本发明涉及一种复合型防霉剂,载体为多孔硅胶,防霉剂溶液包括二氧化氯、桂皮提取物、水仙花提取物、硅藻土、磷酸氢钙、石蜡、水,各组分的质量份数为:二氧化氯10‑13、桂皮提取物10‑15、水仙花提取物8‑12、硅藻土7‑9、磷酸氢钙5‑8、石蜡6‑9、水30‑40。本发明功能全面,有效降低刺激性,使其复合防霉性能得以改善,应用范围广,效果好,持续时间久,成本低;有效吸收潮湿空气中的水分,防止发霉,一扫霉味带来的沉闷气息透气防潮。

本发明涉及一种添加剂制备技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种复合型防霉剂。
背景技术
现实生活中,温度、湿度、霉菌孢子是发霉的三个必备条件,而人体觉得舒服的温度也是霉菌生长的温度,这是改变不了的。霉菌的发生不仅影响物体表面的美观,在深层生长的霉菌还会冲破漆膜造成开裂和剥落,导致物体受损 ;并且增生的霉菌还会威胁到动物和人类的健康。因此,防霉现象需要引起足够的重视。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的复合型防霉剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种复合型防霉剂,防霉剂溶液包括二氧化氯、桂皮提取物、水仙花提取物、硅藻土、磷酸氢钙、石蜡、水,各组分的质量份数为:二氧化氯10-13、桂皮提取物10-15、水仙花提取物8-12、硅藻土7-9、磷酸氢钙5-8、石蜡6-9、水30-40。
作为优选,所述的复合型防霉剂,其特征在于:所述复合型防霉剂溶液各组分的质量份数为:二氧化氯10、桂皮提取物10、水仙花提取物8、硅藻土7、磷酸氢钙5、石蜡6、水30。

( 1 )将二氧化氯、桂皮提取物、水仙花提取物配成混合溶液A,将硅藻土和混合溶液A混合,搅拌,再经离心、过滤和脱水得到第一固体;
( 2 )将磷酸氢钙分配成防霉组分溶液,将混合溶液A加入到有机防霉组分溶液中混合,搅拌,得到混合溶液B;
(3)向混合溶液B中加入石蜡,搅拌,得到最终混合溶液C;
(4 )将混合溶液C与载体多孔硅胶结合,制成具有复合型防霉性能的固体颗粒缓释剂(复合型防霉剂),再用透气性无纺布等进行包装即得。
本发明功能全面,有效降低刺激性,使其复合防霉性能得以改善,应用范围广,效果好,持续时间久,成本低;有效吸收潮湿空气中的水分,防止发霉,一扫霉味带来的沉闷气息透气防潮。
