Abstract
本发明属于面料生产技术领域,具体为一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料及其制造方法。该低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,选用复合长丝编织而成,所述复合长丝由弹力复合丝与低温染色涤纶丝并捻而成,该弹力复合丝由于PET和PPT组成,该由PET与PTT分别由挤压机挤出后经冷风吹合而成具有圆形截面的弹力复合丝。上述低温染色全涤针织面料,具有优异的柔韧性、可塑性、抗皱性、耐化学性、易染色性等优点,深得消费者的喜爱,同时具有优良的理化性能和加工性能,而且成本低,坯布由原来的分散染料改为阳离子染料,实现了低温条件下染色工艺,节省大量蒸汽等生产成本,提高工厂效益,并且所得面料具有手感柔软,弹力永久的显著特征。

技术领域
本发明属于面料生产技术领域,具体为一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着时代的进步及人们生活品质的进一步提升,人们对于衣物的舒适、便捷等功能要求越来越高,传统针织面料已经不能满足人们对面料功能性的需求。聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)属于一种新型的高分子合成材料,它具有优良的理化性能和加工性能,而且成本低,因而在汽车、电子电气、家电、纤维等领域将具有广阔的应用前景。尤其在纤维领域,PET/PTT复合纤维在性能上综合了PET和PTT各自的优点,具有特别优异的柔韧性、可塑性、透气性、抗皱性、耐化学性、污性、低静电性、易染色性、低吸水率等优点,深得消费者的喜爱。我们知道衣服失去了弹性,就容易变形和松垮,失去其本来样版。针织面料的传统染色工艺是在定型的条件下,加入分散染料经过高温(135℃)高压进行染色,所得面料手感硬质,生产成本高,不能满足人们舒适随意,方便快捷、休闲运动的现代生活方式。
发明内容
为了解决上述面料功能和染色工艺技术问题,本发明提供一种低温染色全涤针织面料及其制备方法。
一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,选用复合长丝编织而成,所述复合长丝由弹力复合丝与低温染色涤纶丝并捻而成,该弹力复合丝由于PET和PPT组成,该由PET与PTT分别由挤压机挤出后经冷风吹合而成具有圆形截面的弹力复合丝。
进一步的,弹力复合丝为20-100D/15-100F。
进一步的,弹力复合丝中PET和PTT所占质量百分数分别为10%-90%和90%-10%。
进一步的,低温染色涤纶丝为20-100D/15-100F,且含有聚乙醇。
进一步的,复合长丝为40-200D/30-200F。
一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料制造方法,制造上述低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,具体如下的工艺流程:
1)弹力复合丝制造:将PET与PTT分别由挤压机挤出后经冷风吹合而成具有圆形截面的弹力复合丝;
2)坯布制造:按编织工艺设定设备参数;
3)染色工艺依次包括:前处理、低温染色、水洗、低温定型,将上述制得坯布加入到35-40℃的助剂缸中进行前处理,接着加入阳离子染料,将温度升至80-100℃,进行低温染色,染色时间为30-50min,接着经过水洗和脱水,将温度控制在0-45℃下,进行低温定型。
进一步的,设备参数进纱张力控制在2-5g,坯布线长控制在30-35cm/100针,坯布克重控制在180±5g/m2。
进一步的,助剂配方:纯冰醋酸HAc 0.5g/L,醋酸钠0.5g/L,分散匀染剂HTN 0.5g/L,浴中宝HB226 1.0g/L,鳌合扩散剂DM1016 0.5g/L。
进一步的,阳离子染料配方:分散黄棕SW-W 0.43%o.w.f,分散黑WF-HB4.3%o.w.f,分散红玉HW-4BS 0.2%o.w.f。
进一步的,低温染色的升温速率0.6-1.0℃/min。
本发明所制备的低温染色全涤针织面料,采用弹力复合丝和低温染色涤纶丝并捻成的长丝编织而成,其中弹力复合丝是用PET与PTT在长丝生产过程中,通过两个不同挤压机挤出来在通过冷却风并合起来组成的复合长丝。该复合长丝具有优异的柔韧性、可塑性、抗皱性、耐化学性、易染色性等优点,深得消费者的喜爱,同时具有优良的理化性能和加工性能,而且成本低。所得坯布通过改变涤纶的染色方法,由原来的分散染料改为阳离子染料,实现了低温条件下染色工艺,节省大量蒸汽等生产成本,提高工厂效益,并且所得面料具有手感柔软,弹力永久的显著特征。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,选用28D/18F弹力复合丝与72D/86F低温染色涤纶丝并捻成的100D/104F长丝,编织而成;其中,所述弹力复合丝是用PET与PTT在长丝生产过程中,通过两个不同挤压机挤出来,通过冷却风并合起来组成的复合长丝,该复合长丝具有优异的柔韧性、可塑性、抗皱性、耐化学性、易染色性等优点。弹力复合丝中PET为28%,PTT为72%。
参照图2所示,本发明低温染色全涤针织面料使用普通单面纬编大圆机,上机三角排列如图2所示,图2中,∧代表成圈。编织工艺参数设定为进纱张力为5g,避免张力不匀产生毛针和横条,坯布线长为30cm/100针,坯布克重为175g/m2。
将上述制得坯布加入到40℃的助剂缸中进行前处理,接着加入阳离子染料,将温度按0.6℃/min升至80℃,进行低温染色,染色时间为35min,通过水洗和脱水,将温度降至45℃,进行低温定型。
上述助剂配方:纯冰醋酸HAc 0.5g/L,醋酸钠0.5g/L,分散匀染剂HTN0.5g/L,浴中宝HB226 1.0g/L,鳌合扩散剂DM1016 0.5g/L。
上述阳离子染料配方:分散黄棕SW-W 0.43%o.w.f,分散黑WF-HB4.3%o.w.f,分散红玉HW-4BS 0.2%o.w.f。
实施例二:
一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,选用50D/36F弹力复合丝与50D/72F低温染色涤纶丝并捻成的105D/108F长丝,编织而成;其中,所述弹力复合丝是用PET与PTT在长丝生产过程中,通过两个不同挤压机挤出来,通过冷却风并合起来组成的复合长丝,该复合长丝具有优异的柔韧性、可塑性、抗皱性、耐化学性、易染色性等优点。弹力复合丝中PET为50%,PTT为50%。
参照图2所示,本发明低温染色全涤针织面料使用普通单面纬编大圆机,上机三角排列如图2所示,图2中,∧代表成圈。编织工艺参数设定为进纱张力为5g,避免张力不匀产生毛针和横条,坯布线长为32cm/100针,坯布克重为180g/m2。
将上述制得坯布加入到40℃的助剂缸中进行前处理,接着加入阳离子染料,将温度按0.7℃/min升至85℃,进行低温染色,染色时间为40min,通过水洗和脱水,将温度降至45℃,进行低温定型。
上述助剂配方:纯冰醋酸HAc 0.5g/L,醋酸钠0.5g/L,分散匀染剂HTN0.5g/L,浴中宝HB226 1.0g/L,鳌合扩散剂DM1016 0.5g/L。
上述阳离子染料配方:分散黄棕SW-W 0.43%o.w.f,分散黑WF-HB4.3%o.w.f,分散红玉HW-4BS 0.2%o.w.f。
上述仅为本发明的优选具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (10)
1.一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,其特征在于:选用复合长丝编织而成,所述复合长丝由弹力复合丝与低温染色涤纶丝并捻而成,该弹力复合丝由于PET和PPT组成,该由PET与PTT分别由挤压机挤出后经冷风吹合而成具有圆形截面的弹力复合丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,其特征在于:所述弹力复合丝为20-100D/15-100F。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,其特征在于:所述弹力复合丝中PET和PTT所占质量百分数分别为10%-90%和90%-10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,其特征在于:所述低温染色涤纶丝为20-100D/15-100F,且含有聚乙醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,其特征在于:所述的复合长丝为40-200D/30-200F。
6.一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造权利要求1所述的一种低温染色全涤弹性针织面料,具体如下的工艺流程:
1)弹力复合丝制造:将PET与PTT分别由挤压机挤出后经冷风吹合而成具有圆形截面的弹力复合丝;
2)坯布制造:按编织工艺设定设备参数;
3)染色工艺依次包括:前处理、低温染色、水洗、低温定型,将上述制得坯布加入到35-40℃的助剂缸中进行前处理,接着加入阳离子染料,将温度升至80-100℃,进行低温染色,染色时间为30-50min,接着经过水洗和脱水,将温度控制在0-45℃下,进行低温定型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的低温染色全涤弹性针织面料制造方法,其特征在于:所述设备参数进纱张力控制在2-5g,坯布线长控制在30-35cm/100针,坯布克重控制在180±5g/m2。
8.根据权利要求6所述的低温染色全涤弹性针织面料制造方法,其特征在于,所述助剂配方:纯冰醋酸HAc 0.5g/L,醋酸钠0.5g/L,分散匀染剂HTN 0.5g/L,浴中宝HB226 1.0g/L,鳌合扩散剂DM1016 0.5g/L。
9.根据权利要求6所述的低温染色全涤弹性针织面料制造方法,其特征在于,所述阳离子染料配方:分散黄棕SW-W 0.43%o.w.f,分散黑WF-HB 4.3%o.w.f,分散红玉HW-4BS0.2%o.w.f。
10.根据权利要求6所述的低温染色全涤弹性针织面料制造方法,其特征在于:所述低温染色的升温速率0.6-1.0℃/min。
