本发明属于人造革制造技术领域,具体涉及一种低气味PVC人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上车辆内饰人造革均要求低气味性能,以达到满足驾乘人员使用舒适要求之目的,唯大部分PVC人造革无法稳定满足低气味要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提出一种通过原料优化、制程改善及添加I35去氨剂使PVC人造革不含刺激性气味,有效降低车内气味,以满足客户使用需求的PVC人造革及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种低气味PVC人造革,包括PVC底料和PVC面料,所述PVC底料由以下质量份数的组分制成 :
聚氯乙烯树脂100份、碳酸钙10~30份、邻苯二甲酸酯类80~120份、改质剂1~10份、发泡剂2~10份、粉体稳定剂2~6份、I35去氨剂2~10份、色料2~20份;
所述PVC面料由以下质量份数的组分制成 :
聚氯乙烯树脂100份、碳酸钙10~30份、邻苯二甲酸酯类80~120份、改质剂1~10份、粉体稳定剂2~6份、色料2~20份。
进一步的,所述的改质剂包括紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂。
进一步的,所述的发泡剂采用偶氮二甲酰胺。
进一步的,所述的粉体稳定剂采用钡钙锌。
上述一种低气味PVC人造革的制备方法,包括:
(A)PVC底料生产工序:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸酯、粉体稳定剂混合,得到主料;
(2)对主料先进行低速搅拌20s然后高速搅拌,当料温升高到120℃时,停止高速搅拌;
(3)此时的主料为粉状,与I35去氨剂、色料、改质剂、发泡剂再一起投入万马力榨料,待万马力电流达到175±3A排料到轧轮机;
(4)采用轧轮机将物料彻底充分塑化混合,轧轮机的工作温度为 180℃以上;
(5)采用四棍压延机对物料进行压延,压延温度为 160-210℃,然后再经过压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得 PVC 底料;
(B)PVC 面料生产工序:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸酯、粉体稳定剂混合,得到主料;
(2)对主料先进行低速搅拌20s然后高速搅拌,当料温升高到 120℃时,停止高速搅拌;
(3)此时的主料为粉状,与改质剂、色料再一起投入万马力榨料,待万马力电流达到165±3A排料到轧轮机;
(4)采用轧轮机将物料彻底充分塑化混合,轧轮机的工作温度为 180℃以上;
(5)采用四棍压延机对物料进行压延,压延温度为 160-210℃,然后再经过压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得 PVC 面料;
(C)贴合:将 PVC 底料贴合到基布上,再将 PVC 面料贴在底料上;
(D)表面前处理:PVC底料、面料贴合完后,通过耐磨丙烯酸类表面处理剂进行前处理;
(E)发泡压花:处理完后以发泡机进行发泡;
(F)表面后处理:PVC发泡压花完后,再通过聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯处理剂完成最终成品。
进一步的,步骤(E)中发泡通过Heater加热器的不同压花轮压出所需纹路,发泡温度180~240℃。
进一步的,步骤(F)中处理剂处理料温110~140℃。
有益效果:本发明经原料优化、制程改善及添加I35去氨剂使PVC人造革不含刺激性气味,可符合车辆内饰产品要求之气味性能:A:(23±2)℃存放(24±1)小时,气味等级2.0;B:(40±2)℃存放(24±1)小时,气味等级2.5;C:(80±2)℃存放2hour±10min,气味等级3.0,有明显气味,但无干扰性气味要求,以满足客户使用需求。

一种低气味PVC人造革,包括PVC底料和PVC面料,所述PVC底料由以下质量份数的组分制成 :
聚氯乙烯树脂100份、碳酸钙10份、邻苯二甲酸酯类80份、改质剂1份、偶氮二甲酰胺2份、钡钙锌2份、I35去氨剂2份、色料2份,改质剂采用紫外线吸收剂或阻燃剂中的一种或两种的组合。
所述PVC面料由以下质量份数的组分制成 :
聚氯乙烯树脂100份、碳酸钙10份、邻苯二甲酸酯类80份、改质剂1份、钡钙锌2份、色料2份,改质剂采用紫外线吸收剂或阻燃剂中的一种或两种的组合。
上述一种低气味PVC人造革的制备方法,包括:
(A)PVC底料生产工序:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸酯、粉体稳定剂混合,得到主料;
(2)对主料先进行低速搅拌20s然后高速搅拌,当料温升高到120℃时,停止高速搅拌;

(3)此时的主料为粉状,与改质剂、色料再一起投入万马力榨料,待万马力电流达到165±3A排料到轧轮机;
(4)采用轧轮机将物料彻底充分塑化混合,轧轮机的工作温度为 180℃以上;
(5)采用四棍压延机对物料进行压延,压延温度为210℃,然后再经过压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得 PVC 面料;
(C)贴合:将 PVC 底料贴合到基布上,再将 PVC 面料贴在底料上;
(D)表面前处理:PVC底料、面料贴合完后,通过耐磨丙烯酸类表面处理剂进行前处理;
(E)发泡压花:处理完后以发泡机进行发泡,发泡通过Heater加热器的不同压花轮压出所需纹路,发泡温度240℃;
(F)表面后处理:PVC发泡压花完后,再通过聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯处理剂完成最终成品,处理剂处理料温140℃。
实施例3
一种低气味PVC人造革,包括PVC底料和PVC面料,所述PVC底料由以下质量份数的组分制成 :
聚氯乙烯树脂100份、碳酸钙20份、邻苯二甲酸酯类100份、改质剂5份、偶氮二甲酰胺6份、钡钙锌4份、I35去氨剂6份、色料10份;
所述PVC面料由以下质量份数的组分制成 :
聚氯乙烯树脂100份、碳酸钙20份、邻苯二甲酸酯类100份、改质剂5份、钡钙锌4份、色料10份。
上述一种低气味PVC人造革的制备方法,包括:
(A)PVC底料生产工序:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸酯、粉体稳定剂混合,得到主料;
(2)对主料先进行低速搅拌20s然后高速搅拌,当料温升高到120℃时,停止高速搅拌;
(3)此时的主料为粉状,与I35去氨剂、色料、改质剂、发泡剂再一起投入万马力榨料,待万马力电流达到175±3A排料到轧轮机;
(4)采用轧轮机将物料彻底充分塑化混合,轧轮机的工作温度为 180℃以上;
(5)采用四棍压延机对物料进行压延,压延温度为180℃,然后再经过压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得 PVC 底料;
(B)PVC 面料生产工序:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸酯、粉体稳定剂混合,得到主料;
(2)对主料先进行低速搅拌20s然后高速搅拌,当料温升高到 120℃时,停止高速搅拌;
(3)此时的主料为粉状,与改质剂、色料再一起投入万马力榨料,待万马力电流达到165±3A排料到轧轮机;

(D)表面前处理:PVC底料、面料贴合完后,通过耐磨丙烯酸类表面处理剂进行前处理;
(E)发泡压花:处理完后以发泡机进行发泡,发泡通过Heater加热器的不同压花轮压出所需纹路,发泡温度210℃;
(F)表面后处理:PVC发泡压花完后,再通过聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯处理剂完成最终成品,处理剂处理料温125℃。
上述三个实施例中制造 PVC 底料、面料的原料种类和用量科学,各成分为一个有机的整体,原料之间会产生协同效应,使得 PVC塑化非常良好,原材料气味降到最低,优化了 PVC产品的气味性能,从而进一步提高机动车内饰使用之舒适性。
本发明经原料优化、制程改善及添加I35去氨剂使PVC人造革不含刺激性气味,可符合车辆内饰产品要求之气味性能:A:(23±2)℃存放(24±1)小时,气味等级2.0;B:(40±2)℃存放(24±1)小时,气味等级2.5;C:(80±2)℃存放2hour±10min,气味等级3.0,有明显气味,但无干扰性气味要求,以满足客户使用需求。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种低气味PVC人造革,其特征在于:包括PVC底料和PVC面料,所述PVC底料由以下质量份数的组分制成 :
聚氯乙烯树脂100份、碳酸钙10~30份、邻苯二甲酸酯类80~120份、改质剂1~10份、发泡剂2~10份、粉体稳定剂2~6份、I35去氨剂2~10份、色料2~20份;
所述PVC面料由以下质量份数的组分制成 :
聚氯乙烯树脂100份、碳酸钙10~30份、邻苯二甲酸酯类80~120份、改质剂1~10份、粉体稳定剂2~6份、色料2~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味PVC人造革,其特征在于:所述的改质剂包括紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味PVC人造革,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂采用偶氮二甲酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低气味PVC人造革,其特征在于:所述的粉体稳定剂采用钡钙锌。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种低气味PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:包括:
(A)PVC底料生产工序:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸酯、粉体稳定剂混合,得到主料;
(2)对主料先进行低速搅拌20s然后高速搅拌,当料温升高到120℃时,停止高速搅拌;
(3)此时的主料为粉状,与I35去氨剂、色料、改质剂、发泡剂再一起投入万马力榨料,待万马力电流达到175±3A排料到轧轮机;
(4)采用轧轮机将物料彻底充分塑化混合,轧轮机的工作温度为 180℃以上;
(5)采用四棍压延机对物料进行压延,压延温度为 160-210℃,然后再经过压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得 PVC 底料;
(B)PVC 面料生产工序:
(1)将聚氯乙烯树脂、碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸酯、粉体稳定剂混合,得到主料;
(2)对主料先进行低速搅拌20s然后高速搅拌,当料温升高到 120℃时,停止高速搅拌;
(3)此时的主料为粉状,与改质剂、色料再一起投入万马力榨料,待万马力电流达到165±3A排料到轧轮机;
(4)采用轧轮机将物料彻底充分塑化混合,轧轮机的工作温度为 180℃以上;
(5)采用四棍压延机对物料进行压延,压延温度为 160-210℃,然后再经过压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得 PVC 面料;
(C)贴合:将 PVC 底料贴合到基布上,再将 PVC 面料贴在底料上;
(D)表面前处理:PVC底料、面料贴合完后,通过耐磨丙烯酸类表面处理剂进行前处理;
(E)发泡压花:处理完后以发泡机进行发泡;
(F)表面后处理:PVC发泡压花完后,再通过聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯处理剂完成最终成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种低气味PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(E)中发泡通过Heater加热器的不同压花轮压出所需纹路,发泡温度180~240℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种低气味PVC人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(F)中处理剂处理料温110~140℃。
