Abstract
一种转钩组件,包括:一用来接合一织物带的穿

Description
本发明涉及一种用于将织物带之类连接于钥匙圈、绳子或其它多种物品的转钩组件。
在日本专利公开号63-29124和日本实用新型公开号62-27701中揭示了所述形式的典型转钩组件。日本专利公开号63-29124所述的传统转钩组件包括一具有一接合孔的矩形的穿带框架以及一钩子部件,钩子部件包括一用来钩牢一个环圈或类似物件的钩体以及一安装在钩件一端用来将钩体连接到矩形穿带框架上的接合孔中的连接件。连接件包括一对大体上安装在钩体一端的一个环状部分中的相对的弹性接合销。接合销的上端部有外突的叉脚,其直径略大于穿带框架的接合孔的直径,在将相对的两接合销的外突叉脚克服其自身的弹力向一起压时就可将其穿过接合孔并构成与接合孔的紧配接合,这样钩子部件就可被转动地安装在框架上。
日本实用新型公开号62-27701所述的传统的转钩组件与上述转钩组件基本上相同,只是其连接件有四个(而不是二个)安装在钩子部件之一端的环状部分内的相对的弹性接合销。当各相对的接合销的外突叉脚被压过接合孔并卡合在接合孔中以后,用一楔形件楔入各相对的弹性接合销之间的空隙内,从而阻止它们被向一起压而脱离接合孔,这样就加强了接合销和接合孔的接合。
但是,这些传统的转钩组件存在着一些缺陷。
在第一种形式的传统转钩组件中,两个接合销很粗且弹性很强,这样,一旦卡接于接合孔,就可以很牢靠地保持在接合孔内,但是需要用很大的力才能将两个接合销压进接合孔;另一方面,在第二种形式的转钩中,四个接合销很细且弹性较弱,这样只需很小的力就能将四个接合销压进接合孔,但是当转钩组件的使用条件较为恶劣时,接合销很可能会从孔中脱离出来。为了确保接合销和孔的接合,就需要用一个附加的楔形件,而这就使制造成本提高了。
另外,这两种形式的转钩组件还有一个共同的缺点。无论是两个还是四个接合销都是集拢成一个蘑菇状的整体,并且每一个的上端都有一外突叉脚。如果接合销做得较粗,相应地就需要较大的外突叉脚,但是必须避免这种情况,因为要将较粗的外突叉脚压进接合孔是非常困难的。这就迫使必须把接合销的直径制得比接合孔直径小得多,这样,钩子部件的接合销与接合孔的配合就会很松,因此,在使用过程中,它们很可能受到扭曲变形,而导致最终的报废。
鉴于前述的困难,本发明的一个目的是提供一种转钩组件,其中,一钩子部件能很容易地和一穿带部件接合,而且一旦接合,两者就能牢靠地接合在一起,即使在恶劣的使用条件下,也不会产生扭曲变形,这样,这种转钩组件能使用得很好而且使用寿命很长。
本发明的上述目的是由以下的转钩组件来实现的。它包括:
一用来接合一织物带的穿带部件,其上制有一枢轴孔,
一钩子部件,它包括一钩体,以及一用来将钩体可转动地连接于穿带部件的连接件,连接件包括多个导柱、多个安装在钩体之一端的一个环状部分内的弹性接合销、以及一个也是安装在钩体的所述那一端的并位于接合销之间且与之保持间隔而且是与各导柱连接成一体的桥块(起过桥作用的一块),每个接合销在其上端有一外突的叉脚,各导柱的外圆周表面都是圆形的并且所述各圆形外圆周表面都是通过一直径略小于枢轴孔之直径的假想圆,接合销的各外突叉脚被克服各接合销的弹性而压拢塞进枢轴孔,并且靠弹性与枢轴孔相接合,这样,钩子部件就被可转动地安装到穿带部件上了。
通过参阅详细的描述和表明采用本发明的构思的较佳结构实施的附图,熟练于本技术领域的那些人员将可看到本发明的许多别的优点和特点。

参见图1和2,广义地说,本发明的一个转钩组件包括一用来挂接于皮带、兜盖或其它织物带的穿带部件1和一用来钩住房间钥匙或其它小物件的钩子部件2,钩子部件2可转动地安装在穿带部件1上,部件1和2皆由适当的合成树脂制成。
穿带部件1大致成矩形,并包括一冂字形框架1′和一可转动地安装在冂形框架1′上的转动横杆5。冂形框架1′包括一对隔开的平行边框3,3,以及一两端和边框3,3的上端连接在一起的固定横框4。每一边框3的下端部都有一通孔3′,3′。可转动的横杆5的两端都有一与之同轴的小的端销6,6。横杆5通过端销6,6可转动地配合在通孔3′,3′内而可转动地安装在边框3,3上。可转动横杆5的中部制有一鼓突的中央部分5′,其上有一通孔7,通孔7有一对互相同轴的大直径上孔7a和小直径下孔7b,从而在通孔内形成一环形台阶8
从图1还可看出,钩子部件2大体上包括一钩体2′和一安装在钩体2′端部的连接件10,其用来将钩体2′可转动地连接于穿带部件1上。钩体2′包括一基盘9、一安装在基盘9的一侧钩身11、以及一也是安装在基盘9的上述一侧并伸向钩身11的钩头的闭锁臂12。如图2较清晰地所示,闭锁臂12一般由其自身的弹性而向外跷,而使其末端压靠在钩身11的钩头的内表面上,从而保持钩子内的钥匙圈、绳子或其它物件不会脱出。
如图1和3较清晰地所示,连接件10包括一对相对的导柱13,13,以及一对安装在基盘9的另一侧的一个圆环内的相对的弹性接合销14,14。两相对的导柱13,13的横截面为两个半圆,它们的底部互相平行地隔开设置。横截面基本上为矩形的两个相对的接合销14,14设置在两相对导柱13、13之间。如图3所示,导柱13,13各自的外圆周表面都是圆的并都通过一假想圆,假想圆的直径略小于穿带部件1的枢轴孔7的小直径下孔7b的直径。如图2所示,每个接合销14在其上端都有一外突叉脚16,叉脚16基本上呈直角三角形的形状。两相对的接合销14,14的外突叉脚16、16的外端所通过的另一个假想圆的直径略小于穿带部件1的枢轴孔7的大直径上孔7a的直径。
如图1至图3所示,连接件10还包括一安装在基盘9的上述的另一侧面上的桥块15。桥块15位于两相对的接合销14、14之间并与之保持间隙,且其两端分别与导柱13、13的中部连成一体,这从图3可看得很清楚。如图2中清晰地所示,留在桥块15和两接合销14、14之间的空隙S,S的尺寸是这样的,即当接合销14、14的外突叉脚16、16被压进并穿过小直径的下孔7b时,桥块15决不会妨碍两相对的接合销14、14克服其自身的弹性而互相靠拢。
为了将钩子部件2接合于穿带部件1,应将钩子部件2的连接件10压进并穿过穿带部件1的枢轴孔7的小直径下孔7b。具体地说,要将两相对的接合销14的外突叉脚16压进小直径的下孔7b中,并由小直径孔7b的内圆周表面压缩着以抵抗接合销14的弹性,直至两相对的接合销14的外突叉脚16穿过小直径一下孔7b,接着在接合销14的弹性的作用下,外突叉脚16一下子回复到其原始位置,从而卡在环状台阶8上,这样,钩子部件2就被可转动地安装在穿带部件1上了。在接合销14被推过小直径下孔7b的过程中,导柱13和小直径下孔7b的内圆周表面相配合而起导向作用,从而有助于将连接件10象一个整体一样非常滑顺地推过小直径的下孔7b。
图4、5和6分别表示了本发明的第二、第三和第四个实施例。除了构成连接件10的导柱13和接合销14的形状、个数和位置不同之外,这些实施例基本上和前述实施例相同。
如图4所示的本发明的第二个实施例,它有两对相对的接合销14安装在基盘9上而代替了前述实施例中的一对相对的接合销14。
如图5所示的本发明的第三个实施例,两相对的导柱13的对立面在其中部基本上是偏置的,因此,两相对的接合销14也是互相偏置的。
如图6所示的本发明的第四个实施例,连接件10包括交替地设置在基盘9的一个圆环上的三个导柱13和三个接合销14。在这一实施例中,各导柱13的横截面是扇形的。
采有上述的结构,由于接合销制得较细,连接件的接合销可以很容易地或用很小的力卡合到穿带部件的孔中。然而,一旦和穿带部件接合在一起,由于桥块可防止接合销被压拢,所以即使在有一很大的力将钩子部件从穿带部件向外拉的恶劣条件下,钩子部件也能可靠地保持在穿带部件上而不会脱离。这有利于省却一个用来确保将钩子部件接合于穿带部件的单独的楔形件。
在接合销推过小直径下孔的过程中,由桥块相互连接的各相对的导柱与小直径下孔的内圆周表面配合而起导向作用,从而有利于将连接件作为一个整体很滑顺地推过小直径的下孔。
一旦钩子部件接合于穿带部件,导柱就很好地配合在小直径的下孔中,这样连接件就能够完全避免如果配合太松就可能发生的扭曲变形。因此,钩子部件保持可转动地卡配在穿带部件中以延长使用寿命。
显然,根据以上说明本发明还可以有多种变型和变化。所以在所附的权利要求书的范围内本发明还可有另外的实施例而不是仅限于上述具体实施例,这是应该理解的。
Claims (2)
1、一种转钩组件,包括:
一用来穿过一织物带的穿带部件(1),其内制有一枢轴孔(7);
一钩子部件(2)包括一钩体(2’)和一用来将钩体(2’)可转动地连接于穿带部件(1)的连接件(10);连接件(10)包括多个导柱(13)、多个安装在钩体(2’)的一端的一圆环中的弹性接合销(14)、和一个也是安装在所述钩体(2’)的所述端并位于各个连接销(14)之间且与之保持间隔(S)又与导柱(13)互相连接成一体的桥块(15),各接合销(14)在其上端都有一外突叉脚(16),各导柱(13)的外圆周表面都是圆形的并且所述圆形外圆周表面都通过一直径略小于枢轴孔(7)之直径的假想圆,接合销(14)的外突叉脚(16)被克服接合销(14)的弹力而压进并穿过枢轴孔(7),并由于弹性而接合于枢轴孔(7),这样,钩子部件(2)就可转动地安装到穿带部件(1)上去了。
2、如权利要求1所述的转钩组件,其特征在于,枢轴孔(7)包括同轴设置的一直径较大的上孔(7a)和一直径较小的下孔(7b),因此在其间形成一环状的台阶(8),接合销(14)的外突叉脚(16)被压进并穿过小直径的下孔(7b),并卡在大直径的上孔内而与之连接在一起。
