一种复合地板的制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域,包括刨花制备、刨花干燥、刨花筛选、刨花施胶、铺装、热压、砂光、布胶、冷压、热压、裁边、贴纸、热压、导边、多片锯、双端铣、检验包装入库。本发明制备方法科学,与传统装饰板制造方法相比,本发明表层细化,表层密度较大,适当的施胶量,提高板材内结合强度,利于铣槽,吸水厚度膨胀率小,延长了板材的使用寿命,甲醛释放量低,由于增加了横向强度,提高了板材表面耐冷热循环指标及龟裂性能。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种地板的制造方法,特别是涉及一种复合地板的制备方法。
背景技术
复合地板,是地板的其中一种。复合地板在市场上经常泛指强化复合木地板、实木复合地板。复合地板作为房屋装修的重要地板之一,已经靠其独特的优势成了人们选择的存在。复合地板的优点在于:易打理清洁、护理简洁,光亮如新,不嵌污垢,易于打扫。复合地板的表面涂漆处理的很好,耐磨性好,且不用花太多精力保养;复合地板质量稳定,不容易损坏,由于复合地板的基材采用了多层单板复合而成,木材纤维纵横交错成网状叠压组合,使木材的各种内应力在层板之间相互适应,确保了木地板的平整性和稳定性,并保留了实木地板的美观性于一体,既能享受到大自然的温馨,又解决了实木地板难保养的缺点,是强化木地板和实木地板的美好结晶;价格实惠,复合地板由于结构独特的关系,对木材的要求没那么高,且能充分利用材料,因此价格比实木地板的要低很多;安装简单,复合地板安装和强化地板一样,不打地龙骨,只要找平就好,还能提高层高。而且由于安装的要求简单,还大大降低了安装带来的隐患;色泽鲜艳,纹路清晰,花色给人以美感;环保,具有安装保养方便的优点,复合地板多使用甲醛释放量较低的胶粘剂,环保性好。
复合地板缺点在于耐磨性不如强化复合地板、多层复合地板厚度较高;价格偏高,性价比不高,相较强化复合地板、多层复合地板来说,价格偏贵;由于工艺要求高。结构复杂,质量差异较大,内在质量不易鉴别;和强化地板比较:花色没有强化地板。和实木地板比较:复合地板的生产必须用胶,不像传统实木地板那样除了木材本身基本没有其他。
发明内容
本发明针对现有复合地板耐磨性较强化复合地板差,价格偏贵,结构复杂,质量差异较大,内在质量不易鉴别,复合地板的生产必须用胶等不足,提出一种复合地板的制备方法,可提升复合地板的综合力学性能。
本发明的技术方案:一种复合地板的制备方法,其特征在于,制造步骤如下:
(1)刨花制备:选取直径在60mm以上的原木,采用刨片机,沿着木纤维方向对其进行刨切加工;
(2)刨花干燥:采用转筒式干燥机,干燥温度不低于200℃,干燥后含水率小于3%;
(3)刨花筛选:采用滚筒式筛选机对刨花进行筛选,将细料从刨花中分离出来,筛孔孔径为12mm;
(4)刨花施胶:采用无气雾化式喷胶,表层原材料根据实际需求进行不同胶种的施胶,施胶量在5%以内;
(5)铺装:采用机械定向铺装,木纤维的纵向强度和尺寸稳定性均高于横向;
(6)热压:热压温度采用200℃,热压时间根据板材厚度确定;
(7)砂光:将坯板砂光至所需厚度,砂光后坯板表面平整无严重凹陷和波浪纹;
(8)布胶:坯板和单板控制其含水率,胶水采用E0胶,布胶量控制在300-360g/m2
(9)冷压:布胶完毕后时效2小时后进行冷压,冷压压力0.8MPa,冷压时间20min;
(10)热压:热压压力1.0MPa,热压温度110℃,时间10min,热压后的基板板面整洁,无颗粒吸附,没有压痕、鼓泡等缺陷;
(11)裁边;
(12)贴纸;
(13)热压;
(14)导边;
(15)多片锯;
(16)双端铣;
(17)检验包装入库。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提出的一种复合地板的制备方法,制备方法科学,与传统装饰板制造方法相比,本发明表层细化,表层密度较大,适当的施胶量,提高板材内结合强度,利于铣槽,吸水厚度膨胀率小,延长了板材的使用寿命,甲醛释放量低,由于增加了横向强度,提高了板材表面耐冷热循环指标及龟裂性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种复合地板的制备方法,制造步骤如下:
