Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的车桥,其中,在框架结构(1)中布置有用于驱动车桥的车轮的两个电的驱动装置(5、6)。框架结构(1)具有至少一个横梁(4),该至少一个横梁在其端部处与纵梁(2、3)连接。所述两个电的驱动装置(5、6)至少近似轴线平行地彼此并排地布置且这两个电的驱动装置的转动轴横向于行驶方向布置。所述至少一个横梁(4)在所述两个电的驱动装置(5、6)之间延伸。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照在权利要求1的前序部分中详细限定的类型的用于机动车的车桥。
背景技术
在文献DE 10 2014 102 541 A1中说明一种这种类型的车桥,其中,在具有两个横梁的框架结构中布置有两个横向于行驶方向依次连续设置的电的驱动装置。
文献DE 10 2010 017 966 A1示出和说明了一种具有两个电的驱动装置的车桥,这两个电的驱动装置彼此并排地布置并通过变速器与驱动轴连接以用于驱动两个车轮。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种开头所述类型的车桥,其中,电的驱动装置以有利于构造空间的方式布置在框架结构中。
上述目的根据本发明通过权利要求1的特征部分所述的特征实现。
通过使用在至少近似轴线平行地彼此并排地布置的驱动装置之间的间隙,实现对构造空间有利的布置结构。特别是以这种方式可以得到用于这两个驱动装置的非常扁平地构造的悬挂装置。
在一个有利的根据本发明的设计方案中,两个驱动装置弹性地悬挂在框架结构中,该框架结构具有根据本发明的横梁和布置在该横梁的端部处的纵梁。
为了弹性地悬挂两个驱动装置,可以在横梁上布置支承部位,该支承部位与电的驱动装置的驱动装置壳体相邻接。另选地或附加地,支承部位同样也可以与电的驱动装置的变速器相邻接。
在一个根据本发明的设计方案中,整个框架结构可以通过弹性的支承部位与机动车的车身连接。然而,当然也可以实现框架结构的刚性的支承。
根据本发明也可以提出,所述至少一个横梁沿高度方向(机动车的z轴)布置在两个电的驱动装置的下方。
以这种方式同样产生对构造空间有利的布置结构。

具体实施方式
机动车的车桥设有框架结构1,该框架结构包括两个纵梁2和3。纵梁2和3分别与横梁4的端部连接。该横梁4位于两个轴线平行地彼此并排地布置的电的驱动装置5和6之间的中间空间中。这两个电的驱动装置5和6如此布置,使得驱动装置5、6的转动轴沿车辆横向方向指向。
两个驱动装置5、6具有多个支承点。例如为此可以在横梁4上布置支承部位7,该支承部位可以与驱动装置5和6的驱动装置壳体相邻接,和/或也可以与用于两个驱动装置5和6的变速器8相邻接。
附加地也可以在纵梁2、3(未示出)上布置有支承部位。
整个框架结构1可以通过弹性的支承件9悬置在车辆的车身上,该弹性的支承件布置在纵梁2、3的端部上。
当然也可行的是,框架结构1在没有中间联接支承部位的情况下刚性地与车身连接,例如通过螺纹连接。
这两个纵梁2、3具有托架10作为用于底盘导向臂的车身侧的连接部位。
在本发明的范围内当然也可行的是,代替示出的仅一个横梁4还可以布置另外的横梁。该另外的横梁例如可以沿车辆纵向方向布置在电的驱动装置5和6与弹性的支承件9之间。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于机动车的车桥,其中,在框架结构中布置有用于驱动车桥的车轮的两个电的驱动装置,
其特征在于,
框架结构(1)具有至少一个横梁(4),该至少一个横梁在其端部处与纵梁(2、3)连接,其中,所述两个电的驱动装置(5、6)至少近似轴线平行地彼此并排地布置且这两个电的驱动装置的转动轴横向于行驶方向布置,其中,所述至少一个横梁(4)在所述两个电的驱动装置(5、6)之间延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车桥,其特征在于,电的驱动装置(5、6)弹性地悬置在框架结构(1)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车桥,其特征在于,用于电的驱动装置(5、6)的支承部位(7)布置在横梁(4)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车桥,其特征在于,用于电的驱动装置(5、6)的支承部位(7)与电的驱动装置(5、6)的驱动装置壳体相邻接。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的车桥,其特征在于,支承部位(7)与用于电的驱动装置(5、6)的变速器(8)相邻接。
6.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的车桥,其特征在于,在纵梁(2、3)上附加地布置有支承部位(9)。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的车桥,其特征在于,框架结构(1)通过弹性的支承部位(9)与机动车的车身连接。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的车桥,其特征在于,框架结构(1)通过刚性的连接件与车身连接。
9.一种用于机动车的车桥,其中,在框架结构中布置有用于驱动车桥的车轮的两个电的驱动装置,
其特征在于,
框架结构(1)具有至少一个横梁(4),该至少一个横梁在其端部处与纵梁(2、3)连接,其中,两个电的驱动装置(5、6)至少近似轴线平行地彼此并排地布置且这两个电的驱动装置的转动轴横向于行驶方向布置,其中,所述至少一个横梁(4)沿高度方向布置在两个电的驱动装置(5、6)的下方。
