直链烷基苯磺酸3份;
椰油酰胺MEA1份;
二甲苯磺酸钠1份;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1份;
苯甲酸钠0.5份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸0.5份;
氨基三甲叉膦酸0.5份;
氢氧化钠1.5份;
水60份。
其中,低泡润湿剂优选低泡润湿剂CF-10,陶氏DOW TRITON的表面活性剂,其属于非离子表面活性剂,透明液体,具有极佳的润湿性,提高分散剂的分散性能。
硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,CAS号为9004-99-3,具有优良的乳化、分散、增溶、抗静电、润滑、增稠能力。低泡。具有优良的钙镁分散能力。其与低泡润湿剂CF-10可以发生协同作用。
异构醇C10脂肪醇醚,又称异构C10脂肪醇醚,属于非离子表面活性剂。由C10—Guerbet醇和乙撑氧构成的烷基聚氧乙烯醚。其符合下列规则:
RO(CH2CH2O)XH,R=C10H21;X=3,5,7,8,9,10,14。
其具有极低的凝胶倾向、良好的乳化剂、优异的动态特性和完全生物降解特性。
仲烷基磺酸钠,具有良好的去污和乳化力,耐硬水和发泡力好,生物降解性极佳,是阴离子表面活性剂。而且在强碱、高温条件下具有极强渗透力,兼具乳化、脱油、洗涤功能。与阴、非离子表面活性剂配伍性好,可显著提高配方的应用效果。
直链烷基苯磺酸(linear-Alkylbenzenesulfonic Acid),别名:十二烷基苯磺酸,分子式C18H30O3S,分子量326.49,为有机弱酸,其在配方中作为表面活性剂存在。
椰油酰胺MEA,由椰子油和乙醇胺混合的脂肪酸制成,它是白色的蜡状物质。可以用作增稠剂、发泡剂和乳化剂。它的作用是使配方增稠和不透明,并增强表面活性剂的清洁能力。
二甲苯磺酸钠,作为增溶调理剂,用于使配方的其他组分更好的相溶。可通过二甲苯磺化后用液碱中和制取。如将二甲苯用硫酸磺化,得二甲苯磺酸,再用液碱中和得二甲苯磺酸钠粗品,再经脱色、浓缩、结晶、分离,即得成品。
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵别名:1227,苯扎氯铵、杀藻胺DDBAC,洁尔灭,苯扎氯铵(医用级),十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,分子式:C21H38NCl,相对分子质量:340.00。1227是一种阳离子表面活性剂,属非氧化性杀菌剂,具有广谱、高效的杀菌灭藻能力,能有效地控制水中菌藻繁殖和粘泥生长,并具有良好的粘泥剥离作用和一定的分散、渗透作用,同时具有一定的去油、除臭能力和缓蚀作用。
苯甲酸钠易溶于水,在配方中作为杀菌剂和防腐剂。
羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP),是一种有机磷酸类阻垢缓蚀剂,能与铁、铜、锌等多种金属离子形成稳定的络合物,能溶解金属表面的氧化物。
氨基三甲叉膦酸(Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid,ATMP),名:氨基三亚甲基膦酸;相对分子质量:299.05,ATMP具有良好的螯合、低限抑制及晶格畸变作用。可阻止水中成垢盐类形成水垢,特别是碳酸钙垢的形成。ATMP在水中化学性质稳定,不易水解。在水中浓度较高时,有良好的缓蚀效果。该氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)与羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)协同作用,作为金属离子的螯合剂。
氢氧化钠在水处理中可作为碱性清洗剂,及作为调节pH值的作用,用于调高整个配方的pH值。
为减少杂质,水优选去离子水。

一种新型高效环保发动机水性清洗液,按重量份计,其包括如下组分和含量:
低泡润湿剂10份;
硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯8份;
异构醇C10脂肪醇醚6份;
仲烷基磺酸钠5份;
直链烷基苯磺酸5份;
椰油酰胺MEA3份;
二甲苯磺酸钠3份;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2份;
苯甲酸钠1份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸1份;
氨基三甲叉膦酸1份;
氢氧化钠2份;
水70份。
将实施例1至实施例3制得的新型高效环保发动机水性清洗液,进行检测,测试方法采用相应的国家标准(如清洗能力采用GB/T 31027-2014)进行测试,检测结果参见如下表1:

Claims (2)
1.一种新型高效环保发动机水性清洗液,其特征在于,按重量份计,其包括如下组分和含量:
低泡润湿剂 6-10份;
硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯 4-8份;
异构醇C10脂肪醇醚 3-6份;
仲烷基磺酸钠 3-5份;
直链烷基苯磺酸 3-5份;
椰油酰胺MEA 1-3份;
二甲苯磺酸钠 1-3份;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 1-2份;
苯甲酸钠 0.5-1份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸 0.5-1份;
氨基三甲叉膦酸 0.5-1份;
氢氧化钠 1.5-2份;
水 60-70份。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型高效环保发动机水性清洗液,其特征在于,按重量份计,其包括如下组分和含量:
低泡润湿剂 8份;
硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯 6份;
异构醇C10脂肪醇醚 5份;
仲烷基磺酸钠 4份;
直链烷基苯磺酸 4份;
椰油酰胺MEA 2份;
二甲苯磺酸钠 2份;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 1份;
苯甲酸钠 0.5份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸 0.5份;
氨基三甲叉膦酸 0.5份;
氢氧化钠 1.5份;
水 65份。
