本发明涉及一种荧光型水性聚氨酯浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12‑20份水性聚氨酯、30‑40份淀粉、2‑4份荧光剂,所述水性聚氨酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸组成的混合物,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸的质量比为10:3:3。该水性聚氨酯浆料具有很好的上浆性能,也易于退浆,生物降解速度快,没有环境污染,另外含有荧光剂,使其在黑暗环境下能发出荧光,可根据不同需求应用于特种行业工作服印染中,能够用于各种消防安全类织物的印染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种荧光型水性聚氨酯浆料,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
经纱上浆是织造的关键步骤之一,上浆效果的好坏直接决定了织造效率与织物质量,影响上浆效果的主要因素是浆料的上浆性能。随着人们对节能、环保意识的逐渐增强,对浆料的上浆性能提出了更高的要求。淀粉类水性聚氨酯浆料是一种再生资源,具有来源广泛、价格低廉及环境友好等特点,是目前广泛使用的浆纱材料。但现有的淀粉类水性聚氨酯浆料中往往会添加聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯醇纺织浆料具有优异的浆膜性能和良好的粘附性能,但聚乙烯醇属于高难度生物降解的有机物,存在退浆性能差和环境保护的问题。
另外,纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂,随着人们生活水平的日益提高,对不同纺织染料的需求也来越大,带有荧光的纺织染料日益受到人们的关注。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种易于退浆、生物降解速度快且在黑暗环境下能发出荧光的荧光型水性聚氨酯浆料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种荧光型水性聚氨酯浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12-20份水性聚氨酯、30-40份淀粉、2-4份荧光剂,所述水性聚氨酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸组成的混合物,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸的质量比为10:3:3。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明没有使用聚乙烯醇,而是采用水性聚氨酯,水性聚氨酯能够溶解或者分散到水中,对合成纤维具有较好的黏合强度,与亲水性纤维具有很好的粘着性能。其中二羟甲基丙酸可以提高浆膜的断裂强度、吸水性能,而聚丙二元醇可以提高分子链的柔韧性和耐磨性,与淀粉混合后,具有很好的上浆性能,也易于退浆,生物降解速度快,没有环境污染。另外,本发明中纺织染料配方中含有荧光剂,使其在黑暗环境下能发出荧光,可根据不同需求应用于特种行业工作服印染中,能够用于各种消防安全类织物的印染。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:还包括0.8-1.2份丙酮。丙酮可以在保证水性聚氨酯浆料的上浆性能基础上,最大化的降低水性聚氨酯浆料的黏度。
具体实施方式
本实施例的荧光型水性聚氨酯浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12-20份水性聚氨酯、30-40份淀粉、2-4份荧光剂,所述水性聚氨酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸组成的混合物,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸的质量比为10:3:3。
为了在保证水性聚氨酯浆料的上浆性能基础上,最大化的降低水性聚氨酯浆料的黏度,本实施例中还可以添加0.8-1.2份丙酮。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员来说,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等形成的技术方案,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种荧光型水性聚氨酯浆料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12-20份水性聚氨酯、30-40份淀粉、2-4份荧光剂,所述水性聚氨酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸组成的混合物,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸的质量比为10:3:3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荧光型水性聚氨酯浆料,其特征在于:还包括0.8-1.2份丙酮。
