技术领域
本发明属于陶粒制备领域,具体为一种高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒及其制备方法,由该方法制备的高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒适用于轻质保温混凝土及其制品。
背景技术
粉煤灰超轻陶粒作为一种轻集料,具有密度小、强度高、吸水率低、保温、隔热的特点。其用途广泛,可用作水处理滤料、吸附剂,农业、园林中无土栽培的培养基,还可以取代普通砂石配制轻集料混凝土以及空心砌块等建材原料。陶粒的最大特点是外表坚硬,内部有许多的微孔,这些微孔赋予陶粒质轻的特性。
粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物,是我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一,随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加,2015年全国粉煤灰产量达到5.7亿吨。作为大宗固体废弃物,粉煤灰的处置受到国家的重视,烧制陶粒可以作为一种资源化、无害化、减量化的方法使粉煤灰得到应用。
以粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉为主要原料制备超轻陶粒。粉煤灰的化学构成与粘土质类似,主要成分为二氧化硅、三氧化二铝。由于粉煤灰中三氧化二铝含量较高(20%~35%),掺加一定量的助熔剂萤石粉,降低焙烧温度。
专利申请《一种利用污水污泥、粉煤灰烧轻质电气石陶粒的制备方法》(申请号CN201510471059.3)公开了一种利用粉煤灰生产轻质陶粒的方法。该专利在烧制的过程中过多的采用升温降温步骤,使烧制陶粒的过程延长,生产效率较低。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒及制备方法。因膨润土具有可塑性高、粘结性强,易与其他原料混合成型等特点,使用其作为粘接剂将粉煤灰和二氧化硅含量较高的珍珠岩尾矿粉粘结。碳化硅作为发泡剂,可以使陶粒密度降低。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒,以粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉、碳化硅、萤石粉为原料,按以下配方烧制而成:
粉煤灰 35%~60%,
膨润土 10%~30%,
珍珠岩尾矿粉 30%~50%;
上述配方中,所述粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉三种原料为质量百分比。
将粉煤灰、膨润土和珍珠岩尾矿粉混合,加入前三者总质量0~2%的碳化硅和0~5%的萤石粉。
其中,所述粉煤灰的二氧化硅含量为40%~55%、三氧化二铝含量为25%~35%。
膨润土为钙基膨润土。
珍珠岩尾矿粉的二氧化硅含量为68%~74%。
上述高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)、将粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉分别过200目筛,在烘箱中干燥;
(2)、从烘箱中取出粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉,自然降至室温,将其混合,加入碳化硅和萤石粉,球磨20~50分钟使其原料均匀混合;
(3)、取出步骤(2)中的混合料加水搅拌,制成直径约0.1~1.5cm的小球,在空气中晾干约16~48小时;
(4)、将步骤(3)中晾干的小球放入高温炉中以15℃/分钟的升温速率升温到450℃并保温20分钟,之后以15℃/分钟的升温速率升温到1150℃~1250℃焙烧5分钟~10分钟,在高温炉内自然降温到室温得到成品陶粒。
本发明高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒及其制备方法的有益之处主要表现在以下几方面:
第一、珍珠岩尾矿粉、粉煤灰和膨润土成本低、易获得,可以降低陶粒的造价,且减少珍珠岩尾矿粉和粉煤灰对环境的污染。
第二、以高温焙烧法制粉煤灰陶粒与免烧陶粒相比,生产周期短。
第三、此超轻陶粒内部多孔,具有良好的保温隔热性且吸水率低。
本发明设计合理,以珍珠岩尾矿粉、粉煤灰和膨润土为主要原材料,利用二氧化硅、氧化铝等物质在高温下融化,碳化硅发泡产生气体的原理,使陶粒具备多孔质轻的特点。超轻粉煤灰陶粒适用于轻质保温混凝土、保温砖、保温板等结构。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施例进行详细说明。
实施例1
高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒按以下配方烧制而成:
粉煤灰 44.5%,
膨润土 18.5%,
珍珠岩尾矿粉 37%,
碳化硅 1%,
萤石粉 2%;
上述配方中,粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉三种原料为质量分数。
碳化硅、萤石粉为质量分数,即粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉混合料质量的百分比。
上述的高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)、将粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉分别过200目筛,在烘箱中干燥;
(2)、从烘箱中取出珍珠岩尾矿粉、粉煤灰和膨润土自然降温至室温,按照三种主要混合料总质量的44.5%取粉煤灰、18.5%取膨润土、37%取珍珠岩尾矿粉,加入混合料总质量 1%的碳化硅和2%的萤石粉,球磨50分钟使其原料均匀混合;
(3)、取出步骤(2)中的混合料加水搅拌,水的用量为混合料总质量的40%,制成直径约1cm的小球,在空气中晾干约16小时;
(4)、将步骤(3)中晾干的小球放入高温炉中以15℃/分钟的升温速率升温到450℃并保温20分钟,之后以15℃/分钟的升温速率升温到1200℃焙烧5分钟,在高温炉内自然降温到室温得到成品陶粒。
由以上配方和制备方法制得的高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒,密度级别为200,筒压强度0.2~0.35MPa,孔隙率25%、平均粒型系数1.2、吸水率9%和软化系数0.8均满足现行规范要求。
实施例2
高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒按以下配方烧制而成:
粉煤灰 60%,
膨润土 10%,
珍珠岩尾矿粉 30%,
碳化硅 1%,
萤石粉 2%;
上述配方中,所述粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉三种原料为质量分数;
所述碳化硅、萤石粉为质量分数,即粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉混合料质量的百分比。
上述的高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)、将粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉分别过200目筛,在烘箱中干燥;
(2)、从烘箱中取出珍珠岩尾矿粉、粉煤灰和膨润土自然降温至室温,按照三种主要混合料总质量的60%取粉煤灰、10%取膨润土、30%取珍珠岩尾矿粉,加入混合料总质量 1%的碳化硅和2%的萤石粉,球磨30分钟使其原料均匀混合;
(3)、取出步骤(2)中的混合料加水搅拌,水的用量为混合料总质量的30%,制成直径约1cm的小球,在空气中晾干约16小时;
(4)、将步骤(3)中晾干的小球放入高温炉中以15℃/分钟的升温速率升温到450℃并保温20分钟,之后以15℃/分钟的升温速率升温到1200℃焙烧5分钟,在高温炉内自然降温到室温得到成品陶粒。
由以上配方和制备方法制得的高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒,密度级别为500,筒压强度1.0~1.4MPa,孔隙率24%、平均粒型系数1.1、吸水率5%和软化系数0.85均满足现行规范要求。
实施例3
高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒按以下配方烧制而成:
粉煤灰 40%,
膨润土 20%,
珍珠岩尾矿粉 40%,
碳化硅 1%,
萤石粉 2%;
上述配方中,所述粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉三种原料为质量分数;
所述碳化硅、萤石粉为质量分数,即粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉混合料质量的百分比。
上述的高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)、将粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉分别过200目筛,在烘箱中干燥;
(2)、从烘箱中取出珍珠岩尾矿粉、粉煤灰和膨润土自然降温至室温,按照三种主要混合料总质量的60%取粉煤灰、10%取膨润土,30%取珍珠岩尾矿粉,加入混合料总质量 1%的碳化硅和2%的萤石粉,球磨30分钟使其原料均匀混合;
(3)、取出步骤(2)中的混合料加水搅拌,水的用量为混合料总质量的30%,制成直径约1cm的小球,在空气中晾干约16小时;
(4)、将步骤(3)中晾干的小球放入高温炉中以15℃/分钟的升温速率升温到450℃并保温20分钟,之后以15℃/分钟的升温速率升温到1200℃焙烧5分钟,在高温炉内自然降温到室温得到成品陶粒。
由以上配方和制备方法制得的高温焙烧粉煤灰超轻陶粒,密度级别为500,筒压强度1.5~2.0MPa,孔隙率23%、平均粒型系数1.1、吸水率3%和软化系数0.91均满足现行规范要求。
本发明制备的粉煤灰超轻成品陶粒堆积密度为130~200kg/m3,是一种轻集料,具有密度小、强度高、吸水率低、保温、隔热等特点,用途广泛,可以取代普通砂石配制轻集料混凝土,以及空心砌块等建材原料。

1.一种烧结粉煤灰超轻质陶粒,其特征在于:以粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉、碳化硅、萤石粉为原料,按以下配方烧制而成:
粉煤灰 35%~60%
膨润土 10%~30%
珍珠岩尾矿粉 30%~50%
碳化硅 0~2%;
萤石粉 0~5%;
上述配方中,粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉为三种主要原料的百分比;碳化硅、萤石粉用量为三种主要原料总质量的百分比,即粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉混合料质量的百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烧结粉煤灰超轻质陶粒,其特征在于:碳化硅的用量为三种主要原料总质量的1%;萤石粉的用量为三种主要原料总质量的2%。

(1)、将粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉分别过200目筛,干燥;
(2)、粉煤灰、膨润土、珍珠岩尾矿粉自然降至室温,在这三种主要原料混合物中加入碳化硅和萤石粉,球磨20~50min使其原料均匀混合;
(3)、取出(2)步骤中的混合料加水搅拌,制成直径0.1~1.5cm的小球,在空气中晾干16~48小时;

8.根据权利要求7所述的烧结粉煤灰超轻质陶粒的制备方法,其特征在于:成品陶粒堆积密度为130~200kg/m3
