本发明涉及一种绿色保健六道木果冻粉,属于绿色食品保健技术领域。主要包括技术方案如下:六道木粉末30‑45份、树莓粉末5‑15份、蓝莓粉末5‑15份、荜茇提取物粉末0.05‑0.2份、树莓香精0.05‑0.2份、白砂糖30‑35份、葡萄糖20‑30份、柠檬酸0.1‑1份、海藻胶0.05‑2份混合即得绿色保健六道木果冻粉。短枝六道木叶嫩提取物不仅富含蛋白质、多糖、果胶、钙、铁、锌、泛酸等营养成分以及7种人体必需氨基酸,而且凝胶提取物含量高达21.69%,本发明不仅避免了常规果冻中添加过多的食用胶,酸制剂,钙、铁、锌等成分,长期食用可具有退火,清凉解毒之功效,可防治因肝炎肺热引起的各种疾病。

本发明属于绿色食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种绿色保健六道木果冻粉。
背景技术
六道木是忍冬科六道木属落叶灌木,其叶子也称神仙草叶。自然分布于陕西,四川,湖北等地区,是中国特有的中草药资源。陕西等地将其叶片称为凉粉叶,有将其制成凉粉的习惯,俗称为“神仙豆腐”,口感滑嫩、清爽,食用历史已有千年。有研究表明果胶是短枝六道木叶中最主要的水溶性膳食纤维,并含有其他多糖类化合物。多糖作为一种生物大分子,具有免疫调节,抗感染、抗辐射、抗凝血、降血糖、降血脂、促进核酸与蛋白质生物合成,控制细胞***、分化,调节细胞生长、衰老等作用,成为目前热点的研究课题。
果冻不仅美味口感好,更是具有促进消化,减肥的功效,已成为备受人们喜爱的食品。常规的果冻添加剂较多,不适合老人与小孩食用。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种以六道木粉为主要原料的果冻粉,不仅具有天然丰富的营养成分,六道木中凝胶提取物更是丰富,从而避免常规果冻中添加过多添加剂不利于特殊人群食用的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种绿色保健六道木果冻粉,由如下质量份数的原料制备而成:
六道木粉末30份-45份
树莓粉末5份-15份
蓝莓粉末5份-15份
荜茇提取物粉末0.05份-0.2份
树莓香精0.05份-0.2份
白砂糖30份-35份
葡萄糖20份-30份
柠檬酸0.1份-1份
海藻胶0.05份-2份。

本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明旨在为广大人群提供一种绿色天然、营养保健的绿色保健六道木果冻粉,不仅味道好、形状外观好,而且主要原料为绿色天然的短枝六道木叶嫩提取物,保健效果好;
(2)短枝六道木叶嫩提取物不仅富含蛋白质、多糖(5.68%)、果胶(15.9%)、钙、铁、锌、泛酸等营养成分以及7种人体必需氨基酸,而且凝胶提取物含量高达21.69%,其主成分为水溶性高甲氧基果胶和粗多糖,有良好的亲水性、持水性,有利于果冻的成型;
(3)与现有技术相比,本发明不仅避免了常规果冻中添加过多的食用胶,酸制剂,钙、铁、锌等成分,长期食用可具有退火,清凉解毒之功效,可防治因肝炎肺热引起的各种疾病。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明进行说明,但不用来限制本发明的范围,本发明所用原料无特殊说明,均市售可得。
实施例1
一种绿色保健六道木果冻粉按照如下方法制备得到:
(1)将六道木嫩叶用清水清洗干净,剪成0.2mm的碎片后,使用组织匀浆机匀浆,将匀浆液离心,去底部沉淀保留清液,将清液使用真空冷冻干燥的方法制备得到六道木粉末;
(2)分别将树莓、蓝莓使用组织匀浆机匀浆,将匀浆液使用真空冷冻干燥的方法制备得到树莓粉末、蓝莓粉末;
(3)取荜茇干燥果实,用质量是荜茇干燥果实7倍的60vt%乙醇水溶液作为提取剂对荜茇干燥果实进行提取,得到提取液;将提取液离心,将离心后的上清液经过D101大孔吸附树脂柱吸附;用15倍柱体积的25vt%乙醇水溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液,即得到荜茇提取物,将荜茇提取物浓缩后进行真空冷冻干燥得到荜茇提取物粉末;
(4)将六道木粉末30份、树莓粉末5份、蓝莓粉末5份、荜茇提取物粉末0.05份、树莓香精0.05份、白砂糖30份、葡萄糖20份、柠檬酸0.1份、海藻胶0.05份混合即得绿色保健六道木果冻粉。
食用时,用5倍于果冻粉的50℃水充分溶解,再冷藏凝固即可。冲制成的果冻颜色呈***、富有弹性、成型好不易破裂,口感酸甜,有浓郁的水果香气。
实施例2
一种绿色保健六道木果冻粉按照如下方法制备得到:

食用时,用5倍于果冻粉的50℃水充分溶解,再冷藏凝固即可。冲制成的果冻颜色呈***、富有弹性、成型好不易破裂,口感酸甜,有浓郁的水果香气。
