Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所用主要原料为经过微波脱硫处理的再生EVA颗粒,配以氯化聚乙烯橡胶或SEBS,共混后制得弹性体,再加入稳定剂、填料、增塑剂、防老剂及颜料。通过挤出机挤出胶板或胶条,经过辐照交联后,切粒。得到的颗粒可以直接使用,也可以将颗粒再进行物理发泡,制得微孔发泡塑胶颗粒。此颗粒具有低成本,高弹性、环保无毒的优异特点,且制备工艺简单,生产效率高,可用于塑胶跑道也可用于草坪填充。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡塑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种可用于塑胶跑道及人造草坪填充塑胶颗粒的配方及工艺。
背景技术
塑胶颗粒为塑料与橡胶共混制备的弹性体,经过挤出造粒或者粉碎造粒得到的粒子。目前塑胶颗粒已经广泛应用于运动场地,在塑胶跑道中可以将塑胶颗粒与胶粘剂混合摊铺成塑胶场地,在人造草坪中,塑胶颗粒的填充使草坪的弹性增加,而且可以缓冲运动员对底面冲击。现在市面上了许多跑道用颗粒大多为三元乙丙橡胶制造的,为了降低成本,其中加入了大量的增塑剂和填料。此种的撕裂、压缩永久变形及染色性较差,且在储存时会存在结块、掉渣等问题。市面上的人造草坪颗粒原料基本也以EPDM橡胶、SEBS弹性体为主,但也是存在老化性能差,成本高等缺点。因此,一种制备工艺简单,生产高效的耐老化低成本塑胶颗粒具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种可用于塑胶跑道及人造草坪颗粒的塑胶颗粒,具有较好的弹性和强度,且成本较低。本发明以再生EVA、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、SEBS弹性体为主料,再加入合适比例的填料、环保增塑剂;经过辐照交联,提高颗粒的强度。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其配方如下:橡塑弹性体100份,稳定剂3-6份,填料0-150份,增塑剂0-30份,防老剂1-3份,颜料1-6份。其中橡塑弹性体为再生EVA材料与氯化聚乙烯、SEBS的混合物,两者质量之和为100份,稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂;填料为碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉中的一种或多种;增塑剂为环保增塑剂环己烷1,2羧酸壬酯,防老剂为Alba或1010;颜料为铁红、铁绿、氧化铬、油溶黄、群青、炭黑。其中,所述塑胶颗粒可用于塑胶跑道,也可用于人造草坪颗粒。
其中,所述橡塑弹性体中再生EVA材料50-90份,氯化聚乙烯10-50份,SEBS 10-50份。
其中,所述再生EVA材料的制备过程如下:
(1)废旧EVA主要为EVA注射发泡鞋底的边角料、流道、发泡鞋底残次品等废料,按照颜色进行分拣;
(2)分拣好的EVA材料粉碎机粉碎,用100目筛筛出EVA粉料;
(3)EVA粉放入带有微波加热的挤出机中,微波加热到220℃-300℃,将废旧EVA挤出,其中,在微波加热挤出处理后,挤出机上方带有排气,回收装置,回收EVA胶料裂解后产生的废气及小分子物质;
(4)挤出的再生EVA,直接进入另一台混炼-挤出-水循环切粒机中造粒,烘干后得到EVA再生颗粒。
其中,用于塑胶跑道塑胶颗粒的制备方法如下:
1)按照配方的要求称取各种所需材料的重量;
2)密炼机温度设定为80-120℃,将橡塑弹性体投入密炼机中,依次加入稳定剂,填料、增塑剂、防老剂、颜料等,混炼7-12min,出料、下片出料,得到混炼胶;
3)将混炼胶投至开炼机中,进行精炼,之后下片;
4)将混炼胶片投入挤出机中,挤成胶板,挤出机温度为80-140℃,胶板厚度为2mm-30mm;
5)将挤出后的胶板进行辐照交联。
6)交联后的胶板切割后,进入粉碎机粉碎,得到塑胶跑道用颗粒。
其中,用于人造草坪的塑胶颗粒制备方法如下:
1)按照配方的要求称取各种所需材料的重量;将橡塑弹性体、稳定剂,填料、增塑剂、防老剂、颜料等放入自动混料机中,充分混合;
2)将混合好的料投入挤出机中,挤出机温度设定为90-140℃,挤出直径为2.5-4mm的长条,后经水冷,切粒,得到颗粒;
3)将颗粒进行辐照交联;
4)交联后的颗粒,可以直接用于人造草坪塑胶颗粒;放入超临界反应釜中,向釜中通入气体,使釜内压力达到5-25Mpa,控制釜内温度为室温至120℃,保温保压0.5-20h,之后泄压,打开反应釜,得到人造草坪用微孔塑胶颗粒;
5)塑胶颗粒经检验、包装,得到成品。
其中,辐照交联为电子加速器辐照或钴60辐照,辐照剂量为10kGy-100kGy。
其中,步骤(4)中通入的气体为氮气或二氧化碳中的一种或两者的混合。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的塑胶颗粒以再生的EVA为主要原材料,加以氯化聚乙烯橡胶和SEBS弹性体,经过辐照交联,得到高强度高弹性的塑胶颗粒,可以根据塑胶颗粒的用途和所需性能,选择发泡和不发泡的工艺。再生的EVA的使用不仅可以达到材料循环利用的效果,也可以降低材料的成本,且所提供的再生EVA微波再生回收工艺,可以更高效的进行EVA再生。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细的说明,但是本发明的范围不受这些实施例的限制。
实施例一
配方:
再生EVA 60份,氯化聚乙烯35份,SEBS 5份,碳酸钙30份,环保增塑剂环己烷1,2羧酸壬酯30份,防老剂为Alba 1份、1010 1份,铁红4份。
制备工艺:
1)按照配方的要求称取各种所需材料的重量;
2)密炼机温度设定为90℃,将橡塑弹性体投入密炼机中,依次加入稳定剂,填料、增塑剂、防老剂、颜料等,混炼8min,出料、下片出料,得到混炼胶。
3)将混炼胶投至开炼机中,进行精炼,之后下片;
4)将混炼胶片投入挤出机中,挤成胶板,挤出机温度为80-140℃,胶板厚度为8mm。
5)挤出后的胶板送入钴60辐照器内进行辐照交联,辐照剂量为85kGy。
6)交联后的胶板切割后,进入粉碎机粉碎,得到塑胶跑道用颗粒。此颗粒密度为1.24g/cm3人造草坪用塑胶颗粒。
实施例二
配方:
再生EVA 50份,氯化聚乙烯30份,SEBS 20份,碳酸钙140份,环保增塑剂环己烷1,2羧酸壬酯10份,防老剂为Alba 1份、1010 1份,铁绿4.5份。
1)按照配方的要求称取各种所需材料的重量;将橡塑弹性体、稳定剂,填料、增塑剂、防老剂、颜料等放入自动混料机中,充分混合。
2)将混合好的料投入挤出机中,挤出机温度设定为90-140℃,挤出直径为3mm的长条,后经水冷,切粒,得到颗粒。
3)将颗粒送入电子加速器辐照器进行辐照交联,辐照剂量为70kGy。
4)交联后的颗粒,放入超临界反应釜中,向釜中通入氮气,使釜内压力达到18Mpa,控制釜内温度为80℃,保温保压3h,之后泄压,打开反应釜,得到密度为1.06g/cm3人造草坪用塑胶颗粒。
5)塑胶颗粒经检验、包装,得到成品。

Claims (7)
1.一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,配方如下:橡塑弹性体100份,稳定剂3-6份,填料0-150份,增塑剂0-30份,防老剂1-3份,颜料1-6份。其中橡塑弹性体为再生EVA材料与氯化聚乙烯、SEBS的混合物,两者质量之和为100份,稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂;填料为碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉中的一种或多种;增塑剂为环保增塑剂环己烷1,2羧酸壬酯,防老剂为Alba或1010;颜料为铁红、铁绿、氧化铬、油溶黄、群青、炭黑。所述塑胶颗粒可用于塑胶跑道,也可用于人造草坪颗粒。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述橡塑弹性体中再生EVA材料50-90份,氯化聚乙烯10-50份,SEBS 10-50份。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述再生EVA材料的制备过程如下:
(1)废旧EVA主要为EVA注射发泡鞋底的边角料、流道、发泡鞋底残次品等废料,按照颜色进行分拣。
(2)分拣好的EVA材料粉碎机粉碎,用100目筛筛出EVA粉料。
(3)EVA粉放入带有微波加热的挤出机中,微波加热到220℃-300℃,将废旧EVA挤出,其中,在微波加热挤出处理后,挤出机上方带有排气,回收装置,回收EVA胶料裂解后产生的废气及小分子物质。
(4)挤出的再生EVA,直接进入另一台混炼-挤出-水循环切粒机中造粒,烘干后得到EVA再生颗粒。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于用于塑胶跑道塑胶颗粒的制备方法如下:
1)按照配方的要求称取各种所需材料的重量;
2)密炼机温度设定为80-120℃,将橡塑弹性体投入密炼机中,依次加入稳定剂,填料、增塑剂、防老剂、颜料等,混炼7-12min,出料、下片出料,得到混炼胶;
3)将混炼胶投至开炼机中,进行精炼,之后下片;
4)将混炼胶片投入挤出机中,挤成胶板,挤出机温度为80-140℃,胶板厚度为2mm-30mm;
5)将挤出后的胶板进行辐照交联。
6)交联后的胶板切割后,进入粉碎机粉碎,得到塑胶跑道用颗粒。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于用于人造草坪的塑胶颗粒制备方法如下:
1)按照配方的要求称取各种所需材料的重量;将橡塑弹性体、稳定剂,填料、增塑剂、防老剂、颜料等放入自动混料机中,充分混合;
2)将混合好的料投入挤出机中,挤出机温度设定为90-140℃,挤出直径为2.5-4mm的长条,后经水冷,切粒,得到颗粒;
3)将颗粒进行辐照交联;
4)交联后的颗粒,可以直接用于人造草坪塑胶颗粒;或将交联后的颗粒放入超临界反应釜中,向釜中通入气体,使釜内压力达到5-25Mpa,控制釜内温度为室温至120℃,保温保压0.5-20h,之后泄压,打开反应釜,得到人造草坪用微孔塑胶颗粒;
5)塑胶颗粒经检验、包装,得到成品。
6.根据权利要求书4或5所述的一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,辐照交联为电子加速器辐照或钴60辐照,辐照剂量为25kGy-100kGy。
7.根据权利要求书5所述的一种塑胶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中通入的气体为氮气或二氧化碳中的一种或两者的混合。
