技术领域
本发明涉及一种荧光纺织浆料,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
经纱上浆是织造的关键步骤之一,上浆效果的好坏直接决定了织造效率与织物质量,影响上浆效果的主要因素是浆料的上浆性能。随着人们对节能、环保意识的逐渐增强,对浆料的上浆性能提出了更高的要求。淀粉类纺织浆料是一种再生资源,具有来源广泛、价格低廉及环境友好等特点,是目前广泛使用的浆纱材料。但现有的淀粉类纺织浆料中往往会添加聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯醇纺织浆料具有优异的浆膜性能和良好的粘附性能,但聚乙烯醇属于高难度生物降解的有机物,存在退浆性能差和环境保护的问题。
另外,纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂,随着人们生活水平的日益提高,对不同纺织染料的需求也来越大,带有荧光的纺织染料日益受到人们的关注。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种易于退浆、生物降解速度快且在黑暗环境下能发出荧光的纺织浆料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种荧光纺织浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:5-8份甲苯二异氰酸酯、8-12份聚丙二元醇、30-40份淀粉、2-4份荧光剂。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明没有使用聚乙烯醇,而是采用甲苯二异氰酸酯是水溶性高分子化合物,它具有良好的水溶性,与亲水性纤维具有很好的粘着性能,而聚丙二元醇可以提高分子链的柔顺性,与淀粉混合后,具有很好的上浆性能,也易于退浆,生物降解速度快,没有环境污染。另外,本发明中纺织染料配方中含有荧光剂,使其在黑暗环境下能发出荧光,可根据不同需求应用于特种行业工作服印染中,例如环卫供人服装染制等。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:所述淀粉为醋酸酯淀粉,所述醋酸酯淀粉以天然淀粉为母体,与醋酸乙烯酯通过酯化反应而制得,其中醋酸乙烯酯的加入量为天然淀粉质量的3-15%。醋酸酯淀粉为变性淀粉,通过天然淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯的酯化反应,改变天然淀粉的糊化温度以及热粘度,提高纺织浆料的上浆性能。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:还包括0.8-1.2份丙酮。丙酮可以在保证纺织浆料的上浆性能基础上,最大化的降低纺织浆料的黏度。
具体实施方式
本实施例的荧光纺织浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:5-8份甲苯二异氰酸酯、8-12份聚丙二元醇、30-40份淀粉、2-4份荧光剂。在制备时,将甲丙二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇、淀粉以及水通过搅拌器混合均匀后,加热至70度,反应1-2h,然后降至40度进行搅拌后再蒸馏即得。为了降低纺织浆料的黏度,上述混合物中还包括0.8-1.2份丙酮。
所述淀粉优选醋酸酯淀粉,所述醋酸酯淀粉以天然淀粉为母体,与醋酸乙烯酯通过酯化反应而制得,其中醋酸乙烯酯的加入量为天然淀粉质量的3-15%。醋酸酯淀粉为变性淀粉,通过天然淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯的酯化反应,改变天然淀粉的糊化温度以及热粘度,提高纺织浆料的上浆性能。

1.一种荧光纺织浆料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:5-8份甲苯二异氰酸酯、8-12份聚丙二元醇、30-40份淀粉、2-4份荧光剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荧光纺织浆料,其特征在于:还包括0.8-1.2份丙酮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的荧光纺织浆料,其特征在于:所述淀粉为醋酸酯淀粉,所述醋酸酯淀粉以天然淀粉为母体,与醋酸乙烯酯通过酯化反应而制得,其中醋酸乙烯酯的加入量为天然淀粉质量的3-15%。
