背景技术
涤棉混纺织物由两种不同性质的纤维组成,染整加工需要兼顾两种不同性质的纤维,传统的加工流程为先按棉前处理工艺前处理,再染涤还原洗,然后染棉皂洗,整个工艺过程需耗时12小时以上,能耗和水耗大,生产成本较高,同时排放出大量含有高污染物的废水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,采用前处理、涤锦粘一浴染色短流程工艺,缩短涤锦粘混纺面料的染整流程,达到节时、节能、减排的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,工艺流程为一浴法前处理→涤锦粘同浴染色→皂洗→功能后整理;
1)一浴法前处理:
按浴比1:10,将坯布、清水置于机缸中;加入精练剂2g/L、双氧水稳定剂2g/L、双氧水3g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L、氢氧化钠3g/L;以2℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温30min;降温至50℃,排废液、清水洗;
2)涤锦粘同浴染色:
按浴比1:10,将前处理后的涤棉布、清水置于机缸中;加入分散染料、中性固色活性染料、中性染料、氯化钠20-40g/L、匀染剂1-3g/L;以2℃/min的速度升温至120℃,保温40min;降温至60℃,排废液、清水洗;
3)皂洗:
皂洗剂2g/L、浴比1:10、温度90℃、时间10min;
4)功能后整理:
按质量比氨基硅油乳液:抗菌整理剂:水=30:24:500的比例配置整理液,充分搅拌溶解;将涤棉混纺织物完全浸渍于上述整理液中,浸渍5分钟,两浸两轧,轧液率85-100%,180℃烘干;
所述的抗菌整理剂,其制备方法为:
向反应釜中加入214份水、13份表面改性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌溶解、分散30min,升温至68℃,同时滴加12份3-丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基丙基三甲氧基硅烷氯化铵、8份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、4份3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷及0.5份过硫酸铵与15份水的引发剂水溶液,2h滴加完毕,再升温至75℃,继续保温反应2h,然后降温至50℃以下,即得所述抗菌整理剂。
所述表面改性纳米二氧化钛的制备方法为:纳米二氧化钛粉体在80℃的真空干燥箱中预干燥4h,称取20份到装有150mL无水乙醇和50mL水的广口瓶中,超声分散30min,然后将其转移到三口烧瓶中,放入恒温水浴中匀速搅拌,用HCl调节pH值至6.5,待搅拌稳定后通过滴管从瓶口加入5份偶联剂KH-570与12mL无水乙醇混合液,反应2h后取出过滤、洗涤,所得固体用无水乙醇索氏抽提24h,随后在80℃的真空干燥箱干燥12h,得表面改性纳米二氧化钛。

纺织品常用抗菌剂按其成分可大致分为天然抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂三大类。天然抗菌剂主要为天然动植物的提取物,受资源的限制,应用推广有一定困难。有机抗菌剂己有30多年的应用历史,但有机抗菌剂存在安全性差,会产生微生物耐药性,化学稳定性差,耐热性差等缺点,限制了其在生产制品中的应用。与有机抗菌剂相比,无机抗菌剂在安全性、持久性、耐热性等方面都存在明显优势,己成为新型抗菌剂研究的主流。

一浴法前处理所述精练剂、双氧水稳定剂、螯合分散剂均为本领域常规使用产品。
精练剂为多功能精练剂HA-SSA(广东中联邦精细化工有限公司)、耐碱高效精练剂XY-1(江苏省海安石油化工厂)中的一种。
双氧水稳定剂为高效双氧水稳定剂Hansi KEW-560(江苏汉诺斯化学品有限公司)、氧漂稳定剂CN-215(广州诚纳化工有限公司)中的一种。
螯合分散剂为螯合分散剂DR-520(广州德柔化工有限公司)、螯合分散剂JS-400(张家港市捷盛化工有限公司)中的一种。
涤棉一浴染色是采用了中性固色活性染料、中性染料及分散染料对涤棉织物一浴法染色。

中性固色活性染料通常为二氯均三嗪类结构的染料,与常规活性染料最大的不同就是在染色过程中不用加碱,在中性情况下,100~130℃,其活性基团能与棉纤维的羟基发生反应而固着。染料的亲和性较高,由于在染液中没有碱剂的存在,染色过程中染料的水解很少,故染料的上色率、固着率较高,一方面棉纤维在高温中充分溶胀便于染料分子的移动,另一方面高温时染料分子的运动也大大地加速,从而使得染色过程中染料分子的移染大大地提高。

纳米二氧化钛粉体在80℃的真空干燥箱中预干燥4h,称取20份到装有150mL无水乙醇和50mL水的广口瓶中,超声分散30min,然后将其转移到三口烧瓶中,放入恒温水浴中匀速搅拌,用HCl调节pH值至6.5,待搅拌稳定后通过滴管从瓶口加入5份偶联剂KH-570与12mL无水乙醇混合液,反应2h后取出过滤、洗涤,所得固体用无水乙醇索氏抽提24h,随后在80℃的真空干燥箱干燥12h,得表面改性纳米二氧化钛;
向反应釜中加入214份水、13份阳离子表面改性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌溶解、分散30min,升温至68℃,同时滴加12份3-丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基丙基三甲氧基硅烷氯化铵、8份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、4份3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷及0.5份过硫酸铵与15份水的引发剂水溶液,2h滴加完毕,再升温至75℃,继续保温反应2h,然后降温至50℃以下,即得所述抗菌整理剂。
所述3-丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基丙基三甲氧基硅烷氯化铵由N,N二甲基丙二胺、丙烯酰氯、γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷制成,具体制备方法为:
在250mL的三口瓶中加入82mL二氯甲烷,25mL6mol/L氢氧化钠,0.1molN,N二甲基丙二胺,N2保护、冰水浴,在N2保护下,磁力均匀搅拌。将25mL溶有0.104mol丙烯酰氯的二氯甲烷溶液用恒压漏斗缓慢加入,保持反应温度不超过5℃。滴加完毕后,继续搅拌30min。取出有几层用水洗两次,饱和氯化钠溶液洗两次,再用无水硫酸钠干燥,然后用旋转蒸发仪蒸去溶剂,得到浅黄色油状物,再减压蒸馏,得到N.N-二甲基丙基丙烯酰胺;
取5gN.N-二甲基丙基丙烯酰胺于烧瓶中,加入10gγ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,在N2保护下,磁力搅拌均匀,室温反应48h后,将未反应的γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,经液氮冷却,得白色固体,用2倍质量的***洗涤两次,真空干燥,再以1:1丙酮及***的混合溶剂洗涤,5℃以下重结晶,真空干燥,得白色固体,即为3-丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基丙基三甲氧基硅烷氯化铵。具体反应式如下:
实施例2:
涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,工艺流程为一浴法前处理→涤锦粘同浴染色→皂洗→功能后整理;
1)一浴法前处理:
按浴比1:10,将坯布、清水置于机缸中;加入耐碱高效精练剂XY-1 2g/L、氧漂稳定剂CN-215 2g/L、双氧水3g/L、螯合分散剂DR-520 2g/L、氢氧化钠3g/L;以2℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温30min;降温至50℃,排废液、清水洗;
2)涤锦粘同浴染色:
按浴比1:10,将前处理后的涤棉布、清水置于机缸中;加入分散染料、中性固色活性染料、中性染料、氯化钠20-40g/L、匀染剂1-3g/L;以2℃/min的速度升温至120℃,保温40min;降温至60℃,排废液、清水洗;
3)皂洗:
净洗剂209 2g/L、浴比1:10、温度90℃、时间10min;
4)功能后整理:
按质量比氨基硅油乳液:抗菌整理剂:水=30:24:500的比例配置整理液,充分搅拌溶解;将涤锦粘混纺面料完全浸渍于上述整理液中,浸渍5分钟,两浸两轧,轧液率85-100%,180℃烘干。
涤棉一浴染色时,分别以红、黄、蓝三色配制染液,染制三色样,并分别对其进行相关性能测试,结果如下:

由表1、2可知,涤锦粘混纺面料短流程工艺加工,染色品的耐洗色牢度及摩擦牢度较好,还具有良好的抗菌性能。
耐洗色牢度按GB/T3921.1-2008《纺织品耐洗色牢度试验方法》测试。
耐摩擦色牢度按GB/T3920-2008《纺织品耐摩擦色牢度试验方法》测试。
抗菌性能按GB/T 20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》测试。

Claims (8)

1.涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,工艺流程为一浴法前处理→涤锦粘同浴染色→皂洗→功能后整理;
1)一浴法前处理:
按浴比1:10,将坯布、清水置于机缸中;加入精练剂2g/L、双氧水稳定剂2g/L、双氧水3g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L、氢氧化钠3g/L;以2℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温30min;降温至50℃,排废液、清水洗;
2)涤锦粘同浴染色:
按浴比1:10,将前处理后的涤棉布、清水置于机缸中;加入分散染料、中性固色活性染料、中性染料、氯化钠20-40g/L、匀染剂1-3g/L;以2℃/min的速度升温至120℃,保温40min;降温至60℃,排废液、清水洗;
3)皂洗:
皂洗剂2g/L、浴比1:10、温度90℃、时间10min;
4)功能后整理:
按质量比氨基硅油乳液:抗菌整理剂:水=30:24:500的比例配置整理液,充分搅拌溶解;将涤棉混纺织物完全浸渍于上述整理液中,浸渍5分钟,两浸两轧,轧液率85-100%,180℃烘干;
所述的抗菌整理剂,其制备方法为:
向反应釜中加入214份水、13份表面改性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌溶解、分散30min,升温至68℃,同时滴加12份3-丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基丙基三甲氧基硅烷氯化铵、8份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、4份3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷及0.5份过硫酸铵与15份水的引发剂水溶液,2h滴加完毕,再升温至75℃,继续保温反应2h,然后降温至50℃以下,即得所述抗菌整理剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:所述表面改性纳米二氧化钛的制备方法为:纳米二氧化钛粉体在80℃的真空干燥箱中预干燥4h,称取20份到装有150mL无水乙醇和50mL水的广口瓶中,超声分散30min,然后将其转移到三口烧瓶中,放入恒温水浴中匀速搅拌,用HCl调节pH值至6.5,待搅拌稳定后通过滴管从瓶口加入5份偶联剂KH-570与12mL无水乙醇混合液,反应2h后取出过滤、洗涤,所得固体用无水乙醇索氏抽提24h,随后在80℃的真空干燥箱干燥12h,得表面改性纳米二氧化钛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:所述的精练剂为多功能精练剂HA-SSA、耐碱高效精练剂XY-1中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:所述的双氧水稳定剂为高效双氧水稳定剂Hansi KEW-560、氧漂稳定剂CN-215中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:所述的螯合分散剂为螯合分散剂DR-520、螯合分散剂JS-400中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:所述的分散染料为分散艳黄,分散金黄,分散黄棕,分散橙,分散红玉,分散兰,分散深兰,分散藏青,分散黑,分散黄,分散红,分散玉红,分散紫,分散翠兰中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:所述的中性固色活性染料为活性红CN-3B、活性黄CN-EX、活性蓝CN-MG、活性棕CN-AL中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的涤锦粘混纺面料短流程染整工艺,其特征在于:所述中性染料为中性灰2BL、中性蓝3G、中性黑Brl、中性蓝GW、中性深黄GL、中性黄LNW、中性蓝2BL、中性黑RB、中性灰S-B、中性黄RG、中性黑LD、中性黑MB中的一种或多种。
