本发明涉及纺织精炼剂领域,特别涉及到一种去油低脂纺织精炼剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
精练过程是纺织品在一定温度下与碱和精练剂进行的一个复杂的化学和物理化学过程,它包括渗透、净洗、膨化、乳化、皂化、分散、螯合和脱色等作用,其中渗透和净洗是较为重要的作用,精练过程第一步是在表面活性剂作用下,精练液向纤维内部渗透,使纤维及杂质膨化;第二步为净洗作用,即纤维经充分润湿后,其杂质经过热和化学品的皂洗、乳化、萃取、分散等作用而被去除。精练剂的作用是帮助碱液渗透到纤维内部,促进蜡状物的皂化,棉籽壳、蛋白质和果胶等的分解,使已脱离纤维的杂质分散在煮练液中,防止重新附着在纤维上。随着印染工业的发展,节约能耗,加快精练速度,缩短工艺流程是必然趋势。作为精练剂的重要组分部分,表面活性剂必须具有良好的润湿、渗透、乳化、分散、净洗性能,还应具有耐高温、生物易降解、低泡沫、安全无毒等性能。单一的表面活性剂已经不可能兼具上述性能,必须通过几种表面活性剂进行复配,通过协同和增效作用来达到满意的精练效果。本发明研制出一款去油低脂的纺织精炼剂,其润湿、分散、乳化性能好,去污力强,可以很好的满足市场的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种去油低脂纺织精炼剂及其制备方法,通过采用特定原料进行组合,配合相应的生产工艺,得到的去油低脂纺织精炼剂,其润湿、分散、乳化性能好,去污力强,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种去油低脂纺织精炼剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13-18份、脂肪醇醚羧酸5-8份、异构醇5-12份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐5-8份、甲基丙烯酸3-6份、氯乙酸2-5份、茶皂素1-4份、碱性果胶酶3-6份、仲烷基磺酸钠1-4份、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠2-5份、硼砂1-2份、阴离子表面活性剂1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、乳化剂1-4份。
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂为硬脂酸钠、柠檬酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、α-磺基单羧酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述消泡剂为苯乙醇油酸脂、苯乙酸月桂醇酯、磷酸三丁酯、二甲基硅油中的任意一种。
优选地,所述乳化剂选自仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、丁基萘磺酸钠中的任意一种或几种。
所述的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇、氯乙酸、乳化剂,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为40分钟,超声频率为220-250KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入茶皂素、碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、阴离子表面活性剂,加热搅拌至50℃,搅拌速度为50-100转/分钟,反应时间20-40分钟;
(5)将仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、消泡剂加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200-300转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为100-150℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至160℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至7-9,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可。
优选地,所述步骤(6)的压强为5-10Mpa。
优选地,所述步骤(8)的膜孔径为100-200μm。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明的去油低脂纺织精炼剂,以磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇为主要成分,通过加入氯乙酸、茶皂素、碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、阴离子表面活性剂、消泡剂、乳化剂,辅以溶解搅拌、超声分散、加热反应、加压活化、冷却过膜等工艺,使得制备而成的去油低脂纺织精炼剂,其润湿、分散、乳化性能好,去污力强,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。
(2)本发明的去油低脂纺织精炼剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13份、脂肪醇醚羧酸5份、异构醇5份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐5份、甲基丙烯酸3份、氯乙酸2份、茶皂素1份、碱性果胶酶3份、仲烷基磺酸钠1份、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠2份、硼砂1份、硬脂酸钠1份、苯乙醇油酸脂2份、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份;
(2)将磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇、氯乙酸、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为40分钟,超声频率为220KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入茶皂素、碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、硬脂酸钠,加热搅拌至50℃,搅拌速度为50转/分钟,反应时间20分钟;
(5)将仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、苯乙醇油酸脂加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为100℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至160℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为5Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至7,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为100μm。
制得的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、脂肪醇醚羧酸6份、异构醇8份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐6份、甲基丙烯酸4份、氯乙酸3份、茶皂素2份、碱性果胶酶4份、仲烷基磺酸钠2份、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠3份、硼砂1份、柠檬酸钠1份、苯乙酸月桂醇酯3份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚2份;
(2)将磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇、氯乙酸、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为40分钟,超声频率为230KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入茶皂素、碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、柠檬酸钠,加热搅拌至50℃,搅拌速度为70转/分钟,反应时间25分钟;
(5)将仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、苯乙酸月桂醇酯加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为240转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为120℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至160℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为7Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至7.5,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为120μm。
制得的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚16份、脂肪醇醚羧酸7份、异构醇10份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐7份、甲基丙烯酸5份、氯乙酸4份、茶皂素3份、碱性果胶酶5份、仲烷基磺酸钠3份、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠4份、硼砂2份、甘油硬脂酸酯2份、磷酸三丁酯3份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3份;
(2)将磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇、氯乙酸、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为40分钟,超声频率为240KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入茶皂素、碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯,加热搅拌至50℃,搅拌速度为90转/分钟,反应时间35分钟;
(5)将仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、磷酸三丁酯加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为280转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为140℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至160℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为9Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至8.5,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为150μm。
制得的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。

(1)按照重量份称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚18份、脂肪醇醚羧酸8份、异构醇12份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐8份、甲基丙烯酸6份、氯乙酸5份、茶皂素4份、碱性果胶酶6份、仲烷基磺酸钠4份、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠5份、硼砂2份、α-磺基单羧酸酯3份、二甲基硅油4份、丁基萘磺酸钠4份;
(2)将磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇、氯乙酸、丁基萘磺酸钠,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为40分钟,超声频率为250KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入茶皂素、碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、α-磺基单羧酸酯,加热搅拌至50℃,搅拌速度为100转/分钟,反应时间40分钟;
(5)将仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、二甲基硅油加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为300转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为150℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至160℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为10Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至9,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为200μm。
制得的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13份、脂肪醇醚羧酸5份、异构醇5份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐5份、甲基丙烯酸3份、碱性果胶酶3份、仲烷基磺酸钠1份、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠2份、硼砂1份、硬脂酸钠1份、苯乙醇油酸脂2份、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份;
(2)将磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为40分钟,超声频率为220KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、硬脂酸钠,加热搅拌至50℃,搅拌速度为50转/分钟,反应时间20分钟;
(5)将仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、苯乙醇油酸脂加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为100℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至160℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为5Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至7,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为100μm。
制得的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚18份、脂肪醇醚羧酸8份、异构醇12份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐8份、甲基丙烯酸6份、氯乙酸5份、茶皂素4份、仲烷基磺酸钠4份、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠5份、α-磺基单羧酸酯3份、二甲基硅油4份、丁基萘磺酸钠4份;
(2)将磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇、氯乙酸、丁基萘磺酸钠,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为40分钟,超声频率为250KW;

将实施例1-4和对比例1-2的制得的去油低脂纺织精炼剂进行毛效、渗透率、白度、残脂率、分层所需时间和分散指数这几项性能测试。

本发明的去油低脂纺织精炼剂,以磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇为主要成分,通过加入氯乙酸、茶皂素、碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、阴离子表面活性剂、消泡剂、乳化剂,辅以溶解搅拌、超声分散、加热反应、加压活化、冷却过膜等工艺,使得制备而成的去油低脂纺织精炼剂,其润湿、分散、乳化性能好,去污力强,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。本发明的去油低脂纺织精炼剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。

Claims (7)

1.一种去油低脂纺织精炼剂,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13-18份、脂肪醇醚羧酸5-8份、异构醇5-12份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐5-8份、甲基丙烯酸3-6份、氯乙酸2-5份、茶皂素1-4份、碱性果胶酶3-6份、仲烷基磺酸钠1-4份、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠2-5份、硼砂1-2份、阴离子表面活性剂1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、乳化剂1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的去油低脂纺织精炼剂,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为硬脂酸钠、柠檬酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、α-磺基单羧酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的去油低脂纺织精炼剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为苯乙醇油酸脂、苯乙酸月桂醇酯、磷酸三丁酯、二甲基硅油中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的去油低脂纺织精炼剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂选自仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、丁基萘磺酸钠中的任意一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、甲基丙烯酸加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚羧酸、异构醇、氯乙酸、乳化剂,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为40分钟,超声频率为220-250KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入茶皂素、碱性果胶酶、N,N’-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、阴离子表面活性剂,加热搅拌至50℃,搅拌速度为50-100转/分钟,反应时间20-40分钟;
(5)将仲烷基磺酸钠、硼砂、消泡剂加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200-300转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为100-150℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至160℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至7-9,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)的压强为5-10Mpa。
7.根据权利要求5所述的去油低脂纺织精炼剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(8)的膜孔径为100-200μm。
