Abstract

本发明涉及一种腈棉防静电阻燃面料及其制造方法,它的制造方法包括以下步骤:(1)纱线成分配比;(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺,采用导电纤维与其它纤维掺混到一起以确保每一根纱上都含有导电纤维,采用合股线,加中度捻;(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;(4)接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→拉幅→染腈氯纶→染棉→预缩→检验包装。该工艺制作的面料手感柔软,富有弹性,颜色可以按照客户要求定做,穿着舒服,性价比较高,即适用于工装又可用于时装。

一种腈棉防静电阻燃面料及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于阻燃面料的制备工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种腈棉防静电阻燃面料及其制造方法。
背景技术
中国专利CN1732295A中公开了一种皮芯结构的双组分纤维的阻燃织物,采用具有阻燃性能的聚合物作为皮部分,热塑性聚合物作为芯成分,但由于该织物的手感较硬,热稳定性差,因而限制在很多方面的应用。
中国专利CN1331767A中公开了一种含纤维素纺织材料的生产方法,由于在该专利中需要用到大量的交联剂,交联剂的虽然能使纤维有着良好的力学强度,但交联剂对环境的污染性和环境稳定性较差,不能使材料保持持久的力学性能。
随着人们安全意识的不断提高,对织物的阻燃性能也有了相应要求,特别是织物对于预防、延缓或者终止火灾的作用。由于一般 的阻燃剂多为卤系和磷系,大部分都具有较大的毒性,而且在制备过程中需要用到甲醛或甲苯,使得有机物残留,对人体健康产生一定危险,同时,经处理后的织物手感硬、强力损伤大,穿着舒适度低,严重影响阻燃织物的品质和使用效果。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种腈棉防静电阻燃面料及其制备制造方法,该方法制造的面料手感柔软,富有弹性,颜色可以按照客户要求定做,穿着舒服,性价比较高,即适用于工装又可用于时装。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种腈棉防静电阻燃面料,它是由如下原料制成:50~78wt%腈氯纶纤维、20~49wt%棉纤维和1~2wt%导电纤维。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)纱线成分配比:50~78wt%腈氯纶纤维、20~49wt%棉纤维和1~2wt%导电纤维;(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺,采用导电纤维与其它纤维掺混到一起以确保每一根纱上都含有导电纤维,采用合股线,加中度捻;(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;(4)接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→拉幅→染腈氯纶→染棉→预缩→检验包装。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:60wt%腈氯纶纤维、39wt%棉纤维和1wt%导电纤维。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,步骤(4)中染腈氯纶步骤按如下顺序进行:浸轧腈氯纶染液→汽蒸固色→热水洗→还原清洗→烘干。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,步骤(4)中染棉步骤按如下顺序进行:浸轧棉染液→烘干→浸轧固色液→汽蒸固色→热水皂洗→烘干。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,腈氯纶染液配方由如下成分制成:阳离子燃料1~15g/l、醋酸3~5g/l和促染剂10~20g/l。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,还原清洗中用到的还原液配方由如下成分制成:保险粉3~5g/l和烧碱1~3g/l。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,棉染液方由如下成分制成:活性燃料1~15g/l、尿素20~30g/l和小苏打10~30g/l。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,固色液方由如下成分制成:食盐150~250g/l和纯碱20~40g/l。
根据上述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,汽蒸固色的条件:温度为100~102℃,固色时间1~1.5min。

本发明提供的一种腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,该工艺充分利用了几种高性能纤维的特点,实现了优势互补,成功开发出来一种高强、耐磨、阻燃、防静电面料,穿着舒适,特别适合武警作训、核电、电力和消防等特种行业服装使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:

上述步骤中汽蒸固色的条件:温度为100~102℃,固色时间1~1.5min。

与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:60wt%腈氯纶纤维、39wt%棉纤维和1wt%导电纤维。
实施例3:
与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于:步骤(4)中染腈氯纶步骤按如下顺序进行:浸轧腈氯纶染液→汽蒸固色→热水洗→还原清洗→烘干,腈氯纶染液配方由如下成分制成:阳离子燃料5g/l、醋酸4g/l和促染剂15g/l。
实施例4:
与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于:还原清洗中用到的还原液配方由如下成分制成:保险粉4g/l和烧碱2g/l。
实施例5:
与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于:步骤(4)中染棉步骤按如下顺序进行:浸轧棉染液→烘干→浸轧固色液→汽蒸固色→热水皂洗→烘干,棉染液方由如下成分制成:活性燃料5g/l、尿素25g/l和小苏打20g/l。
实施例6:
与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于:步骤(4)中固色液方由如下成分制成:食盐200g/l和纯碱30g/l。

1.一种腈棉防静电阻燃面料,其特征在于它是由如下原料制成:50~78wt%腈氯纶纤维、20~49wt%棉纤维和1~2wt%导电纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:
(1)纱线成分配比:50~78wt%腈氯纶纤维、20~49wt%棉纤维和1~2wt%导电纤维;(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺,采用导电纤维与其它纤维掺混到一起以确保每一根纱上都含有导电纤维,采用合股线,加中度捻;(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;(4)接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→拉幅→染腈氯纶→染棉→预缩→检验包装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:60wt%腈氯纶纤维、39wt%棉纤维和1wt%导电纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中染腈氯纶步骤按如下顺序进行:浸轧腈氯纶染液→汽蒸固色→热水洗→还原清洗→烘干。
5.根据权利要求1所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中染棉步骤按如下顺序进行:浸轧棉染液→烘干→浸轧固色液→汽蒸固色→热水皂洗→烘干。
6.根据权利要求4所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于:腈氯纶染液配方由如下成分制成:阳离子燃料1~15g/l、醋酸3~5g/l和促染剂10~20g/l。
7.根据权利要求4所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于:还原清洗中用到的还原液配方由如下成分制成:保险粉3~5g/l和烧碱1~3g/l。
8.根据权利要求5所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于:棉染液方由如下成分制成:活性燃料1~15g/l、尿素20~30g/l和小苏打10~30g/l。
9.根据权利要求5所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于:固色液方由如下成分制成:食盐150~250g/l和纯碱20~40g/l。
10.根据权利要求4或5所述的腈棉防静电阻燃面料的制造方法,其特征在于:汽蒸固色的条件:温度为100~102℃,固色时间1~1.5min。
