As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an automatic positioning module 6 is designed on the support module 2; a positioning groove is formed in the center of the positioning plate, a rotating shaft is arranged on the automatic positioning module 6 and is mounted in the positioning groove, and a rotating gear 61 connected through keys is arranged on the rotating shaft; the positioning shaft and the broken bamboo shaft are designed into screw rods, the positioning hole of the positioning plate is designed into a threaded hole, and the positioning shaft and the broken bamboo shaft are in transmission connection with the positioning hole respectively; a positioning adjusting gear 32 is designed on the positioning shaft, a broken bamboo adjusting gear 42 is designed on the broken bamboo shaft, the positioning adjusting gear 32 and the broken bamboo adjusting gear 42 are in transmission connection with the rotating gear 61, and the gear ratio of the positioning adjusting gear 32 to the broken bamboo adjusting gear 42 is two to one; a positioning shell is designed outside the rotating gear 61, the positioning adjusting gear 32 and the bamboo breaking adjusting gear 42, and is fixedly arranged below the positioning plate through a connecting rod; the function of the bamboo splitting device is to automatically position the bamboo splitting device through the rotating gear 61, so that the center of the bamboo splitting device 41 is coincided with the center of the section of the bamboo.
As shown in fig. 4, the positioning member 31 is designed to be circular arc-shaped, the upper end of the positioning member 31 is fixed to the positioning shaft, the two ends of the positioning member 31 are provided with rollers 311, the center of the positioning member 31 is provided with a top wheel, and the positioning member 31 contacts with the outer side of the bamboo; its effect lies in fixing a position the bamboo automatically for the bamboo can only lateral shifting.
As shown in fig. 3, a guide rod 411 is designed on a side surface of the circular ring-shaped housing, a roller is designed at an end of the guide rod 411, a guide plate 412 is designed at a position corresponding to an end surface of the guide rod 411, a sliding rail is designed on the guide plate 412, the guide rod 411 is slidably assembled on the guide plate 412 through the roller, and the guide plate 412 is installed at an upper end of the collection module 5; the positioning device is used for positioning the bamboo breaking piece 41 conveniently and preventing the bamboo breaking piece 41 from deviating in a reaction mode during bamboo breaking.
As shown in fig. 1, the supporting plate 13 is made of a metal material, the upper end surface of the metal plate is designed to be a smooth metal surface, and lubricating oil is designed on the upper end surface of the metal plate; its function is to reduce the friction between the chain and the support plate 13, providing a supporting force for the chain.
