玻璃瓶成型工艺一般分为吹-吹法和压-吹法两种,但现有吹-吹法玻璃瓶成型工艺存在瓶壁厚薄不均匀,表面光洁度低,常有渗漏现象等缺陷。

本发明的目的在于,提供一种玻璃瓶吹-吹法成型工艺,采用本发明成型的玻璃瓶,瓶壁厚薄均匀,表面光洁度高,无渗漏现象。
本发明提供的玻璃瓶吹-吹法成型工艺,它包括以下步骤:
(1)入料:由滴料式供料机经滴料制作过程供给初型模合适的滴料;
(2)扑气:料滴经漏斗落入初型模,由第一次闷头完成扑气,经与芯子、套筒配合完成瓶口成型;
(3)倒吹气:芯子下降后,让出倒吹气通路,由压缩空气完成初型;
(4)初型翻转:初型经由初型模翻转到成型模上方;
(5)重热与延伸:在倒吹气结束和正吹气开始之前,初型进行重热并延伸;
(6)正吹气:经吹起头由压缩空气将初型吹制成与成型模相符合的形状;
(7)钳瓶:在成型模打开后,完成将玻璃瓶从成型模取出移至停滞板上方;
(8)瓶子冷却及输送:玻璃瓶在停滞板上方经过冷却,由拨瓶机构移至输送网带。
