动模式时综合电机驱动效率最佳;或者:P1<P需求<P2,且处于第一纯电动模式时综合电机驱动效率最佳;
其中,判据1)、2)为相与的关系,P需求为车辆需求功率;V纯电H为纯电动模式下车辆的最高车速。
8.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力***控制方法,其特征在于,判断车辆处于所述第二纯电动模式的判据包括:
3)P需求≤P1+P2,V≤V纯电H,P需求≤P1,处于第二纯电动模式时综合电机驱动***效率最佳;
其中,P需求为车辆需求功率;V纯电H为纯电动模式下车辆的最高车速。
9.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力***控制方法,其特征在于,判断车辆处于所述第三纯电动模式的判据包括:
1)P需求≤P1+P2,V≤V纯电H
4)P需求≤P1且处于第一、第二纯电动模式时功率均不是最优;或者:P1<P需求<P2,且处于第一纯电动模式时不是综合电机驱动效率最佳;
其中,判据1)、4)为相与的关系,P需求为车辆需求功率;V纯电H为纯电动模式下车辆的最高车速。
10.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力***控制方法,其特征在于,所述车辆处于纯电动模式的判据包括动力电池SOC>SOCL,其中SOCL为纯电动模式的SOC阈值。
