Abstract
一种水珠面玻璃马赛克及其生产线和生产工艺,包括玻璃基体,所述玻璃基体上表面由下往上依次印刷有印花层、封底保护层,所述封底保护层上表面均匀涂设有粘结剂,并且该粘结剂上表面均匀粘附有玻璃粉,所述玻璃粉上表面喷涂有电光水。本发明将玻璃粉与玻璃通过高温烧制粘合在一起,并在表面上一层电光水,由于玻璃粉作用在玻璃表面形成如同水珠般的效果,并且对于光线的反射、折射作用下呈现出银色的色泽,装饰效果极强,可广泛用于各种高档装饰场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃马赛克领域,尤其是指一种水珠面玻璃马赛克及其生产线和生产工艺。
背景技术
现代建筑的外墙、内墙、地面都讲究装修,于是各种各样的装修材料应运而生,陶瓷砖、大理石、玻璃马赛克等都是以其耐冲洗、光洁明亮等优点而得到广泛的应用。而玻璃马赛克又以其美观艳丽著称,更加受到人们的喜爱。
现有玻璃马赛克的生产大多质感较差,反光效果差,无法装饰出富丽堂皇的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种水珠面玻璃马赛克及其生产线和生产工艺,其主要目的在于克服现有玻璃马赛克的生产生产效率低、用料量大的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种水珠面玻璃马赛克,包括玻璃基体,所述玻璃基体上表面由下往上依次印刷有印花层、封底保护层,所述封底保护层上表面均匀涂设有粘结剂,并且该粘结剂上表面均匀粘附有玻璃粉,所述玻璃粉上表面喷涂有电光水。
一种如权利要求1所述一种水珠面玻璃马赛克的生产线,由输入玻璃的一侧到输出玻璃的一侧依次包括:
印花装置,其用于对玻璃基体上表面印刷印花层;
一次烘干装置,其用于对印完印花层的玻璃基体进行烘干并冷却;
印刷装置,其用于对冷却后的玻璃基体上表面印刷封底保护层;
二次烘干装置,其用于对封完底后的玻璃基体再次进行烘干;
喷胶装置,其用于将粘结剂涂设到烘干并冷却后的封底保护层上表面;
玻璃粉堆洒装置,其用于将玻璃粉堆洒到所述粘结剂上表面;
窑炉,其用于将玻璃粉与粘结剂烧制粘合;
电光水喷射装置,其用于在玻璃粉上表面喷射电光水。
一种水珠面玻璃马赛克的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将大料玻璃切割成生产所需的小规格的小料玻璃,再将各个小料玻璃通过清洗机清洗干净;
2)根据生产所需颜色将小料玻璃放到印花装置上对其上表面进行上色形成印花层,再以180~200℃的温度烘烤50~70s,之后再用风机冷却至常温;
3)通过印刷装置对冷却完的小料玻璃上表面印刷封底保护层;
4)对封底后的小料玻璃再次以190~210℃的温度烘烤150~210s,之后自然冷却至常温备用;
5)将冷却后的小料玻璃按生产需要的尺寸切割成玻璃颗粒;
6)将粘结剂均匀喷洒在玻璃颗粒上表面;
7)将80目的玻璃粉用筛网均匀堆洒在喷好粘结剂的玻璃颗粒上表面,并在10s内用风机把玻璃颗粒上表面多余的玻璃粉吹去;
8)将上好玻璃粉的玻璃颗粒整齐摆放在高温耐火板上,之后将该高温耐火板通过窑炉690~720℃的温度烧制4~6min;
9)将烧制完的玻璃颗粒降温至590~610℃,再用喷枪在该玻璃颗粒上表面喷上电光水,自然冷却后制成成品。
进一步的,所述封底保护层由钛白粉和树脂调和而成。
进一步的,所述小料玻璃的尺寸为600*600mm。
和现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果在于:
1、本发明结构简单、实用性强,将玻璃粉与玻璃通过高温烧制粘合在一起,并在表面上一层电光水,由于玻璃粉作用在玻璃表面形成如同水珠般的效果,并且对于光线的反射、折射作用下呈现出银色的色泽,装饰效果极强,可广泛用于各种高档装饰场合。
2、在本发明中,通过设置玻璃马赛克的生产线,大大提高了生产的自动化程度,相比传统的人工绘制生产具有纹理清晰、线条直、细腻,生产简单,生产效率有效提高,产品质量稳定,且适合批量标准生产,生产成本低等特点。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参照图1。一种水珠面玻璃马赛克,包括玻璃基体1,玻璃基体1上表面由下往上依次印刷有印花层2、封底保护层3,封底保护层3上表面均匀涂设有粘结剂4,并且该粘结剂4上表面均匀粘附有玻璃粉5,玻璃粉5上表面喷涂有电光水6。
具体的,封底保护层3由钛白粉和树脂调和而成。粘结剂4与玻璃粉5在690~720℃的温度下烧制粘合。
本发明将玻璃粉与玻璃通过高温烧制粘合在一起,并在表面上一层电光水,由于玻璃粉作用在玻璃表面形成如同水珠般的效果,并且对于光线的反射、折射作用下呈现出银色的色泽,装饰效果极强,可广泛用于各种高档装饰场合。
参照图2。一种水珠面玻璃马赛克的生产线,由输入玻璃的一侧到输出玻璃的一侧依次包括:
印花装置81,其用于对玻璃基体1上表面印刷印花层2;本实施例中可采用传统的印花机;
一次烘干装置82,其用于对印完印花层2的玻璃基体1进行烘干并冷却;本实施例中其可包括前后设置的烘干机与风机,用于分别进行烘干与冷却;
印刷装置83,其用于对冷却后的玻璃基体1上表面印刷封底保护层3;本实施例中可采用传统的印刷机;
二次烘干装置84,其用于对封完底后的玻璃基体1再次进行烘干;本实施例中可采用烘干机,并在烘干完后采用自然冷却;
喷胶装置85,其用于将粘结剂4涂设到烘干并冷却后的封底保护层3上表面;本实施例中可采用自动喷胶机,粘结剂采用现有的马赛克粘合剂,其是一种是为马赛克的粘贴专用而开发的水泥基粘结剂,适用于玻璃马赛克的粘贴,环保、美观、不伤底漆;
玻璃粉堆洒装置86,其用于将玻璃粉5堆洒到粘结剂4上表面;本实施例中可采用筛网,并增设一风机,从而能够将玻璃基体1上表面多余的玻璃粉吹去;
窑炉87,其用于将玻璃粉5与粘结剂4烧制粘合;
电光水喷射装置88,其用于在玻璃粉5上表面喷射电光水6;本实施例中可采用喷枪。
通过设置玻璃马赛克的生产线,大大提高了生产的自动化程度,相比传统的人工绘制生产具有纹理清晰、线条直、细腻,生产简单,生产效率有效提高,产品质量稳定,且适合批量标准生产,生产成本低等特点。
参照图1和图2。一种水珠面玻璃马赛克的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将大料玻璃切割成生产所需的小规格的小料玻璃,再将各个小料玻璃通过清洗机清洗干净;小料玻璃的尺寸可以为600*600mm;
2)根据生产所需颜色将小料玻璃放到印花装置81上对其上表面进行上色形成印花层2,再以180~200℃的温度烘烤50~70s,之后再用风机冷却至常温;本实施例中,是以190℃的温度烘烤60s;
3)通过印刷装置83对冷却完的小料玻璃上表面印刷封底保护层3;该封底保护层3由钛白粉和树脂调和而成,其作用是保护印花层2;
4)对封底后的小料玻璃再次以190~210℃的温度烘烤150~210s,之后自然冷却至常温备用;本实施例中,是以200℃的温度烘烤180s;
5)将冷却后的小料玻璃按生产需要的尺寸切割成玻璃颗粒;
6)将粘结剂4均匀喷洒在玻璃颗粒上表面;
7)将80目的玻璃粉5用筛网均匀堆洒在喷好粘结剂4的玻璃颗粒上表面,并在10s内用风机把玻璃颗粒上表面多余的玻璃粉吹去;
8)将上好玻璃粉5的玻璃颗粒整齐摆放在高温耐火板上,之后将该高温耐火板通过窑炉690~720℃的温度烧制4~6min;本实施例中,是通过窑炉以705℃的温度烧制5min;
9)将烧制完的玻璃颗粒降温至590~610℃,再用喷枪在该玻璃颗粒上表面喷上电光水,自然冷却后制成成品;本实施例中,是将玻璃颗粒降温至600℃。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

1.一种水珠面玻璃马赛克,包括玻璃基体,其特征在于:所述玻璃基体上表面由下往上依次印刷有印花层、封底保护层,所述封底保护层上表面均匀涂设有粘结剂,并且该粘结剂上表面均匀粘附有玻璃粉,所述玻璃粉上表面喷涂有电光水。
2.一种如权利要求1所述一种水珠面玻璃马赛克的生产线,其特征在于:由输入玻璃的一侧到输出玻璃的一侧依次包括:
印花装置,其用于对玻璃基体上表面印刷印花层;
一次烘干装置,其用于对印完印花层的玻璃基体进行烘干并冷却;
印刷装置,其用于对冷却后的玻璃基体上表面印刷封底保护层;
二次烘干装置,其用于对封完底后的玻璃基体再次进行烘干;
喷胶装置,其用于将粘结剂涂设到烘干并冷却后的封底保护层上表面;
玻璃粉堆洒装置,其用于将玻璃粉堆洒到所述粘结剂上表面;
窑炉,其用于将玻璃粉与粘结剂烧制粘合;
电光水喷射装置,其用于在玻璃粉上表面喷射电光水。
3.一种水珠面玻璃马赛克的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将大料玻璃切割成生产所需的小规格的小料玻璃,再将各个小料玻璃通过清洗机清洗干净;
2)根据生产所需颜色将小料玻璃放到印花装置上对其上表面进行上色形成印花层,再以180~200℃的温度烘烤50~70s,之后再用风机冷却至常温;
3)通过印刷装置对冷却完的小料玻璃上表面印刷封底保护层;
4)对封底后的小料玻璃再次以190~210℃的温度烘烤150~210s,之后自然冷却至常温备用;
5)将冷却后的小料玻璃按生产需要的尺寸切割成玻璃颗粒;
6)将粘结剂均匀喷洒在玻璃颗粒上表面;
