Abstract
本发明涉及一种纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,采用如下加工流程:烧毛→退浆→煮练→氧漂→超柔软→拉幅;所述超柔软步骤加入线性嵌段共聚柔软剂TF‐4911,TF‐4911的浓度为3‐6g/l。本发明生产方式具有连续性,实现大货的连续化生产,加工后面料柔软,对面料滑脱无影响,既能保证面料滑脱合格又能保证面料手感柔软舒适,有良好的服用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,属于纺织印染技术领域。
技术背景
现有的多层提花面料在染整加工过程中,由于多层面料的组织规格特点,面料易出现面料手感与内在滑脱冲突的问题,若保证内在滑脱合格,则面料手感硬,若保证面料手感柔软,则面料滑脱拉断,面料没有服用性能,以上问题制约了多层提花面料的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,生产方式具有连续性,实现大货的连续化生产,加工后面料柔软,对面料滑脱无影响,既能保证面料滑脱合格又能保证面料手感柔软舒适,有良好的服用性能。
本发明一种纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,采用如下加工流程:烧毛→退浆→煮练→氧漂→超柔软→拉幅。烧毛→退浆→煮练→氧漂→超柔软→拉幅;所述超柔软步骤加入线性嵌段共聚柔软剂TF‐4911,TF‐4911的浓度为3‐6g/l。
TF‐4911为手感柔软耐洗性好线性嵌段共聚柔软剂。
将配好的柔软剂溶液加入容积为30‐50L的料槽内,浸轧多层提花织物,温度:100‐120℃烘干,超柔软机风口上风量:50‐70,超柔软机风口下风量:70‐90。
所述拉幅步骤加入SMI‐62:10‐30g/l与聚酰胺类柔软剂MNN‐7:10‐40g/l混拼,上超喂:3‐3.5%,下超喂:0%落布超喂:‐1.5‐2.5%。
所述纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,步骤如下:
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min正烧10mbar;
(2)退浆:退浆酶:2‐6g/l,渗透剂:4‐8g/l,螯合剂:1‐4g/l,车速:70‐90m/min,蒸箱:98℃*5min;
(3)煮练:渗透剂:4‐8ml/kg,精炼剂与去蜡剂:8‐12ml/kg,螯合剂:3‐9ml/kg,NAOH:30‐50ml/kg,蒸箱设定温度:96℃,堆布时间:15min;
(4)氧漂:H2O2 10‐20g/L,NaOH 2‐10g/L,螯合剂5‐10g/L,稳定剂5‐10g/L,蒸箱温度98‐100℃,堆布时间25‐40min;
(5)超柔软:线性嵌段共聚柔软剂TF-4911:3‐6g/l,车速:20m/min,温度:110℃,上风量:50,下风量:80;
(6)拉幅:SMI-62:10‐30g/l与聚酰胺类柔软剂MNN-7:10‐40g/l混拼,上超喂:3‐3.5%,下超喂:0%,落布超喂:‐1.5‐2.5%。
步骤(3)煮练比例精炼剂与去蜡剂的质量比为1:2。
烧毛:车速:120m/min,正烧10mbar。
SMI‐62的生产厂家为鲁瑞精细化工有限公司。
MNN-7青岛欧诺思工贸有限公司。
TF-4911传化智联股份有限公司。
本发明面料内在滑脱满足GB/T13772.2-2008的标准下120N拉力开口<6mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1)生产方式具有连续性,能够实现大货的连续化生产。
2)通过在超柔软中加入线性嵌段共聚柔软剂,加工后面料柔软。
3)通过在拉幅上加入聚酰胺类柔软剂,对面料滑脱无影响,既能保证面料滑脱成品后面料手感柔软舒适。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
织物:CM40*CM40*180*130*58/59组织:三层。
纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,步骤如下:
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min正烧10mbar。
(2)退浆:退浆酶:4g/l渗透剂:6g/l螯合剂:2g/l车速:70m/min蒸箱:98℃*5min
(3)煮练:渗透剂:5ml/kg精炼剂与去蜡剂(比例1:2):10ml/kg螯合剂:4ml/kgNAOH(35Be):40ml/kg蒸箱设定温度:96℃;堆布时间:15min。
(4)氧漂:H2O210g/L,NaOH4g/L,螯合剂6g/L,稳定剂6g/L,蒸箱温度98℃,堆布时间25min。
(5)超柔软:线性嵌段共聚柔软剂TF-4911:3g/l车速:20m/min温度:110℃烘干,上风量:50下风量:80100-120℃烘干。
(6)拉幅:SMI-62:20g/l与聚酰胺类柔软剂MNN-7:20g/l混拼,上超喂:3‐3.5%下超喂:0%落布超喂:‐1.5‐2.5%。
使用上述工艺处理后成品面料滑脱2mm,面料手感柔软,使用传统工艺面料滑脱拉断切面料手感较硬无服用性,该发明工艺明显要优于传统工艺。
实施例2
织物:CM40*CM40*230*130*58/59组织:四层。
(1)烧毛:车速:120m/min正烧10mbar。
(2)退浆:退浆酶:5g/l渗透剂:8g/l螯合剂:4g/l车速:80m/min蒸箱:98℃*5min。
(3)煮练:渗透剂:6ml/kg精炼剂与去蜡剂(比例1:2):10ml/kg螯合剂:6ml/kgNAOH(35Be):50ml/kg蒸箱设定温度:96℃;堆布时间:15min。
(4)氧漂:H2O215g/L,NaOH 8g/L,螯合剂8g/L,稳定剂8g/L,蒸箱温度98℃,堆布时间40min。
(5)超柔软:线性嵌段共聚柔软剂TF-4911:5g/l车速:20m/min温度:120℃烘干,上风量:60下风量:80。
(6)拉幅:SMI-62:20g/l与聚酰胺类柔软剂MNN-7:30g/l混拼,上超喂:3‐3.5%下超喂:0%落布超喂:‐1.5‐‐2.5%。
使用上述工艺处理后成品面料滑脱5mm,面料手感柔软,使用传统工艺面料滑脱拉断切面料手感较硬无服用性,该发明工艺明显要优于传统工艺。
Claims (4)
1.一种纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,其特征在于,采用如下加工流程:烧毛→退浆→煮练→氧漂→超柔软→拉幅;所述超柔软步骤加入线性嵌段共聚柔软剂TF-4911,TF-4911的浓度为3-6g/l;
所述超柔软步骤将配好的柔软剂溶液加入容积为30-50L的料槽内,浸轧多层提花织物,温度:100-120℃烘干,超柔软机风口上风量:50-70,超柔软机风口下风量:70-90;
所述拉幅步骤加入SMI-62:10-30g/l与聚酰胺类柔软剂MNN-7:10-40g/l混拼,上超喂:3-3.5%,下超喂:0%,落布超喂:-1.5-2.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)烧毛;
(2)退浆:退浆酶:2-6g/l,渗透剂:4-8g/l,螯合剂:1-4g/l,车速:70-90m/min,蒸箱:98℃*5min;
(3)煮练:渗透剂:4-8ml/kg,精炼剂与去蜡剂:8-12ml/kg,螯合剂:3-9ml/kg,NaOH:30-50ml/kg,蒸箱设定温度:96℃,堆布时间:15min;
(4)氧漂:H2O 210-20g/L,NaOH 2-10g/L,螯合剂5-10g/L,稳定剂5-10g/L,蒸箱温度98-100℃,堆布时间25-40min;
(5)超柔软:线性嵌段共聚柔软剂TF-4911:3-6g/l,车速:20m/min,温度:110℃,上风量:50,下风量:80;
(6)拉幅:SMI-62:10-30g/l与聚酰胺类柔软剂MNN-7:10-40g/l混拼,上超喂:3-3.5%下超喂:0%,落布超喂:-1.5-2.5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)煮练中精炼剂与去蜡剂的质量比为1:2。
4.根据权利要求2所述纯棉多层提花面料的连续加工工艺,其特征在于,烧毛:车速:120m/min,正烧10mbar。
