Abstract
本发明涉及日化领域,具体涉及一种柔顺剂。一种衣物柔顺剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:5~15%的两性离子表面活性剂;5~10%的非离子型表面活性剂;2~5%的增稠剂;0~1.5%的pH调节剂;0~1%的防腐剂;0~3%的香精;并用水补充至100%。本发明的衣物柔顺剂经测试具有洗涤后衣物更加柔软,手感舒适,并且还具有一定的抗静电性能和抗菌性能的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,具体涉及一种柔顺剂。
背景技术
随着家用洗衣机的普及和合纤及其混纺织物的增加,对织物柔顺剂的需求日益增长,大部分合成纤织物和纯毛、棉绒织物,经过反复洗涤后逐渐***、手感粗糙、穿着感不舒适,甚至产生静电吸尘、冒火花现象。现有的柔顺剂中最具代表性的产品是阳离子表面活性剂,其中使用最多的是双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵或称双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵。虽然其使用效果较好,但也存在一些问题如生物降解性较差,可能会造成对环境的影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种衣物柔顺剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种衣物柔顺剂,含有如下重量百分比的组分:
5~15%的两性离子表面活性剂;5~10%的非离子型表面活性剂;2~5%的增稠剂;0~1.5%的pH调节剂;0~1%的防腐剂;0~3%的香精;并用水补充至100%。
进一步的,所述的两性离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺和有机硅表面活性剂的混合物;其中,所述有机硅表面活性剂结构式如下所示:
其中,R1为,X为,在结构式中,n=60~80,a=3~6。
更进一步的,所述有机硅表面活性剂由如下步骤合成:
(1)在容器中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷和浓硫酸,升温后加入四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷,恒温搅拌4h,加入纯碱进行中和、过滤,将滤液加入到装有氮气保护、冷凝回流和搅拌条件的容器中,然后加入烯丙基聚氧乙烯环氧基醚,搅拌升温至80℃,加入氯铂酸,再继续升温至120℃反应5h,然后降温至80℃后,同时缓慢滴加二乙醇胺和异丙醇的混合物,回流反应6h,停止搅拌,恒温1h,旋蒸除去溶剂,得到淡黄色透明油状液体;
(2)在装有氮气保护、冷凝回流和搅拌条件的容器中加入步骤(1)所得的淡黄色透明油状液体和异丙醇,升温至80℃,将3,4-二羟基苯基丙酸钠缓慢滴加入烧瓶中,反应回流6h,反应结束后除去溶剂,得到粗产品,粗产品再经过处理,最后得到有机硅表面活性剂。
本发明通过合成新型的有机硅表面活性剂,并且和椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺一起复配作为两性表面活性剂,使得本发明的柔顺剂具有提供易烫、抗皱效果,加强柔软性能、加强衣物强度、减少衣物变形的效果,而且能够提高抗静电性。
进一步的,所述非离子型表面活性剂为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物。本发明为了解决两性表面活性剂在水中的分散性问题,选用异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物提高相容性,使得表面活性剂在水溶液中具有更好的分散性。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为聚乙二醇。
所述pH调节剂为可使用任何一种日化领域常规使用的pH值调节剂,如柠檬酸、乳酸、磷酸等。香精用于调节护发组合物的气味,如花香、木香、果香等。所述防腐剂用本技术领域常用的防腐剂均可实现本发明。
更进一步的,该柔顺剂的重量百分比优选为:
1~3%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱;2~5%的月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺;2~7%的有机硅表面活性剂;2~3%的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚;3~6%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;2~5%的聚乙二醇;0~1.5%的pH调节剂;0~1%的防腐剂;0~3%的香精;并用水补充至100%。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的衣物柔顺剂经测试具有洗涤后衣物更加柔软,手感舒适,并且还具有一定的抗静电性能和抗菌性能的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
本发明的有机硅表面活性剂结构式如下所示:
其中,R1为,X为,在结构式中,n=60~80,a=3~6。
其中,所述有机硅表面活性剂由如下步骤合成:
(1)在容器中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷和浓硫酸,升温后加入四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷,恒温搅拌4h,加入纯碱进行中和、过滤,将滤液加入到装有氮气保护、冷凝回流和搅拌条件的容器中,然后加入烯丙基聚氧乙烯环氧基醚,搅拌升温至80℃,加入氯铂酸,再继续升温至120℃反应5h,然后降温至80℃后,同时缓慢滴加二乙醇胺和异丙醇的混合物,回流反应6h,停止搅拌,恒温1h,旋蒸除去溶剂,得到淡黄色透明油状液体;
(2)在装有氮气保护、冷凝回流和搅拌条件的容器中加入步骤(1)所得的淡黄色透明油状液体和异丙醇,升温至80℃,将3,4-二羟基苯基丙酸钠缓慢滴加入烧瓶中,反应回流6h,反应结束后除去溶剂,得到粗产品,粗产品再经过处理,最后得到有机硅表面活性剂。
本发明的制备方法为常规的配置和混合技术,在此不做详细说明。
实施例1
2%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱;4%的月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺;5%的有机硅表面活性剂;2.5%的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚;5%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;3.5%的聚乙二醇;1%的柠檬酸;0.8%的防腐剂;2%的香精;并用水补充至100%。
实施例2
1%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱;4%的月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺;3%的有机硅表面活性剂;2%的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚;3%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;2%的聚乙二醇;0.5%的柠檬酸;0.5%的防腐剂;1%的香精;并用水补充至100%。
实施例3
3%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱;2%的月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺;6%的有机硅表面活性剂;3%的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚;6%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;5%的聚乙二醇;1%的乳酸;0.2%的防腐剂;2.5%的香精;并用水补充至100%。
对比例1
11%的市面常见两性离子表面活性剂;2.5%的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚;5%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;3.5%的聚乙二醇;1%的柠檬酸;0.8%的防腐剂;2%的香精;并用水补充至100%。
对比例2
2%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱;4%的月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺;5%的有机硅表面活性剂;7.5%的市面常见非离子型表面活性剂;3.5%的聚乙二醇;1%的柠檬酸;0.8%的防腐剂;2%的香精;并用水补充至100%。
对于以上实施例1、对比例1、2以及市售同类产品的衣物柔顺剂进行测试。测试结果如表1所示。

从以上实施例可知,本发明的衣物柔顺剂具有更好的柔顺和抗静电性能。

Claims (6)
1.一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于含有如下重量百分比的组分:
5~15%的两性离子表面活性剂;
5~10%的非离子型表面活性剂;
2~5%的增稠剂;
0~1.5%的pH调节剂;
0~1%的防腐剂;
0~3%的香精;
并用水补充至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述的两性离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺和有机硅表面活性剂的混合物;其中,所述有机硅表面活性剂结构式如下所示:

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述有机硅表面活性剂由如下步骤合成:
(1)在容器中加入八甲基环四硅氧烷和浓硫酸,升温后加入四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷,恒温搅拌4h,加入纯碱进行中和、过滤,将滤液加入到装有氮气保护、冷凝回流和搅拌条件的容器中,然后加入烯丙基聚氧乙烯环氧基醚,搅拌升温至80℃,加入氯铂酸,再继续升温至120℃反应5h,然后降温至80℃后,同时缓慢滴加二乙醇胺和异丙醇的混合物,回流反应6h,停止搅拌,恒温1h,旋蒸除去溶剂,得到淡黄色透明油状液体;
(2)在装有氮气保护、冷凝回流和搅拌条件的容器中加入步骤(1)所得的淡黄色透明油状液体和异丙醇,升温至80℃,将3,4-二羟基苯基丙酸钠缓慢滴加入烧瓶中,反应回流6h,反应结束后除去溶剂,得到粗产品,粗产品再经过处理,最后得到有机硅表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述非离子型表面活性剂为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚乙二醇。
6.根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,该柔顺剂的重量百分比为:
1~3%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱;
2~5%的月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺;
2~7%的有机硅表面活性剂;
2~3%的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚;
3~6%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;
2~5%的聚乙二醇;
0~1.5%的pH调节剂;
0~1%的防腐剂;
0~3%的香精;
并用水补充至100%。
