Abstract

本发明涉及一种制砖方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。该制砖方法,采用生活垃圾、建筑废料、粘土,包括以下步骤:一、将生活垃圾初步粉碎并筛选;二、将颗粒直径为1cm以下的小颗粒垃圾粉碎并筛选;三、消毒处理;四、将建筑废料除杂、粉碎;五、混合加水搅拌;六、将混合料堆放陈化72小时以上,使其含水率在18%以下;将混合料堆放高温加热,使其含水率在18%以下,向混合料中混入石墨混合砂;七、再搅拌0.5—1小时;八、制成砖坯;九、干燥;步骤十、烧制成成品。本发明借助在冷却时鼓入石墨混合砂,一则是加速砖块冷却,提高效率,二则是鼓入石墨混合砂同时会带入空气,石墨混合砂可以有效防止空气对砖块的影响,并填补上部分气孔。

本发明涉及一种制砖方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
我国传统的制砖技术是利用粘土烧结制砖,其需大量开采耕地,造成农田 破坏,因此很多企业开始利用其他材料等来代替或部分代替粘土,但是由于现 在建筑废渣多含水泥成分,易导致砖块脱皮,而且建筑废渣的塑性较差;而采用生活污泥制成的砖强度较差,而且烧结砖在烧结过程中需要消耗大量热量,会造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种制砖方法。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种制砖方法,采用生活垃圾、建筑废料、粘土,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将生活垃圾初步粉碎并筛选分出颗粒直径为1cm以下的小颗粒垃圾和颗粒直径为1cm以上的大颗粒垃圾;
步骤二、将颗粒直径为1cm以下的小颗粒垃圾粉碎并筛选分出颗粒直径为5mm以下的细颗粒垃圾和颗粒直径为5mm以上的粗颗粒垃圾;
步骤三、将细颗粒垃圾进行除臭消毒处理;
步骤四、将建筑废料除杂、粉碎成颗粒直径为1mm以下的建筑废料粉,将 粘土粉碎成颗粒直径为0.5mm以下的粘土粉;
步骤五、将细颗粒垃圾、建筑废料粉、粘土粉按重量比3—4: 3—4:2—3混合加水搅拌制成均匀的混合料;
步骤六、将混合料堆放陈化72小时以上,使其含水率在18%以下;
步骤七、再将混合后的混合料再次搅拌0.5—1小时;
步骤八、采用真空挤砖机将再次搅拌后的混合料挤出制成砖坯;
步骤九、将砖坯入隧道窑,利用隧道窑余热干燥;
步骤十、将砖坯在隧道窑内烧制成成品,并在冷却时向隧道窑鼓入石墨混合砂;
所述石墨混合砂包括无定形石墨矿石,所说的石墨混合砂的各组分重量配比为40%的无定形石墨砂;45%的氧化镁砂;15%的莫来砂;无定形石墨砂、氧化镁砂以及莫来砂的粒度,选择80目为宜。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述步骤一中将生活垃圾初 步粉碎时采用对辊粉碎机粉碎。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述步骤三中将细颗粒垃圾进行除臭消毒处理时加入相当于细颗粒垃圾重量的1%—3%的生石灰。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述混合料制备时加入0.05 —0.1重量比份的铁粉或氧化铁粉。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述真空挤砖机的真空度为 0.7—0.85Mpa,挤出压力为3—5Mpa。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述砖坯的干燥时间为3—5 小时。
上述技术方案的改进是::所述砖坯的烧结温度为1000 —1100℃。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述砖坯的烧结时间为8— 14小时。

实施例一:
制砖方法,采用生活垃圾、建筑废料、粘土、煤矸石,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将生活垃圾初步粉碎并筛选分出颗粒直径为1cm以下的小颗粒垃 圾和颗粒直径为1cm以上的大颗粒垃圾;
步骤二、将颗粒直径为1cm以下的小颗粒垃圾粉碎并筛选分出颗粒直径为 5mm以下的细颗粒垃圾和颗粒直径为5mm以上的粗颗粒垃圾;
步骤三、将细颗粒垃圾进行除臭消毒处理;
步骤四、将建筑废料除杂、粉碎成颗粒直径为1mm以下的建筑废料粉,将 粘土粉碎成颗粒直径为0.5mm以下的粘土粉,将煤矸石粉碎成颗粒直径为0.8mm 以下的煤矸石粉;
步骤五、将细颗粒垃圾、建筑废料粉、粘土粉、煤矸石粉按重量比3.5:4: 1.5:2混合加水搅拌成均匀的混合料;
步骤六、将混合料堆放陈化72小时以上,使其含水率在18%以下;
步骤七、将陈化后的混合料再次搅拌0.5小时。
步骤八、采用真空挤砖机将再次搅拌后的混合料挤出制成砖坯;
步骤九、将砖坯入隧道窑,利用隧道窑余热干燥;
步骤十、将砖坯在隧道窑内烧制成成品,并在冷却时向隧道窑鼓入石墨混合砂;。

实施例三:
与实施例一和实施例二的不同之处在于:所述步骤五中将细颗粒垃圾、建 筑废料粉、粘土粉、煤矸石粉按重量比份3.3:3.5:1.3:1.8混合加水搅拌成 均匀的混合料。所述步骤七中将陈化后的混合料再次搅拌0.75小时。所述步骤 三中将细颗粒垃圾进行除臭消毒处理时加入相当于细颗粒垃圾重量的2%的生石 灰。所述混合料制备时按重量比份加入0.08份的铁粉或氧化铁粉。所述真空挤 砖机的真空度为0.8Mpa,挤出压力为4Mpa。所述砖坯的干燥时间为4小时。所 述砖坯的烧结温度为1050℃。所述砖坯的烧结时间为11小时。
本发明中所述生活垃圾为日常生活垃圾如煤灰、尘土、废陶瓷玻璃制品、以及各种塑料废纸等废弃物,制备的砖可用于工业以及民用非承重墙基础。本发明中所述建筑废料为建筑混凝土、建筑废砖、建筑废水泥等。由于生活垃圾、建筑废料成分相对杂糅,混合时塑性较差,因此加入粘土改善其塑性。煤矸石提供能量,减少砖体烧结时间。通过二次搅拌,使制备的砖体塑性大为提高,强度大为增强。本发明充分利用生活垃圾、建筑废料和煤矸石,生产出的砖塑 性好、承压较好,节能环保。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种制砖方法,其特征在于:采用生活垃圾、建筑废料、粘土,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将生活垃圾初步粉碎并筛选分出颗粒直径为1cm以下的小颗粒垃圾和颗粒直径为1cm以上的大颗粒垃圾;
步骤二、将颗粒直径为1cm以下的小颗粒垃圾粉碎并筛选分出颗粒直径为 5mm以下的细颗粒垃圾和颗粒直径为5mm以上的粗颗粒垃圾;
步骤三、将细颗粒垃圾进行除臭消毒处理;
步骤四、将建筑废料除杂、粉碎成颗粒直径为1mm以下的建筑废料粉,将 粘土粉碎成颗粒直径为0.5mm以下的粘土粉;
步骤五、将细颗粒垃圾、建筑废料粉、粘土粉按重量比3—4: 3—4:2—3混合加水搅拌制成均匀的混合料;
步骤六、将混合料堆放陈化72小时以上,使其含水率在18%以下;
步骤七、再将混合后的混合料再次搅拌0.5—1小时;
步骤八、采用真空挤砖机将再次搅拌后的混合料挤出制成砖坯;
步骤九、将砖坯入隧道窑,利用隧道窑余热干燥;
步骤十、将砖坯在隧道窑内烧制成成品,并在冷却时向隧道窑鼓入石墨混合砂;
