本发明的有益效果是:
1)十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠是一种阴离子表面活性剂,该类表面活性剂在水中具有良好的润湿、渗透、乳化、分散和去污能力,耐碱性较高,生物降解性能好,不含致癌芳胺与重金属离子,对人体健康无害;
2)失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯是一种非离子表面活性剂,具有良好的乳化、润湿、渗透、扩散、稳定、增稠、抗静电、柔顺性,尤其是无毒无刺激性,是安全无害的表面活性剂;
3)一般而言,碱性去污剂的清洗能力较高,所以为保持去污剂的碱性,通常会加入一些碱性物质,如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等,但是氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等碱性太强,对皮肤具有强烈的刺激性,而相较于氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等,纯碱的碱性较为温和,对皮肤的刺激性小,并且将其含量控制在较低的程度下,可以在保障去污剂的碱性的同时,又避免了其刺激性;
4)柠檬酸钠是一种呈弱碱性的钠盐,安全无毒,具有生物降解性,对环境无污染,并且柠檬酸钠具有优良的稳定性、防腐性及ph调节性、易溶于水,是一种很好地助剂;
5)所述螯合剂在其优良的螯合能力的同时,还易生物降解,无毒,不会对环境造成污染;

实施例2:所述新型环保化工设备去污剂包括以下重量组份:十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠20份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 4 份、纯碱5份、柠檬酸钠0.5份、亚硫酸钠 8 份、螯合剂0.5份、增稠剂4 份、助洗剂0.5份、植物精油1份、乙醇5份、去离子水30份、二氧化硅10份、缓蚀剂1份、矿物油0.5份、表面活性剂10份。
所述螯合剂为羟基羧酸盐。
所述增稠剂包括以下重量组份:碳酸钙粉40份,聚丙二醇40份,黄酮类化合物30份,水10份。
所述黄酮类化合物由黄酮醇、黄烷酮组合而成。
所述助洗剂包括以下重量组分:液体硅酸钠120份、碱20份、 添加剂5份、溶剂1份。
所述添加剂为缓冲剂。
所述增白剂为二苯乙烯三嗪型莹光增白剂VBL,所述缓冲剂为腐植酸碱剂(HAS)。
所述植物精油为肉桂精油。
所述表面活性剂包括以下重量份:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐5份,烷基糖苷2份。
所述新型环保化工设备去污剂制备方法为:按所述重量份进行配料,先将乙醇和去离子水均匀混合,然后室温下将纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠加入所述乙醇和去离子水的混合液中,搅拌直至纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠完全溶解,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、螯合剂、助洗剂,搅拌混合均匀后再加入剩余的增稠剂、二氧化硅、缓蚀剂、矿物油、表面活性剂以及植物精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得到所述的去污剂。
实施例3:所述新型环保化工设备去污剂包括以下重量组份:十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 7 份、纯碱3份、柠檬酸钠1.25份、亚硫酸钠 5 份、螯合剂1.2份、增稠剂2.5份、助洗剂1.25份、植物精油0.5份、乙醇12份、去离子水20份、二氧化硅15份、缓蚀剂0.7份、矿物油1.2份、表面活性剂7份。
所述螯合剂为羟基羧酸盐。
所述增稠剂包括以下重量组份:碳酸钙粉30份,聚丙二醇43份,黄酮类化合物25份,水15份。
所述黄酮类化合物为黄酮、黄酮醇、黄烷酮三种组合而成。
所述助洗剂包括以下重量组分:液体硅酸钠95份、碱45份、 添加剂2.5份、溶剂5.5份。
所述添加剂为增白剂、缓冲剂组合而成。
所述增白剂为二苯乙烯三嗪型莹光增白剂VBL,所述缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)。
所述植物精油为肉桂精油。
所述表面活性剂包括以下重量份:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐3份,烷基糖苷3份。
所述新型环保化工设备去污剂制备方法为:按所述重量份进行配料,先将乙醇和去离子水均匀混合,然后室温下将纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠加入所述乙醇和去离子水的混合液中,搅拌直至纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠完全溶解,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、螯合剂、助洗剂,搅拌混合均匀后再加入剩余的增稠剂、二氧化硅、缓蚀剂、矿物油、表面活性剂以及植物精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得到所述的去污剂。

Claims (10)
1.一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量组份:十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10~20份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 4~10 份、纯碱1~5份、柠檬酸钠0.5~2份、亚硫酸钠2~8 份、螯合剂0.5~1.6份、增稠剂1~4 份、助洗剂0.5~2份、植物精油0.1~1份、乙醇5~20份、去离子水10~30份、二氧化硅10~20份、缓蚀剂0.5~1份、矿物油0.5~2份、表面活性剂4~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为EDTA四钠盐、有机膦酸盐、聚丙烯酸钠或羟基羧酸盐中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂包括以下重量组份:碳酸钙粉20~40份,聚丙二醇40~46份,黄酮类化合物20~30份,水10~20份。
4.根据权利要求3 所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:所述黄酮类化合物为黄酮、黄酮醇、黄烷酮中的任意一种或两种或两种以上。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:所述助洗剂包括以下重量组分:液体硅酸钠70~120份、碱20~70份、 添加剂0.2~5份、溶剂1~10份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:所述添加剂为增白剂、缓冲剂中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:所述增白剂为二苯乙烯三嗪型莹光增白剂VBL,所述缓冲剂为腐殖酸钠(JSW)或腐植酸碱剂(HAS)或碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)。
8.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:所述植物精油为肉桂精油。
9.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括以下重量份:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐1~5份,烷基糖苷2~6份。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保化工设备去污剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述新型环保化工设备去污剂制备方法为:按所述重量份进行配料,先将乙醇和去离子水均匀混合,然后室温下将纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠加入所述乙醇和去离子水的混合液中,搅拌直至纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠完全溶解,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、螯合剂、助洗剂,搅拌混合均匀后再加入剩余的增稠剂、二氧化硅、缓蚀剂、矿物油、表面活性剂以及植物精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得到所述的去污剂。
