Abstract
本发明涉及一种多用途防霉防潮剂,包括山梨酸、茶多酚、吸附剂、壳聚糖、肉桂精油、丙酸钙、明胶、改性醇酸树脂、硬脂酸和水,各组分的质量份数为:山梨酸20‑40、茶多酚10‑15、吸附剂10‑15、壳聚糖15‑20、肉桂精油5‑10、丙酸钙15‑18、明胶5‑10、改性醇酸树脂10‑15、硬脂酸2‑3和水60‑80。本发明的防霉防潮剂具有突出的抑制霉菌、真菌、细菌和藻类等微生物在有机介质中滋生的作用,还具有剂量低、成本经济、杀菌持续时间长、pH适用范围广、投加方便及使用安全的优点,可广泛用于各类场合的杀菌防霉。

本发明涉及一种添加剂制备技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种多用途防霉防潮剂。
背景技术
现实生活中,温度、湿度、霉菌孢子是发霉的三个必备条件,而人体觉得舒服的温度也是霉菌生长的温度,这是改变不了的。霉菌的发生不仅影响物体表面的美观,在深层生长的霉菌还会冲破漆膜造成开裂和剥落,导致物体受损 ;并且增生的霉菌还会威胁到动物和人类的健康。因此,防霉类添加剂已引起足够的重视。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的多用途防霉防潮剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种多用途防霉防潮剂,包括山梨酸、茶多酚、吸附剂、壳聚糖、肉桂精油、丙酸钙、明胶、改性醇酸树脂、硬脂酸和水,各组分的质量份数为:山梨酸20-40、茶多酚10-15、吸附剂10-15、壳聚糖15-20、肉桂精油5-10、丙酸钙15-18、明胶5-10、改性醇酸树脂10-15、硬脂酸2-3和水60-80。
作为优选,所述的多用途防霉防潮剂,其特征在于:所述多用途防霉防潮剂各组分的质量份数为:山梨酸30、茶多酚10、吸附剂10、壳聚糖18、肉桂精油7、丙酸钙18、明胶5、改性醇酸树脂15、硬脂酸3和水78。
作为优选,所述的多用途防霉防潮剂,其特征在于:所述吸附剂为80%的二氧化硅固体。
作为优选,所述的多用途防霉防潮剂,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:将规定比例的各质量份数组份充分与水混合搅拌,制得混合溶液,最后通过静置24h后干燥即可。
本发明的防霉防潮剂颗粒具有突出的抑制霉菌、真菌、细菌和藻类等微生物在有机介质中滋生的作用,还具有剂量低、成本经济、杀菌持续时间长、pH适用范围广、投加方便及使用安全的优点,可广泛用于各类场合的杀菌防霉。

2.根据权利要求1所述的多用途防霉防潮剂,其特征在于:所述多用途防霉防潮剂各组分的质量份数为:山梨酸30、茶多酚10、吸附剂10、壳聚糖18、肉桂精油7、丙酸钙18、明胶5、改性醇酸树脂15、硬脂酸3和水78。
