本发明公开了一种织物去污整理剂及其制备方法,所述织物去污整理剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:纤维素酶4‑8份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2‑4份、硬脂酸6‑8份、乙醇10‑15份、硅油3‑5份、羟甲基纤维素5‑7份、茶皂素2‑8份、分散剂3‑5份、柠檬酸7‑9份、香精0.1‑1份、去离子水20‑30份。本发明的织物去污整理剂具有优异的去污效果,效率高,不损伤织物,并且对织物原有的性能不会产生太大的影响。本发明的织物去污整理剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体不刺激,挥发性低。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品技术领域,更具体是涉及一种织物去污整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
织物去污整理剂是在一般的洗涤条件下能将织物污垢洗净的物质。目前,市场上存在的一些液体去污剂去污效果明显,去污能力强,但是对于一些丝绸、麻等轻薄、柔软的织物而言,使用这些去污整理剂会损伤织物,造成不必要的损失。因此,寻找一种损伤力小、性能温和的织物去污整理剂是目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种织物去污整理剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种织物去污整理剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:纤维素酶4-8份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2-4份、硬脂酸6-8份、乙醇10-15份、硅油3-5份、羟甲基纤维素5-7份、茶皂素2-8份、分散剂3-5份、柠檬酸7-9份、香精0.1-1份、去离子水20-30份。
优选地,所述的乙醇为无水乙醇,纯度为分析醇。
优选地,所述的硅油为水性硅油。
优选地,所述的分散剂为三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、聚乙二醇中的一种或者一种以上。
优选地,所述的香精为食用香精。
一种织物去污整理剂的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在四口瓶中加入去离子水20-30份、纤维素酶4-8份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2-4份,水浴加热,氮气环境,冷凝回流,升高温度至50-60℃,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌40-60分钟;
步骤2,先将6-8份硬脂酸在10-15份乙醇中溶解,搅拌速度为500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟至完全溶解;
步骤3,将步骤2的溶液倒入步骤1的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤4,降低温度至30-40℃,加入硅油3-5份、羟甲基纤维素5-7份、茶皂素2-8份、分散剂3-5份、柠檬酸7-9份、香精0.1-1份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤5,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物去污整理剂;
步骤6,静置冷却至四口瓶中液体织物去污整理剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤2,先将6-8份硬脂酸在10-15份乙醇中溶解,搅拌速度为500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟至完全溶解;
步骤3,将步骤2的溶液倒入步骤1的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤4,降低温度至30-40℃,加入硅油3-5份、羟甲基纤维素5-7份、茶皂素2-8份、分散剂3-5份、柠檬酸7-9份、香精0.1-1份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤5,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物去污整理剂;
步骤6,静置冷却至四口瓶中液体织物去污整理剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤2,先将7份硬脂酸在13份乙醇中溶解,搅拌速度为800转/分钟,搅拌8分钟至完全溶解;
步骤3,将步骤2的溶液倒入步骤1的溶液中,800转/分钟,搅拌8分钟;
步骤4,降低温度至35℃,加入硅油4份、羟甲基纤维素6份、茶皂素5份、分散剂4份、柠檬酸8份、香精0.5份,800转/分钟,搅拌35分钟;
步骤5,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物去污整理剂;
步骤6,静置冷却至四口瓶中液体织物去污整理剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤3,将步骤2的溶液倒入步骤1的溶液中,500转/分钟,搅拌10分钟;
步骤4,降低温度至40℃,加入硅油5份、羟甲基纤维素7份、茶皂素8份、分散剂5份、柠檬酸9份、香精1份,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤5,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物去污整理剂;
步骤6,静置冷却至四口瓶中液体织物去污整理剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤2,先将8份硬脂酸在15份乙醇中溶解,搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,搅拌5分钟至完全溶解;
步骤3,将步骤2的溶液倒入步骤1的溶液中,1000转/分钟,搅拌5分钟;
步骤4,降低温度至35℃,加入硅油5份、羟甲基纤维素5份、茶皂素5份、分散剂5份、柠檬酸7份、香精0.1份,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤5,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体织物去污整理剂;
步骤6,静置冷却至四口瓶中液体织物去污整理剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

采用实施例1、2、3、4的织物去污整理剂处理棉织物,处理工艺为:织物去污整理剂60g/L,轧余率60%,两浸一轧,预烘100℃,120℃焙烘5min。将得到的棉织物进行性能测试,测试结果如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述的织物去污整理剂,其特征在于:所述的乙醇为无水乙醇,纯度为分析醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物去污整理剂,其特征在于:所述的硅油为水性硅油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的织物去污整理剂,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、聚乙二醇中的一种或者一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的织物去污整理剂,其特征在于:所述的香精为食用香精。
6.一种采用上述权利要求1-5中任一项所述织物去污整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在四口瓶中加入去离子水20-30份、纤维素酶4-8份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2-4份,水浴加热,氮气环境,冷凝回流,升高温度至50-60℃,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌40-60分钟;
步骤2,先将6-8份硬脂酸在10-15份乙醇中溶解,搅拌速度为500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟至完全溶解;
步骤3,将步骤2的溶液倒入步骤1的溶液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤4,降低温度至30-40℃,加入硅油3-5份、羟甲基纤维素5-7份、茶皂素2-8份、分散剂3-5份、柠檬酸7-9份、香精0.1-1份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
