Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品及其制备方法,包括以下重量份数的原料:小麦低聚肽10‑15份、玉米低聚肽10‑15份、酪蛋白磷酸肽8‑12份、胶原蛋白肽4‑6份、小分子海参肽4‑6份、黑木耳多糖4‑6份、罗布叶多糖4‑6份、苦瓜素4‑6份、人参4‑6份、黄芪4‑6份、淮山药4‑6份、菟丝子4‑6份、茯苓4‑6份、黄连4‑6份、黄精4‑6份、冬桑叶4‑6份,可将血糖控制在基本接近正常水平,降低发生心血管疾病的危险因素,预防糖尿病的急慢性并发症,并改善整体健康状况,提高病人的生活质量,尤其可以有效缓解糖尿病导致的消瘦和营养不良。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种配方食品及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人民生活水平和饮食营养等发生了实质性变化,加上人口城市化、老龄化和生活方式变化等诸多因素,促使人们的行为发生巨大变化。高热量、高脂肪、高糖和高盐饮食明显增加,体力活动水平显著下降,久坐不动的生活方式异常普遍。这些都促使超重和肥胖、高血压、糖尿病等慢性非传染病在中国成为流行病。糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。糖尿病对身体健康产生巨大的危害,会造成机体多个组织产生系列并发症,已经对人类健康造成严重影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种营养成分均衡,组方科学,降血糖功效好的适合糖尿病患者食用的配方食品,可将血糖控制在基本接近正常水平,降低发生心血管疾病的危险因素,预防糖尿病的急慢性并发症,并改善整体健康状况,提高病人的生活质量,尤其可以有效缓解糖尿病导致的消瘦和营养不良。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:小麦低聚肽10-15份、玉米低聚肽10-15份、酪蛋白磷酸肽8-12份、胶原蛋白肽4-6份、小分子海参肽4-6份、黑木耳多糖4-6份、罗布叶多糖4-6份、苦瓜素4-6份、人参4-6份、黄芪4-6份、淮山药4-6份、菟丝子4-6份、茯苓4-6份、黄连4-6份、黄精4-6份、冬桑叶4-6份。
优选的,一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:小麦低聚肽10份、玉米低聚肽10份、酪蛋白磷酸肽8份、胶原蛋白肽4份、小分子海参肽4份、黑木耳多糖4份、罗布叶多糖4份、苦瓜素4份、人参4份、黄芪4份、淮山药4份、菟丝子4份、茯苓4份、黄连4份、黄精4份、冬桑叶4份。

一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)a.将所述份量的人参、黄芪、淮山药、菟丝子、茯苓、黄连、黄精、冬桑叶按比例粉碎混合,加5-15倍水煎煮1-3次,每次煎煮50分钟,合并煎液,滤过,得到提取液;
b.将上述提取液浓缩为2倍的原药总体积,加入体积为5倍药材总重量的50%-80%乙醇溶液,回流提取2-3次,每次50min,合并提取液,滤过,取滤液回收乙醇,得中药提取物,将其减压浓缩为干膏粉,粉碎成100目的药粉;
(2)将所述份量的小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽、胶原蛋白肽、小分子海参肽、黑木耳多糖、罗布叶多糖、苦瓜素按比例粉碎混合,粉碎成60目,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(3)将步骤(1)中的药粉和步骤(2)中的混合物进行混合,搅拌均匀,即可得到治疗糖尿病的配方食品。
优选的,将所述配方食品通过添加药学上的附加剂制成胶囊剂、散剂、糖浆剂、口服液、注射剂或者片剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1、小麦低聚肽能促进胰岛素分泌作用,其功能物质是低聚蛋氨酸,可用于调节人的血糖,改善糖尿病症状;2、玉米低聚肽具有多种生物活性,如抗氧化、抗高血压、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、保护肝脏等;3、酪蛋白磷酸肽可以有效提高人体钙、铁、锌等二价矿物质的摄入量以及吸收和利用率,还具有固齿、健齿、修复龈齿的作用;4、胶原蛋白肽可促进骨的形成,增强低钙水平下的骨胶原结构,从而提高了骨强度,达到了预防骨质疏松症的作用,且抗氧化,减缓皮肤衰老;5、小分子海参肽具有抗血栓、降血糖的作用,能降低血粘度;6、黑木耳多糖具有降血脂、降低血糖、抗血栓的功效;7、罗布叶多糖具有抗血栓、降血糖的作用;8、苦瓜素具有降血糖的功效;9、人参具有降低血糖作用,改善全身状况,如渴感等症状消失或减轻,减少胰岛素的用量;10、黄芪可降低血糖,通过增加身体对葡萄糖的利用来降低血糖;11、淮山药含有粘液蛋白,有降低血糖的作用;12、菟丝子具有降血糖作用;13、茯苓含有较高的膳食纤维,具有降血糖作用;14、黄连具有降血压、调血脂、降血糖、抗心律失常和保护心肌等作用;15、黄精含有黏液质、淀粉、糖类、多种氨基酸、多种维生素及生物碱等成分,具有增强免疫功能、抗衰老、耐缺氧、抗疲劳、抗菌、增强代谢等作用,并能降血压、降血糖、降低血清胆固醇及三酰甘油;16、冬桑叶有降血糖作用,其所含的蜕皮甾酮对多种方法诱导的血糖升高均有降糖作用,可促进葡萄糖转化为糖元,但不改变正常动物的血糖;本发明将现代营养学研究成果与传统养生配方理论相结合,研制出了一种糖尿病患者配方食品。通过各种配料的有机组合,富含多种氨基酸、矿物质、维生素,将各种功能进行融合,并通过有效成分之间的协同作用,增强作用效果,营养成分均衡,组方科学,不仅能合理调整糖尿病患者的饮食结构,还可以加强组织对葡萄糖的摄取和利用,降血糖功效好,增强患者的抵抗力,口味良好,无毒副作用,同时具有一定的抗氧化、提高人体免疫力的功效,适合糖尿病患者长期食用;工艺简单,易操作,适宜工厂规模化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:小麦低聚肽10份、玉米低聚肽10份、酪蛋白磷酸肽8份、胶原蛋白肽4份、小分子海参肽4份、黑木耳多糖4份、罗布叶多糖4份、苦瓜素4份、人参4份、黄芪4份、淮山药4份、菟丝子4份、茯苓4份、黄连4份、黄精4份、冬桑叶4份。
一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)a.将所述份量的人参、黄芪、淮山药、菟丝子、茯苓、黄连、黄精、冬桑叶按比例粉碎混合,加10倍水煎煮2次,每次煎煮50分钟,合并煎液,滤过,得到提取液;
b.将上述提取液浓缩为2倍的原药总体积,加入体积为5倍药材总重量的60%乙醇溶液,回流提取2次,每次50min,合并提取液,滤过,取滤液回收乙醇,得中药提取物,将其减压浓缩为干膏粉,粉碎成100目的药粉;
(2)将所述份量的小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽、胶原蛋白肽、小分子海参肽、黑木耳多糖、罗布叶多糖、苦瓜素按比例粉碎混合,粉碎成60目,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(3)将步骤(1)中的药粉和步骤(2)中的混合物进行混合,搅拌均匀,即可得到治疗糖尿病的配方食品。
优选的,将所述配方食品通过添加药学上的附加剂制成胶囊剂、散剂、糖浆剂、口服液、注射剂或者片剂。
实施例二
一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:小麦低聚肽15份、玉米低聚肽15份、酪蛋白磷酸肽12份、胶原蛋白肽6份、小分子海参肽6份、黑木耳多糖6份、罗布叶多糖6份、苦瓜素6份、人参6份、黄芪6份、淮山药6份、菟丝子6份、茯苓6份、黄连6份、黄精6份、冬桑叶6份。
一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)a.将所述份量的人参、黄芪、淮山药、菟丝子、茯苓、黄连、黄精、冬桑叶按比例粉碎混合,加12倍水煎煮3次,每次煎煮50分钟,合并煎液,滤过,得到提取液;
b.将上述提取液浓缩为2倍的原药总体积,加入体积为5倍药材总重量的70%乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,每次50min,合并提取液,滤过,取滤液回收乙醇,得中药提取物,将其减压浓缩为干膏粉,粉碎成100目的药粉;
(2)将所述份量的小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽、胶原蛋白肽、小分子海参肽、黑木耳多糖、罗布叶多糖、苦瓜素按比例粉碎混合,粉碎成60目,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(3)将步骤(1)中的药粉和步骤(2)中的混合物进行混合,搅拌均匀,即可得到治疗糖尿病的配方食品。
优选的,将所述配方食品通过添加药学上的附加剂制成胶囊剂、散剂、糖浆剂、口服液、注射剂或者片剂。
实施例三
一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品,包括以下重量份数的原料:小麦低聚肽13份、玉米低聚肽12.5份、酪蛋白磷酸肽10份、胶原蛋白肽5份、小分子海参肽5份、黑木耳多糖4.5份、罗布叶多糖5份、苦瓜素5份、人参5份、黄芪5份、淮山药5份、菟丝子5份、茯苓5份、黄连5份、黄精5份、冬桑叶5份。
一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)a.将所述份量的人参、黄芪、淮山药、菟丝子、茯苓、黄连、黄精、冬桑叶按比例粉碎混合,加15倍水煎煮3次,每次煎煮50分钟,合并煎液,滤过,得到提取液;
b.将上述提取液浓缩为2倍的原药总体积,加入体积为5倍药材总重量的65%乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,每次50min,合并提取液,滤过,取滤液回收乙醇,得中药提取物,将其减压浓缩为干膏粉,粉碎成100目的药粉;
(2)将所述份量的小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽、胶原蛋白肽、小分子海参肽、黑木耳多糖、罗布叶多糖、苦瓜素按比例粉碎混合,粉碎成60目,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(3)将步骤(1)中的药粉和步骤(2)中的混合物进行混合,搅拌均匀,即可得到治疗糖尿病的配方食品。
优选的,将所述配方食品通过添加药学上的附加剂制成胶囊剂、散剂、糖浆剂、口服液、注射剂或者片剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:小麦低聚肽10份、玉米低聚肽10份、酪蛋白磷酸肽8份、胶原蛋白肽4份、小分子海参肽4份、黑木耳多糖4份、罗布叶多糖4份、苦瓜素4份、人参4份、黄芪4份、淮山药4份、菟丝子4份、茯苓4份、黄连4份、黄精4份、冬桑叶4份。

5.一种权利要求1-4中任一项所述的治疗糖尿病的配方食品制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)a.将所述份量的人参、黄芪、淮山药、菟丝子、茯苓、黄连、黄精、冬桑叶按比例粉碎混合,加5-15倍水煎煮1-3次,每次煎煮50分钟,合并煎液,滤过,得到提取液;
b.将上述提取液浓缩为2倍的原药总体积,加入体积为5倍药材总重量的50%-80%乙醇溶液,回流提取2-3次,每次50min,合并提取液,滤过,取滤液回收乙醇,得中药提取物,将其减压浓缩为干膏粉,粉碎成100目的药粉;
(2)将所述份量的小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽、胶原蛋白肽、小分子海参肽、黑木耳多糖、罗布叶多糖、苦瓜素按比例粉碎混合,粉碎成60目,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(3)将步骤(1)中的药粉和步骤(2)中的混合物进行混合,搅拌均匀,即可得到治疗糖尿病的配方食品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种治疗糖尿病的配方食品制备方法,其特征在于,将所述配方食品通过添加药学上的附加剂制成胶囊剂、散剂、糖浆剂、口服液、注射剂或者片剂。
