Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an antibacterial health-care protection pad, and belongs to the technical field of sanitary products.
Background
The sanitary pad is a disposable sanitary article for women during non-menstrual period, can absorb secretions at the end of the menstrual period or daily secretions outside the menstrual period of women, thereby avoiding polluting underpants and reducing peculiar smell.
At present, the production process of sanitary pads in China is different, and particularly, the phenomenon that the sanitary pads produced by a plurality of factories do not meet the national standard happens occasionally. Although most sanitary pads are qualified products when being shipped out, the problem of bacteria exceeding standards is also caused in the processes of transportation, storage and use.
Due to the special physiological structure of women, the female reproductive system is particularly vulnerable to external pathogenic agents, is careless, and is very susceptible to infection or gynecological diseases. The sanitary pad directly contacts human mucosal tissue, and daily secretion of women contains nutrient substances capable of breeding bacteria greatly, so that objective conditions are provided for breeding bacteria greatly. If bacteria in the sanitary pad exceed standards, adverse reactions such as skin itch, burning pain, red swelling and the like can be caused, and various gynecological diseases can be caused more seriously.
In addition, the bottom of most pads is provided with a layer of plastic, so that the air permeability is poor, the pudendum is easy to be wet and sweat, and pathogenic bacteria are bred. The sanitary pad is not replaced for a long time, so that the local humidity and temperature are greatly increased, the feeling of damp and sultry is generated, and the sanitary pad is particularly obvious in hot and humid climates, so that a proper condition is created for the growth of bacteria and fungi, the acid-base balance of the vagina can be damaged, the local protective barrier effect is reduced, and the disease risk is increased. In addition, the rubbing of the sanitary pad easily causes the damage of local skin or hair follicle, causes diseases such as vulvar folliculitis and the like, and is harmful to the health of women.

The obtained antibacterial protection pad has the bacteriostasis rate of 98.2 percent to escherichia coli, the bacteriostasis rate of 97.9 percent to staphylococcus aureus, the removal rate of formaldehyde of 89.5 percent and the removal rate of ammonia of 91.7 percent.
Test example 1
The bacteriostatic rates of the antibacterial health pads obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were measured, and the specific results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 bacteriostatic ratio test data sheet
The bacteriostatic rate of Escherichia coli, percent | Golden yellow grape ball bacteriostasis rate% | |
Example 1 | 87.4 | 86.5 |
Example 2 | 92.6 | 91.8 |
Comparative example 1 | 90.1 | 89.2 |
Example 3 | 91.4 | 91.2 |
Example 4 | 94.7 | 93.8 |
Example 5 | 95.3 | 95.6 |
Example 2 the antibacterial performance of the antibacterial liquid added with the enzyme antibacterial agent is obviously better than that of example 1, because the enzyme antibacterial agent has the antibacterial performance. In example 2, the enzyme antibacterial agent and the antibacterial synergist are used simultaneously, and the antibacterial performance of the antibacterial composition is better than that of example 1 and comparative example 1.
Example 2 and examples 3-5 were optimized for the antibacterial synergist, and example 5 was cordyceps polysaccharide, which is superior to examples 2 and 3-4 in antibacterial performance.
Test example 2
The odor removing performance of the antibacterial health care pad obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 was tested, and the specific results are shown in table 2.
