Description

Application of soapberry and extract thereof in preparation of hygienic products
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to application of soapberry and an extract thereof in preparing sanitary products.
Background
The sanitary articles refer to various daily necessities which are discarded after being used once, are in direct or indirect contact with a human body and are used for achieving the purposes of physiological sanitation or health care (antibiosis or bacteriostasis) of the human body, and the product characters can be solid or liquid. For example, sanitary products for excretions such as paper towels, wet wipes, feminine hygiene products (including pads), diapers, and the like (excluding toilet paper such as creped toilet paper).
The sanitary articles with the bacteriostatic or antibacterial function are mostly added with certain antibacterial components. At present, the antibacterial component added in the commercially available sanitary products is mainly chemical substances with antibacterial function, antibiotics or enzymes with antibacterial function. The long-term use of chemical substances or antibiotics as bacteriostatic components can reduce the immunity of human bodies and stimulate the skin to generate adverse reactions. The enzyme with the antibacterial effect does not influence the immunity of a human body, has a good antibacterial effect, but has unstable property, is easy to lose efficacy, has poor broad spectrum and only can inhibit certain specific microorganisms.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop an antibacterial agent suitable for sanitary goods.

Melting solid culture medium suitable for growth and development of test bacteria, cooling to about 45-50 ℃, mixing prepared strain suspension 10mL with the culture medium, adding the culture medium with bacteria on the solidified solid culture medium, and coating 5 culture dishes with each strain solution. Example 1, example 3, example 5; the powder cores obtained in examples 2, 4, 6, and 7 to 8 were formed into a cylinder having a diameter of 0.5mm, and a blank control cylinder was provided. These 9 small cylinders were placed on a medium at appropriate intervals and cultured at an appropriate temperature.
And (3) under an appropriate condition, culturing for 2-3 days, taking out, measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone by using a cross method, and evaluating the bactericidal activity according to the existence and the size of the inhibition zone. If the diameter of the inhibition zone is elliptic, the difference of the length is more than one unit, and the inhibition zone is preferably left out. Each experimental strain was replicated 3 times. The results are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1 average diameter of zone of inhibition (mm)

DMEM medium was added to each group. One group was blank control, and the other 8 groups were experimental groups. The substances provided by the embodiment of the invention are added into each experimental group. The addition amount is as follows: 5mL of the immersion treatment solution prepared in examples 1 to 6 was added to 100mL of the culture solution; 5g of the powder cores prepared in examples 7 to 8 were added to 100mL of the culture medium.
Each group is provided with 10 compound holes which are placed in 5 percent CO2Culturing in 37 deg.C saturated humidity incubator, and measuring OD after 72 hr450Values to compare proliferation of the cells of each group. The results are shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2 OD of each group450Value of
Blank control Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Example 4 Example 5 Example 6 Example 7 Example 8
OD450 0.570 0.565 0.566 0.567 0.568 0.566 0.565 0.567 0.564
The results show that the proliferation of the cells in each of examples 1-6 is similar to that of the blank control, and there is no significant difference, which indicates that the composition provided by the present invention does not affect the growth of the cells.
Example 11
100 cases of female patients are treated together, and the age is 18-39 years. Clinically, the vagina, the pelvic inflammation, the endometritis, the cervicitis, the pruritus and the leucorrhea abnormality are seen, and the diagnosis is confirmed by removing the blockage of the oviduct and other organic diseases of the pelvic cavity.
Patients were randomly divided into 5 groups, and sanitary napkins or pads prepared in examples 2, 4, 6-8 were used during the period of the example vacation, respectively, with an experimental period of 6 months.
The curative effect standard is as follows:
the effect is shown: the symptoms such as clinical inflammation, pruritus, abnormal leucorrhea and the like are obviously improved;
the method has the following advantages: the symptoms of clinical inflammation, pruritus, abnormal leucorrhea and the like are reduced;
and (4) invalidation: the symptoms such as clinical inflammation, pruritus and abnormal leucorrhea are not improved at all.
The treatment effect showed that after 6 months the statistical results are shown in table 3:
