一种新型瓶装饮料,包括饮料瓶和位于饮料瓶内的初始液体,所述饮料瓶的瓶盖内设置有一空腔,内置一个可撕开的包装囊,所述包装囊内为固体或液体中和物,所述中和物与所述初始液体的酸碱性相反;所述中和物或初始液体中含有碳酸根离子或碳酸氢根离子,所述包装囊包括包裹外部的包装囊外皮,所述包装囊外皮为气密材料。采用本发明所述的新型瓶装饮料,可以由饮用者自行产生碳酸气体,增加了饮料饮用的趣味性和观赏性,同时由于初始液体中未含碳酸气体,无须带压包装,降低了生产成本和运输隐患。

一种新型瓶装饮料
技术领域
本发明属于机械领域,具体涉及一种新型瓶装饮料。
背景技术
碳酸饮料(汽水)类产品是指在一定条件下充入二氧化碳气的饮料。碳酸饮料,主要成分包括:碳酸水、柠檬酸等酸性物质、白糖、香料,有些含有咖啡因,人工色素等。碳酸饮料生产工艺多为一次灌装法,又称为预调式灌装法、成品灌装法或前混合法。将调味糖浆与水预先按照一定比例泵人碳酸饮料混合机内,进行定量混合后再冷却,然后将该混合物碳酸化再装入容器。现有的瓶装饮料,特别是碳酸饮料由于必须带压封装,对于饮料瓶材质强度有要求,否则在包装、运输过程中可能带来安全性问题。
发明内容
为克服现有碳酸饮料存在的技术缺陷,本发明公开了一种新型瓶装饮料。
本发明所述新型瓶装饮料包括饮料瓶和位于饮料瓶内的初始液体,所述饮料瓶的瓶盖内设置有一空腔,内置一个可撕开的包装囊,所述包装囊内为固体或液体中和物,所述中和物与所述初始液体的酸碱性相反;所述中和物或初始液体中含有碳酸根离子或碳酸氢根离子,所述包装囊包括包裹外部的包装囊外皮,所述包装囊外皮为气密材料。
优选的,所述包装囊包括位于外皮内的包装囊内膜,所述包装囊内膜为可溶且可食用物质。
优选的,所述瓶盖包括外盖和位于外盖内侧的内盖,所述内盖内包含有所述空腔。
优选的,所述包装囊外形为动物外形或交通工具外形,尾部设置有拉开部。
优选的,所述包装囊外形包括但不限于动物形、卡通形、机器人形、船形。
优选的,所述饮料瓶材料为PET或玻璃。
采用本发明所述的新型瓶装饮料,可以由饮用者自行产生碳酸气体,增加了饮料饮用的趣味性和观赏性,同时由于初始液体中未含碳酸气体,无须带压包装,降低了生产成本和运输隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
本发明所述新型瓶装饮料,包括饮料瓶1和位于饮料瓶内的初始液体2,所述饮料瓶的瓶盖3内设置有一空腔,内置一个可撕开的包装囊4,所述包装囊内为固体或液体中和物,所述中和物与所述初始液体的酸碱性相反;所述中和物或初始液体中含有碳酸根离子或碳酸氢根离子,所述包装囊包括包裹外部的包装囊外皮5,所述包装囊外皮为气密材料。
例如包装囊内为碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙等弱碱性盐固体粉末,初始液体为酸性强于碳酸的可食用的酸如醋酸、果酸等,使用时将包装囊撕开,将固体粉末倒入初始液体,二者反应后产生不稳定的游离碳酸根,并逸出二氧化碳,从而取得碳酸饮料的效果。
可以通过控制包装囊中中和物和初始液体的浓度,调节最终得到的饮料的酸碱度,从而获得中性或带弱酸或带弱碱性的饮料,以适应不同口味或不同体质的人群。
酸碱反应时,产生的气体还可能带走大量热量,使瓶中液体温度下降,从而给饮用者带来凉爽的感觉。
包装囊外皮5应采用气密材料,例如食品级高分子材料等包裹,防止制造或运输过程中的瑕疵造成密封破坏发生化学反应造成气压上升,瓶体炸裂。
包装囊可以采用内膜设计,包装囊内膜8为一层可溶性并可食用的物质包装,例如包裹一层薄糖衣,将包装囊直接投入水中,糖衣溶解后自行反应。
图2所示的具体实施方式中,瓶盖包括外盖6和位于外盖内侧的内盖7,所述内盖内包含有所述空腔,可以将包装囊4置于内盖的空腔中,从而避免瓶盖被旋开时挤压包装囊。
图2所示的具体实施方式中,包装囊外形为动物外形或卡通造型及其他造型,例如鱼形、船形或火箭形,机器人形,尾部设置有拉开部,尾部拉开时,放入水中,从尾部开始反应产生气体,并随着反应的持续,包装囊内部物质逐渐暴露并继续反应,从而带来包装囊在水中喷气前行的效果,提高了饮用趣味性,尤其是能够吸引少年儿童。
由于本产品的碳酸气体在饮用前再产生,生产和运输过程中并无气体,无须带压包装,因此所述饮料瓶材料可以选择较便宜,重量也较轻的PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,化学式为COC6H4COOCH2CH2O),从而降低了生产和运输成本。
采用本发明所述的新型瓶装饮料,可以由饮用者自行产生碳酸气体,增加了饮料饮用的趣味性和观赏性,同时由于初始液体中未含碳酸气体,无须带压包装,降低了生产成本和运输隐患。
前文所述的为本发明的各个优选实施例,各个优选实施例中的优选实施方式如果不是明显自相矛盾或以某一优选实施方式为前提,各个优选实施方式都可以任意叠加组合使用,所述实施例以及实施例中的具体参数仅是为了清楚表述发明人的发明验证过程,并非用以限制本发明的专利保护范围,本发明的专利保护范围仍然以其权利要求书为准,凡是运用本发明的说明书及附图内容所作的等同结构变化,同理均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种新型瓶装饮料,包括饮料瓶和位于饮料瓶内的初始液体,其特征在于,所述饮料瓶的瓶盖内设置有一空腔,内置一个可撕开的包装囊,所述包装囊内为固体或液体中和物,所述中和物与所述初始液体的酸碱性相反;所述中和物或初始液体中含有碳酸根离子或碳酸氢根离子,所述包装囊包括包裹外部的包装囊外皮,所述包装囊外皮为气密材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型瓶装饮料,其特征在于,所述包装囊包括位于外皮内的包装囊内膜,所述包装囊内膜为可溶且可食用物质。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型瓶装饮料,其特征在于,所述瓶盖包括外盖和位于外盖内侧的内盖,所述内盖内包含有所述空腔。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型瓶装饮料,其特征在于,所述包装囊外形为动物外形或交通工具外形,尾部设置有拉开部。
5.如权利要求1所述的新型瓶装饮料,其特征在于,所述包装囊外形包括但不限于动物形、卡通形、机器人形、船形。
6.如权利要求1所述的新型瓶装饮料,其特征在于,所述饮料瓶材料为PET或玻璃。
