Abstract

本发明涉及一种解决乙烯砜型活性翠蓝、艳蓝色花的方法,属纺织印染领域。本发明充分利用乙烯砜型活性染料固色分两步这一机理,预先将乙烯砜硫酸酯型(sulphatoethylsulphone,简称SES)变成乙烯砜型(vinyl sulphone,简称VS),降低由于亲和力急剧变化造成的染色不匀,同时加入一定的助溶剂来增大染料分子的溶解和扩散,提高得色量和均匀度。

本发明涉及一种解决乙烯砜型活性翠蓝、艳蓝色花的方法,属纺织印染领域。
背景技术
乙烯砜型活性翠蓝是铜酞菁母体染料,它具有非常艳亮的翠蓝颜色,这是其它任何结构的染料无法达到的,所以经常被用作亮绿及艳蓝色的主要染料。乙烯砜型活性艳蓝母体是蒽醌结构,由于分子中仅有两个水溶性基团。这两类活性染料的溶解度对电解质相当敏感,当有电解质存在时,染料分子的结晶化现象更明显,其溶胶逐渐凝聚成团状。当电解质浓度超过一定量以后,这种凝聚会脱水形成沉淀。在碱性条件下大部分染料的β-乙基砜基硫酸盐发生消除反应,转化为乙烯砜基,染料的溶解度瞬间下降,此时,如果溶液中有大量电解质存在,染料的盐析现象将更明显,一旦出现盐析,染色必定出现色点、色渍、色花,染色深度和均匀度明显下降。
专利申请 200810032831.1 公开了一种酞菁活性染料染色匀染剂,包括亚甲基双萘磺酸盐10-15%、木质素磺酸盐15-20%、羧甲基纤维素2-5%、尿素 25%,对染料有增溶作用,可使染料在加入电解质的情况下不会析出,获得匀染效果。专利申请200910301870.1 公开了一种活性染料的促染剂,其组分为有机酸和碱,利用有机酸和碱反应生成有机盐以 代替普通盐促进活性染料染色,实现环保低盐活性染色。David M Lewis在文章中报道将乙烯砜硫酸酯型染料(SES)制备成乙烯砜型(VS)染料从而实现中性染色或者分散/活性同浆印花(Color. Technol.,123,306–311)。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种解决乙烯砜型活性翠蓝、艳蓝色花的方法,以解决印花过程中的乙烯砜型染料色花、色点问题,提高产品质量。
乙烯砜型活性染料在染色或印花加入碱剂后由乙烯砜硫酸酯钠盐变为乙烯砜结构,水溶性大大下降,对纤维亲和力急剧增大,染料分子容易聚集造成染色或印花不匀,出现色点、色花问题。本发明充分利用乙烯砜型活性染料固色分两步这一机理,预先将乙烯砜硫酸酯型(SES)变成乙烯砜型(VS),降低由于亲和力急剧变化造成的染色不匀,同时加入一定的助溶剂来增大染料分子的溶解和扩散,提高得色量和均匀度。
本发明的技术方案如下:按质量分数计算,将5~10%乙烯砜型活性翠蓝或艳蓝用去离子水充分溶解,加入纯碱调节pH值为10~11,在20~30℃条件下充分搅拌1~2小时,在搅拌过程中不断追加纯碱以保持pH值在10左右,最后用盐酸调节pH值为4~6,将上述染料溶液加入到0-20℃的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,充分溶解后加入丙酮沉淀,过滤得固体染料并烘干,通过旋转蒸发仪减压蒸馏回收丙酮和DMF。在印花时,按质量百分数计算,称量5~10%尿素用去离子水溶解后升温到30~40℃加入1~5%上述染料搅拌1~2小时,防染盐0.5%,小苏打0.5%加入海藻酸钠糊料调节合适粘度制得印花色浆,按照常规的印花方式进行印花。
本发明的有益效果
通过将乙烯砜硫酸酯型活性翠蓝或艳蓝染料制备成乙烯砜型活性染料,降低了加碱后染料聚集的情况,同时加入助溶剂提高染料溶解性能,大大降低印花后的色花问题。上述染料可以在微弱碱性条件下固色,降低了盐和碱用量,有利于清洁生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
按质量分数计算,将10%乙烯砜型活性翠蓝KN-G用去离子水充分溶解,加入纯碱调节pH值为10~11,在20℃条件下充分搅拌2小时,在搅拌过程中不断追加纯碱以保持pH值在10左右,最后用盐酸调节pH值为4~6,将上述染料溶液加入到10℃的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,充分溶解后加入丙酮沉淀,过滤得固体染料并烘干,通过旋转蒸发仪减压蒸馏回收丙酮和DMF。在印花时,按质量百分数计算,称量5%尿素用去离子水溶解后升温到30℃加入5%上述染料搅拌1小时,加入防染盐0.5%,小苏打0.5%,加入糊料制得印花色浆。色浆中各组分质量分数组成如下:
活性翠蓝KN-G(VS) 5%
海藻酸钠 2%
尿素 5%
小苏打 0.5%
防染盐S 0.5%
水 87%
将按上述配方色浆用于纯棉织物的印花,烘干,用饱和蒸汽汽蒸8min,再进行水洗皂洗。具体流程如下:纯棉织物→印色浆(3mm/s,5V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→汽蒸(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗→烘干。
实施例2
按质量分数计算,将8%乙烯砜型活性艳蓝KN-R用去离子水充分溶解,加入纯碱调节pH值为10~11,在20℃条件下充分搅拌2小时,在搅拌过程中不断追加纯碱以保持pH值在10左右,最后用盐酸调节pH值为4~6,将上述染料溶液加入到15℃的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,充分溶解后加入丙酮沉淀,过滤得固体染料并烘干,通过旋转蒸发仪减压蒸馏回收丙酮和DMF。在印花时,按质量百分数计算,称量5%尿素用去离子水溶解后升温到30℃加入5%上述染料搅拌1小时,加入防染盐0.5%,小苏打0.5%,加入糊料制得印花色浆。色浆中各组分质量分数组成如下:
活性翠蓝KN-R(VS) 5%
海藻酸钠 2%
尿素 5%
小苏打 0.5%
防染盐S 0.5%
水 87%
将按上述配方色浆用于纯棉织物的印花,烘干,用饱和蒸汽汽蒸8min,再进行水洗皂洗。具体流程如下:纯棉织物→印色浆(3mm/s,5V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→汽蒸(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗→烘干。

Claims (1)

1.一种解决乙烯砜型活性翠蓝、艳蓝色花的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量分数计算,将5~10%乙烯砜型活性翠蓝或艳蓝用去离子水充分溶解,加入纯碱调节pH值为10~11,在20~30℃条件下搅拌1~2小时,在搅拌过程中不断追加纯碱以保持pH值在10左右,最后用盐酸调节pH值为4~6,将上述染料溶液加入到0-20℃的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,充分溶解后加入丙酮沉淀,过滤得到固体染料并烘干,通过旋转蒸发仪减压蒸馏回收丙酮和DMF;
(2)在印花时,按质量百分数计算,称量5~10%尿素用去离子水溶解后升温到30~40℃加入1~5%步骤(1)得到的染料搅拌1~2小时,加入0.5%防染盐,0.5%小苏打,加入海藻酸钠糊料调节粘度制得印花色浆,进行印花。
