本发明涉及一种加工方法,特别涉及一种木塑墙板的吸塑成型加工方法。
【背景技术】
在房屋室内装潢时,通常会在墙体表面进行装饰,塑料墙板以其独特的外形和安装、拆卸方便,备受消费者青睐。已有的塑料墙板都是采用注塑成型,此种工艺由于塑料墙板面积大,又比较薄,成型难,所以通过注塑加工对模具制造的要求高,现有的技术废品率高,产品注塑成型后有料柄,材料浪费较大。为此,我们提出一种木塑墙板的吸塑成型加工方法。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种木塑墙板的吸塑成型加工方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种木塑墙板的吸塑成型加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、设备:墙板挤出机、线条挤出机、混料机、破碎机、包覆机;
S2、模具:带有模口共挤(带共挤机),配线条模具;
S3、主体材料:PVC 树脂粉、填充料、木粉、稳定剂、润滑剂;
S4、混料:(1)混料,高低混料机一般混料温度为高混温度 125℃,冷混温度45℃(冷混锅要通水);(2)混料顺序,先倒入一半PVC树脂粉,再倒入称量好的小料、木粉及钙粉,最后倒入剩余的一半PVC树脂粉;(3)混料机操作准确无误,定期查看高混机是否漏料;
S5、加工:合模、定型、切割、测米墙板米重、包覆。
优选地,所述S3中的填充料为碳酸钙,并且碳酸钙粒径大小均匀,过1250目,白度在93以上。
优选地,所述S3中的PVC树脂粉平均聚合度(PVC分子量)SG-7 分子量为850-750、SG-8分子量为750-650。

S3、主体材料:PVC 树脂粉、填充料、木粉、稳定剂、润滑剂;

S3、主体材料:PVC 树脂粉、填充料、木粉、稳定剂、润滑剂;
S4、混料:(1)混料,高低混料机一般混料温度为高混温度 125℃,冷混温度45℃(冷混锅要通水);(2)混料顺序,先倒入一半PVC树脂粉,再倒入称量好的小料、木粉及钙粉,最后倒入剩余的一半PVC树脂粉;(3)混料机操作准确无误,定期查看高混机是否漏料;
S5、加工:合模、定型、切割、测米墙板米重、包覆。
