基于型腔取件的汽车前保险杠注塑模具,包括上、下模板,上模板下安装型腔,下模板上安装模脚,模脚上安装型芯,型芯与型腔配合构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的汽车前保险杠,模脚之间设置上、下顶板,上顶板上连接顶针和斜顶杆,型腔框与上、下顶板之间设置定距拉钩机构,开模时,由注塑机动力带动型芯向下运动与型腔框分离开模,上、下顶板在定距拉钩机构作用下不动,使顶针和斜顶杆将汽车前保险杠顶在型腔框中,待继续开模一定距离后,上、下顶板脱出定距拉钩机构,再继续开模,型芯带动上、下顶板,上、下顶板带动顶针和斜顶杆从汽车前保险杠背面脱出,汽车前保险杠留在型腔框由人工或机械手取走。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于型腔取件的汽车前保险杠注塑模具,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车的前保险杠,根据产品结构和特征分析,现有模具大多采用内分型脱模结构,脱模时,先由注塑机动力带动模具的型芯部分与型腔部分开模,产品留在型芯上随开模动作运动,然后再由注塑机的推杆推动模具的顶出结构,将产品从型芯上顶起,最后由人工或机械手取走。但是,在实际生产中,由于人工或机械手在产品的外表面取件,时不时会划伤产品外表面,导致产品瑕疵,甚至报废,增加成本。另外,型腔面反R角较多,不易设置在型芯侧,否则拉坏产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用顶块抵制,型芯脱模,型腔侧取件,使产品表面光滑无痕,质量好,档次高的基于型腔取件的汽车前保险杠注塑模具。
本发明基于型腔取件的汽车前保险杠注塑模具的技术方案是:包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板下安装流道架,流道架下安装型腔,下模板上安装模脚,模脚上安装型芯,型芯与型腔配合构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的汽车前保险杠,模脚之间设置上顶板和下顶板,上顶板上连接顶针和斜顶杆,顶针和斜顶杆穿过型芯与汽车前保险杠背面相接触,其特征在于所述的型芯包括型芯镶块,型芯镶块的两端各设置斜顶镶块,两斜顶镶块下各设置内分型镶块,内分型镶块设置在模脚上,所述的型腔框与上、下顶板之间设置定距拉钩机构,开模时,由注塑机动力带动型芯向下运动与型腔框分离开模,上、下顶板在定距拉钩机构作用下不动,使顶针和斜顶杆将汽车前保险杠顶在型腔框中,待继续开模一定距离后,上、下顶板脱出定距拉钩机构,再继续开模,型芯带动上、下顶板,上、下顶板带动顶针和斜顶杆从汽车前保险杠背面脱出,汽车前保险杠留在型腔框由人工或机械手取走。
本发明公开了一种基于型腔取件的汽车前保险杠注塑模具,开模时,由注塑机动力带动型芯向下运动与型腔框分离开模,上、下顶板在定距拉钩机构作用下不动,使顶针和斜顶杆将汽车前保险杠顶在型腔框中,待继续开模一定距离后,上、下顶板脱出定距拉钩机构,再继续开模,型芯带动上、下顶板,上、下顶板带动顶针和斜顶杆从汽车前保险杠背面脱出,汽车前保险杠留在型腔框由人工或机械手取走,实现型腔侧取件,取件时,人工或机械手不会碰到汽车前保险杆的外表面,保证产品表面光滑无痕,提高产品质量和档次。
本发明的基于型腔取件的汽车前保险杠注塑模具,所述的定距拉钩机构包括在上、下顶板之间设置弹簧和弹块,型腔框外壁设置拉杆,拉杆上制有拉钩,拉钩与弹块相配合,型芯镶块的外壁设置定距压杆,定距压杆与弹块相配合,拉钩钩住弹块的底部,定距压杆压在弹块的上侧部,将弹块压缩脱离拉钩,实现定距开模。

本发明涉及一种基于型腔取件的汽车前保险杠注塑模具,如图1—图4所示,包括模具上模板1和下模板2,上模板下安装流道架3,流道架下安装型腔4,下模板上安装模脚5,模脚上安装型芯,型芯与型腔4配合构成模腔,模腔中有注塑成型的汽车前保险杠6,模脚5之间设置上顶板7和下顶板8,上顶板7上连接顶针9和斜顶杆10,顶针9和斜顶杆10穿过型芯与汽车前保险杠6背面相接触,所述的型芯包括型芯镶块11,型芯镶块11的两端各设置斜顶镶块12,两斜顶镶块12下各设置内分型镶块13,内分型镶块13设置在模脚5上,所述的型腔框4与上、下顶板7、8之间设置定距拉钩机构,开模时,由注塑机动力带动型芯向下运动与型腔框4分离开模,上、下顶板7、8在定距拉钩机构作用下不动,使顶针9和斜顶杆10将汽车前保险杠6顶在型腔框4中,待继续开模一定距离后,上、下顶板7、8脱出定距拉钩机构,再继续开模,型芯带动上、下顶板7、8,上、下顶板带动顶针9和斜顶杆10从汽车前保险杠6背面脱出,汽车前保险杠6留在型腔框4由人工或机械手取走,取件时,人工或机械手不会碰到汽车前保险杆的外表面,保证产品表面光滑无痕,提高产品质量和档次。所述的定距拉钩机构包括在上、下顶板7、8之间设置弹簧20和弹块21,型腔框4外壁设置拉杆22,拉杆上制有拉钩23,拉钩23与弹块21相配合,型芯镶块11的外壁设置定距压杆24,定距压杆24与弹块21相配合,拉钩钩住弹块的底部,定距压杆压在弹块的上侧部,将弹块压缩脱离拉钩,实现定距开模。
