本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板的使用历史可以追溯到18世纪末。19世纪,人们发现瓦楞纸板不仅质轻性能坚牢,价格较一般材料更为低廉,而且制作工艺简单,用途更为广泛。不仅如此,瓦楞纸板不仅作为是由可经自然作用分解的木纤维构成的可回收环保型材料,同时还能被重复利用而不影响其性能的发挥。因此备受人们青睐。
瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成。它有很高的机械强度,能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌。瓦楞纸的大量应用也推动了瓦楞纸生产的发展,瓦楞纸的生产机械不断更新。
瓦楞纸的需要量的增加就对瓦楞纸生产效率提出了更高的要求,如今的瓦楞纸生产已经步入机械化或半机械化时代。
现有的瓦楞纸板几乎没有阻燃性,十分易燃,库房内容易发生较大的火灾事故。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,进一步提出一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,包括面纸、瓦楞纸、阻燃板和里纸,所述瓦楞纸共设置两层,分别位于阻燃板的两侧,上侧瓦楞纸的上方设有面纸,下侧瓦楞纸的下方设有里纸,所述面纸、瓦楞纸、阻燃板和里纸之间通过胶粘剂粘合;
所述阻燃板由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂90-120份,丁苯橡胶20-35份,丁腈橡胶60-80份,三元乙丙橡胶5-15份,炭黑25-50份,热塑性弹性体SBS 10-30份,三乙二醇二异辛酸酯5-20份,羧甲基壳聚糖12-15份,丝胶蛋白液5-10份,环氧大豆油2-5份,硬脂酸10-12份,复合阻燃剂12-18份,填充剂6-20份,硫化剂12-15份,增塑剂10-15份,促进剂5-8份,软化剂2-8份;
所述胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:淀粉120-150份,聚乳酸30-40份,烷基丙磺酸钠5-12份,碳酸氢钠15-22份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2-6份,甘露醇12-25份,硝酸钙2-5份,骨胶20-40份,水200-230份,异丙醇20-40份,纳米二氧化硅5-8份,木素纤维5-8份,消泡剂2-8份,改良剂15-25份。
进一步地,所述阻燃板的厚度为1-2mm。
进一步地,所述复合阻燃剂为重量份比为1:2:5的氮化硅、硅酸镁、改性碳酸钙混合而成。

进一步地,所述改良剂为糯米粉和硼砂按5:3的比例混合而成。
本发明还公开了阻燃板的制备方法,步骤如下:
Step1,将PVC树脂、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和增塑剂倒入加压式橡胶捏炼机,在120-130℃下加压捣胶10分钟后排出,得到混合物A;
Step2,将炭黑、热塑性弹性体SBS、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、羧甲基壳聚糖、丝胶蛋白液、环氧大豆油和硬脂酸加入超声波分散机中进行分散,超声波功率为180-200W,分散时间为15-20分钟,分散温度为120-140℃,得到混合物B;
Step3,将混合物A和混合物B充分搅拌均匀,然后倒入密炼机中,在140-150℃的条件下,以800-950转/分的速度密炼半小时,得到混合物C;
Step4,将混合物C加入超声波分散机中进行分散,超声波功率为200-220W,分散时间为30-50分钟,分散温度为150-160℃,随后再加入复合阻燃剂、填充剂、促进剂和软化剂,调整超声波功率为220-240W,分散时间为20-30分钟,分散温度为160-180℃,得到混合物D;
Step5,将混合物D加入密炼机中,以100℃,600-650转/分的搅拌速度密炼3分钟,随后按照5℃/min的升温速率将温度升温至150℃,在150℃下保温10分钟,再按照10℃/min的升温速率升至温度为220℃;
Step6,将步骤5中得到的胶料和硫化剂混合搅拌均匀,然后于170-185℃,25-30Mpa条件下,在平板硫化机中硫化100-150秒,出料后在开炼机上反胶混炼8-10分钟,然后在压片机上压成成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过增加阻燃板使得瓦楞纸板强度高,使用寿命长,阻燃性能好,可广泛应用于瓦楞纸包装箱生产领域。

所述阻燃板3由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂115份,丁苯橡胶28份,丁腈橡胶70份,三元乙丙橡胶12份,炭黑40份,热塑性弹性体SBS 25份,三乙二醇二异辛酸酯15份,羧甲基壳聚糖13份,丝胶蛋白液8份,环氧大豆油3份,硬脂酸11份,复合阻燃剂15份,填充剂12份,硫化剂13份,增塑剂10份,促进剂6份,软化剂5份;
所述胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:淀粉140份,聚乳酸32份,烷基丙磺酸钠6份,碳酸氢钠20份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵4份,甘露醇15份,硝酸钙3份,骨胶38份,水220份,异丙醇30份,纳米二氧化硅6份,木素纤维6份,消泡剂5份,改良剂18份。

一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,包括面纸1、瓦楞纸2、阻燃板3和里纸4,所述瓦楞纸2共设置两层,分别位于阻燃板3的两侧,上侧瓦楞纸2的上方设有面纸1,下侧瓦楞纸2的下方设有里纸4,所述面纸1、瓦楞纸2、阻燃板3和里纸4之间通过胶粘剂粘合;
所述阻燃板3由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂115份,丁苯橡胶25份,丁腈橡胶70份,三元乙丙橡胶7份,炭黑35份,热塑性弹性体SBS 12份,三乙二醇二异辛酸酯15份,羧甲基壳聚糖13份,丝胶蛋白液6份,环氧大豆油2份,硬脂酸11份,复合阻燃剂13份,填充剂8份,硫化剂13份,增塑剂11份,促进剂5份,软化剂7份;
所述胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:淀粉125份,聚乳酸32份,烷基丙磺酸钠6份,碳酸氢钠18份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵4份,甘露醇22份,硝酸钙4份,骨胶25份,水205份,异丙醇22份,纳米二氧化硅8份,木素纤维7份,消泡剂7份,改良剂23份。
进一步地,所述阻燃板3的厚度为1-2mm。
进一步地,所述复合阻燃剂为重量份比为1:2:5的氮化硅、硅酸镁、改性碳酸钙混合而成。
进一步地,所述填充剂为木质素和草木灰中的一种或两种的组合物。
进一步地,所述硫化剂为硫磺、有机硫化物、过氧化物、金属氧化物中的一种或者多种的组合物。

一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,包括面纸1、瓦楞纸2、阻燃板3和里纸4,所述瓦楞纸2共设置两层,分别位于阻燃板3的两侧,上侧瓦楞纸2的上方设有面纸1,下侧瓦楞纸2的下方设有里纸4,所述面纸1、瓦楞纸2、阻燃板3和里纸4之间通过胶粘剂粘合;
所述阻燃板3由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂95份,丁苯橡胶22份,丁腈橡胶75份,三元乙丙橡胶15份,炭黑48份,热塑性弹性体SBS 28份,三乙二醇二异辛酸酯15份,羧甲基壳聚糖15份,丝胶蛋白液9份,环氧大豆油5份,硬脂酸11份,复合阻燃剂15份,填充剂15份,硫化剂14份,增塑剂12份,促进剂6份,软化剂6份;
所述胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:淀粉138份,聚乳酸35份,烷基丙磺酸钠11份,碳酸氢钠18份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵5份,甘露醇20份,硝酸钙4份,骨胶28份,水209份,异丙醇23份,纳米二氧化硅6份,木素纤维6份,消泡剂6份,改良剂25份。
进一步地,所述阻燃板3的厚度为1-2mm。
进一步地,所述复合阻燃剂为重量份比为1:2:5的氮化硅、硅酸镁、改性碳酸钙混合而成。

实施例4
上述3个实施例中,所述阻燃板3的制备方法,步骤如下:
Step1,将PVC树脂、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和增塑剂倒入加压式橡胶捏炼机,在120-130℃下加压捣胶10分钟后排出,得到混合物A;
Step2,将炭黑、热塑性弹性体SBS、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、羧甲基壳聚糖、丝胶蛋白液、环氧大豆油和硬脂酸加入超声波分散机中进行分散,超声波功率为180-200W,分散时间为15-20分钟,分散温度为120-140℃,得到混合物B;
Step3,将混合物A和混合物B充分搅拌均匀,然后倒入密炼机中,在140-150℃的条件下,以800-950转/分的速度密炼半小时,得到混合物C;
Step4,将混合物C加入超声波分散机中进行分散,超声波功率为200-220W,分散时间为30-50分钟,分散温度为150-160℃,随后再加入复合阻燃剂、填充剂、促进剂和软化剂,调整超声波功率为220-240W,分散时间为20-30分钟,分散温度为160-180℃,得到混合物D;
Step5,将混合物D加入密炼机中,以100℃,600-650转/分的搅拌速度密炼3分钟,随后按照5℃/min的升温速率将温度升温至150℃,在150℃下保温10分钟,再按照10℃/min的升温速率升至温度为220℃;
Step6,将步骤5中得到的胶料和硫化剂混合搅拌均匀,然后于170-185℃,25-30Mpa条件下,在平板硫化机中硫化100-150秒,出料后在开炼机上反胶混炼8-10分钟,然后在压片机上压成成品。
本发明通过增加阻燃板使得瓦楞纸板强度高,使用寿命长,阻燃性能好,可广泛应用于瓦楞纸包装箱生产领域。
实验验证,按上述实施例1-3进行验证,并取市面普通瓦楞纸板作对照,得到相关数据如下:

1.一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,包括面纸(1)、瓦楞纸(2)、阻燃板(3)和里纸(4),所述瓦楞纸(2)共设置两层,分别位于阻燃板(3)的两侧,上侧瓦楞纸(2)的上方设有面纸(1),下侧瓦楞纸(2)的下方设有里纸(4),所述面纸(1)、瓦楞纸(2)、阻燃板(3)和里纸(4)之间通过胶粘剂粘合;
所述阻燃板(3)由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂90-120份,丁苯橡胶20-35份,丁腈橡胶60-80份,三元乙丙橡胶5-15份,炭黑25-50份,热塑性弹性体SBS 10-30份,三乙二醇二异辛酸酯5-20份,羧甲基壳聚糖12-15份,丝胶蛋白液5-10份,环氧大豆油2-5份,硬脂酸10-12份,复合阻燃剂12-18份,填充剂6-20份,硫化剂12-15份,增塑剂10-15份,促进剂5-8份,软化剂2-8份;
所述胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:淀粉120-150份,聚乳酸30-40份,烷基丙磺酸钠5-12份,碳酸氢钠15-22份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2-6份,甘露醇12-25份,硝酸钙2-5份,骨胶20-40份,水200-230份,异丙醇20-40份,纳米二氧化硅5-8份,木素纤维5-8份,消泡剂2-8份,改良剂15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述阻燃板(3)的厚度为1-2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述复合阻燃剂为重量份比为1:2:5的氮化硅、硅酸镁、改性碳酸钙混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述填充剂为木质素和草木灰中的一种或两种的组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述硫化剂为硫磺、有机硫化物、过氧化物、金属氧化物中的一种或者多种的组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为环氧脂肪酸甲酯和氯化石蜡中的一种或两种的组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述促进剂为二硫化二苯并噻唑,2-巯基苯并噻唑,二硫化四丁基秋兰姆,二苯胍,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺按6:5:3:3:1的比例混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述软化剂为石蜡油和二辛酯按7:1的比例混合而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述改良剂为糯米粉和硼砂按5:3的比例混合而成。
